I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I called 25 min before close and cannot place an order. Pure lazyness. Won't be ordering from here ever again

Server was super nice. The resturant renovation is so bad It feels like youre sitting in a McDonalds. The Swiss Chalet vibe is ruined but bringing back the lemon finger bowls was a 10/10 idea. Same with bringing back the garlic cheese loaf but its the size of my thumb.

I ordered a delivered meal. They state it is guaranteed to be delivered ar 6.36. It arrived at 6.50. I paid and took inside only to find out it was the wrong order. I called the store and they told me as soon as the driver got back they would resend my order. 2 hours later I still had not received. I called again and was told they had no idea what happened and would send my order right away. It has been an hour and a half, almost 10pm and still no dinner.

Moist, but where's the salt?

My group was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. She made us feel at home. It was mentioned that this location is the new concept store, with modern cafe style seating and automation.

We waited 10 minutes longer because the chicken was being baked fresh. The chicken came out very moist but the rest of the dish fell short of expectations.

- The fries were under done and under seasoned - an extra 2 minutes in the fryer would've been perfect. Also needs salt.
- The chalet sauce was watered down and bland, about 50% of traditional stores. Water needs to be reduced by 40%.
- Despite the chicken being cooked perfectly, it was under seasoned. Needs salt.

I'm on the fence with the new interior design. Nostalgia is what brings me back to Swiss Chalet.

I'll continue to give my feedback and hoping the above recommendation will improve the brand.

We had 15 family members attend a luncheon and the food and service in this freshly renovated restaurant were as good as it gets. Super clean restrooms and very friendly staff. Server was a pro!

Was so excited to treat my grandma to takeout at her apartment tonight. 3 orders one missing her Cesar salad and bun. Just a piece of chicken in the box? And them no drink and no condiments that I requested when she has none in her place.the frys I shared as a side for both of us were so soggy and mush.so disappointing and frustrating waisted 64.00 on a horrible dinner

We ordered online for delivery. Both the ribs and wings were dry and I had to dunk my ribs in a sauce to get a bbq flavor. Not worth the price we paid. I should of read the reviews before ordering. Another thing. We wanted contactless delivery, but the deliverer knocked until I opened the door. He wanted to make sure that I got our order. If someone orders food for a certain time, it it their responsibility to be home at that time to receive the food, not the person delivering the food.

Thank you for providing a great dine in experience. The staff was very friendly, and the food excellent. Great to see that this location has now reopened after the renovations. We hope to return at some point for another delicious Swiss Chalet meal.

The owner offered us $50 off our next meal, on Feb 21st, it was nice that they told us that they were permanently closing.

I have never been so disappointed with this location. It smelled odd as soon as we walked in. The smell remained during our stay. Couldn't place the smell. Told the waitress. She didnt smell anything. The cheese dip thing was ok but looked nothing like advertised. See pic. SC usually has awesome fries. But not this time. Maybe they weren't fresh. Not sure.

I had the half chicken meal Along with perogies to start with. My meal was very tasty and fresh. Roza Was an excellent server. She was attentive and very pleasant And her recommendations were spot on. I would definitely come back to have a meal here. Good Job Roza

This should say -10. This is the second order they messed up. This one cost me $80 for wine I did not receive and when I try to reach the store, (called for 3 hrs straight) no one answers the phone. Then sent and charged me for 3 specials for 2 with wine (no wine sent) and I got 3 chicken dinners. I ordered several other bottles of wine to prevent hitting liquor store this month. NO wine sent at all. When I asked the driver if wine was in one of the bags, he said yes. Someone took my wine and Head office won’t deal with it because I paid the driver cash. What a rip off. Stay clear of their delivery service!

First I like to say that the restaurant was extremely clean. I felt safe with all the COVID-19 precautions, hand sanitizer throughout and all staff wearing masks, and at the Takeout area had plexiglass protecting staff from customers. The food was hot and fresh and my whole family enjoyed the Thanksgiving meal. Thank you

If I could rate this restaurant a 0, I would. This is at least the third time they have made mistakes with a delivery order which they initially tried to blame on me, and then, each other, before offering me an insincere apology and token compensation. I would not recommend this Swiss Chalet to anyone. Three strikes and you are out!

Had takeout tonight. Family Pack. Chicken was good size and perfectly cooked. Drive thru was wrapped around the corner so i went inside. Staff were friendly and all wearing masks. Person in front of me had a large order and staff helped him bring it to his car. Really nice in these hard times. Will be back.

Just had a order from Swiss chalet. First felt very safe with all the Covid protocols. Hand sanitizer available and even offered a face mask for a person who forgot there's in the car. Got a pick up and the food was excellent. Family pack chicken was fresh and perfect. Thank you will be back this weekend:)

So we LOVE Swiss in our family but this location is not run very well. They ran out of chicken once. Wouldn’t accept cash another time. Forgot to send buns with our order another time. It’s always something. The food is always good but the service is lacking. They don’t deliver great customer service either. I only use this location for the drive thru. And they finally fixed their window. That took quite the while.

I worked at this location for 3 months. The managers here are young, unprofessional, inexperienced and not suited for the profession of being a manager. The owner should consider hiring older, and more professional people to take on the role.

Ordered 15 minutes in advance so that I can get my order right away. Arrive. Pay and I was still waiting 40 minutes and had to pester them to find out what was going on. Manager's solution was to offer $20 off my next order. Sorry but that doesn't cut it these days So I made them refund my money because the service has gone soo downhill these days.

The greeting was worst I have ever experienced. The Hostess was mute no smile no hello no nothing. The waitress was just so so. Food was ok. Just before I left I used the washroom not used as it was disgusting. Brought it to the attention of the Hostess she responded by saying I just cleaned them. That Hostess needs a lesson in customer service. I will never return there again.

Staff was odd and quick. Portions were um proportionately interesting. I ordered quarter white dinner with salad and cup of coffee. I received quarter dark chicken because "the white meat chicken is an extra dollar fifty". Well that was my order and I already knew that plus the dark portion was quite a bit smaller and had more skin and fat than meat. With regards to the fries instead of the salad I ordered, "Most people order fries". Well, I am not most people and I politely told the wait staff this. So away went the first order that was not what I ordered and my coffee never came. The cream and sugar did and I drink my coffee and tea black (I always let wait staff know) though that part of my order never arrived. When the HALF chicken dinner arrived with fries (again), and again, I just wanted the quarter white meat chicken dinner with salad and a coffee, the wait staff, Lord help me, half dropped the plate onto the table and walked away. Oh, no cutlery. So I loudly pronounced that I am not most people and actually use eating utensils with this meal. The bones were bloodshot and having seen this lost my appetite. Was asked if I wanted a box, I said no thank you and would like the manager. "No manager here today so I am acting supervisor and you didn't eat your fries. What a waste" considering I ordered a salad. I eat fries occasionally, I just don't like their fries. My bill accounted for the first meal I returned for it being a wrong order, the HALF chicken dinner I did NOT order and coffee I did NOT receive. There wasn't even water offered even when I asked for a glass of water, none was brought to my table. Glad I played with the 2 creamers enough to turn the cream into butter and no I did NOT leave a tip. I paid in cash so I recalculated my order with the quarter white chicken on its own and the equivalent taxes along with my business card and a request for the actual manager to contact me. No surprise, three weeks in and I am still waiting and will NOT be returning to that location.
