Hit and miss on the food. Pretty good if you dine in. Beware of delivered food. They seem to send chicken that has sat in the warmer for hours. Dry and weird 'stale' taste. It's like they keep the freshest roasted ones for dine in and send out the stale stuff so you can't send it back, like you would if dining in.

Everytime we go at this location they don't have dark meat.this is our 4th time visit this location still the same answer no dark meat.lunch time, dinner time no dark meat, the worst location ever bellamy and eglinton.we're going here coz we're near the place.

I ordered double leg meal online for take out from this location because it is near to my house. When I take home the food. The chicken was not fresh at all it tasted not good the bun they gave was stale and rice also taste very bad. This location of swiss chalet not providing fresh food for take outs they are providing all stale and garbage food. I wasted my 19$ in the garbage I through all food because it was not at all good to eat. I am never going to order food from this location again and please avoid this location if you do not want to waste your money

The Cheese Perogies and Smoky BBQ Rib Sandwich are recommended.
Kids' meals portions are good.
The pizzas were burnt, and the kids didn't enjoy it.

I had to post a review because our service was wonderful. My waitress' name was Anita, and her service was top-notch. Could not have asked for anybody else. Will be back again.

Tarek was the only person on the floor taking orders and serving about 8 tables. Even if he seemed overwhelmed he was still attentive and helpful with myself and my senior citizen parents.
Give that man a raise!

This is my weekly treat to myself to pick up a Swiss Chalet 1/4 chicken dinner and side salad.

Food is average for takeout but the wait time is just really long and most of the workers are not friendly.

We shared a great meal with my husbands Grandmother for her 100th birthday party. With at least 30 friends and family members. The staff were very nice and accommodating!

The food was amazing and the service from Diana was excellent. This is our go-to dine in restaurant. Amazing food and service for a good price.

We eat here a lot at least twice evrey week and tonight Friday Nov 11th we placed an order and it was to be at our home at 6: 18 pm by 7: 00om it still had no arrived theanager of the store at Bellamy and Eglinton was very very rude so I cancelled my order see what happens when you order from the small guys we won't step foot in another Swiss chalet again. A LOST CUSTOMER. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR ORDER NOT IMPORTANT.

Service is good and I didn’t food on time though but I understand that it could be for many reason inside kitchen.

Could the chicken get any smaller
They think they're fooling us by giving more fries
Even the rolls are smaller
& the price keeps going up
Service both ordering & receiving us So SLOW
The employees seem more interested in socializing

For this review, I am making comments regarding my visit to the Harvey's connected to this Swiss Chalet location. Its a very clean and modern location. Service is very good and greeted by the staff with a smile despite being busy. Order was fulfilled within and out the door in ten minutes. Burger and fries were fresh, hot and made according to the garnishments I wanted.

Went there for dinner. They ran out of roast beef and lemonade. How can a restaurant ran out of meals at 6 oclock l was so shocked.

The service was lousy when we went to pay it to wait 20 minutes because of dumb waiter lost he lost our bill the bun was hard we asked for a Diet Coke and got a Diet Pepsi and said he didn't say he didn't have cork product all in all I rate this place is zero I wouldn't recommend this or a dog

I went in here to get a whole chicken with fries and no sauce from takeout. When I got home and opened the package, there was no fries, but they give me the sauce. Total lack of following instructions. I ended up calling and was told to come back and get the fries, which I had no intentions of doing. They offered me a fries and pie as credit which was a joke. I ended up with cold chicken and four buns. I wasted $31, never again.

We visited this evening. My son dropped his crayon on the floor and then told me there were ants under the table. Sure enough I check and there was a good 6 to 8 baby ants. This just turnt my stomach. So we left very disappointing. I was really looking to a nite out.

We ordered fish and chips. We could only take a bite as the fish didn’t taste right. Informed the same to the staff. They said sorry and gave gave 20 percent discount. We returned our meal, paid 22 dollars plus tax… would never go back ….

My oh my has the size of the chicken shrunk. You use to get a nice size piece of chicken. Overall it tasted good but the size is not worth the price. Will only purchase if I have coupons.

They were very friendly and efficiant. Didnt wait long for my take out order. Food was good except for the soggy fries.which every SC has it was excellent

Overall a great location. When they are busy the staff can be distracted and forget to put your meal together properly. Its ok when your dining in but when your picking up it can be annoying to go back and forth.

I rarely leave negative reviews of businesses but what I am sharing is a serious health and safety concern. On July 1st we ordered a family meal that came with steamed vegetables that were visibly rotting and had a bad smell. I called the restaurant right away to inform them as I was very concerned about people getting sick. The person I spoke to was apologetic and offered us a free meal coupon but I have yet to recieve any reply to the email I sent with images of the rotting vegetables. I feel it is necessary to leave a review to warn others as I dont want anyone to get sick! I don't feel as though this has been addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

Just got a family pack and was disgusted with my chicken. It wasn't cooked properly. It was bloody when you cut into it. The drumsticks were yellow and it was tough. So disappointed!

Just paid $15 for a chicken club wrap, no tomato, no bacon, no mayo, no side, one skimpy piece of lettuce. There was a good amount of chicken but if I wanted just a chicken sandwich I would have ordered that.

The quality of this location is good and the solid Customer Service is a bonus. There’s a reason it is a busy location; it is because they know how to operate. The Health Care/First Responder worker appreciation you had running back in March 2020 was also very kind and thoughtful.

Been going here for 20 years. 2019 renovated and looks nice and clean. I get delivery once and while as well and always fast and hot. My favorite time to go is opening time. The chicken is so juicy and fresh off.

Ordered Harvey's burger. I think double burger with cheese should have 2 slices. The staff shouldn't have to flip through the rubber meat-like patties to confirm if bacon was added. Not eating burger anymore. The 1 star is for the poutine.

This location is really busy for walk-ins and delivery people. Ordering time is really long in this pandemic. Then the wait to pick up the order. Something that can pi$$ anyone off is to wait at the counter, while 3-5 people are walking around behind the counter and not attending to the customer.

It was a bit busy when I arrived so I lined up. When it was my turn the man at the cash called to the guy behind me. The guy indicated I was ahead of him so the cashier then took my order & walked away. He didn't tell me my order number or give me the receipt so I waited. After a few minutes another cashier then came and asked for my order, I said I had already ordered & just wanted my receipt. After 10 mins my order was ready and I opened the bag to check everything since the service so far wasn't the best. There was no condiments or cutlery in the bag which I asked for so I waited for the guy to come out again. I told him what I wanted and he went back to get it. Returned and put it in the bag. He didn't look at me or say anything. I guess he thought I was being demanding for asking for what I wanted and ordered. I am always polite and respectful to everybody so not sure why I was treated like this. I gave 2 stars because the food was good but I won't return. Overall bad service.

1. The bottle of coke was long expired.
2. Chicken was red af, how y'all cook it?
3. The food smelt rotten, so bad i genuinely thought someone needed a shower.

My mom was feeling straight up sick after the meal, either yall lazy and used leftovers or tried to poisxn us.traumatized.

Could use more or larger Chalet sauce per delux family pack I bought 2, so the sauce should have been more.

We ordered 2 meals to be delivered today. $43.00 crazy and fries were really bad, bottom of the barrel. I called to let them know and they told me to call Uber.really I don't think Uber made the fries. Never again.

Well, this place is adequate. Swiss Chalet food is the same at every location so you know what to expect. Staff are somewhat robotic but friendly enough, definitely doing the basic requirements of the job. My rule for tips is I will leave 15% for basic service and 20% for good.more if it's earned. I have never left more than 15% at this location.

Everyone knows the good taste of Swiss Chalet rotisserie chicken and their dipping sauce. Nothing has changed. The chicken still tastes great but the portions size of a quarter bird meal is unbelievably small. I have never seen a chicken that small. It is just on an isolated visit. It is ever time. You get a mound of fries to make up for it though.

Not worth any stars. The restaurant is under construction and my mother and I were put right next to the wall and open door where the construction was taking place. It was loud, dusty and smelly. I lost my appetite and couldn't finish my meal. I mentioned it to the server who couldnt care less. I definitely wont be going back there.

This location has improved dramatically over the past few months. Quality is much better, they gave you the lemon water for your hands, Manager asked how things were - these things never happened before.

Marked improvement since the last few times we came here.

I would like to rate this higher, because normally the food is better, but I got chicken that was overcooked, dry and crunchy. Next time I will specify that I want fresh chicken.

Never get the hamburger and mash. Frozen patties with powder potatoes and awful gravy. 18 of sadness. Waist of money I can get back.

The classic chicken dinners are verg good except for when the chicken is over cooked and crunchy. I wouldnt bother ordering anything but their classic chicken dinners because everything else is microwaved! Very over priced for microwaved food!
Dont bother calling the store if there is mistakes, you will wait forever, just call the customer service line.

Went for lunch with a few friends. There is parking lot for this restaurant. The front door for sit down is on Eglinton Street, there is also a take out only entrance on the Bellamy Street.

Shared the Garlic loaf for appetizer, had the double leg dinner with kale caesar salad and shared the chocolate fudge cake.

The garlic loaf was warm and had melted cheese on it. It wasn't greasy but there was enough melted garlic butter on the side if you like it greasy.

The kale caesar was delicious, the double leg was very tasty. The chicken was fresh and the sauce was perfect.

The chocolate fudge cake was good.

The service was excellent, our waitress made sure we never ran out of water. The timing for each course was excellent never felt like we were waiting for food or being rushed. The washrooms were clean.

Overall the experience was great would definitely go back.

Went here for lunch, tried their new fish & chips - it was delicious! Also definitely try their amazing pull-a-part cheese loaf, great app for sharing. Friendly staff, very clean.

Very poor customer's service over the phone.made us wait for a canceled order for 2 hours.would give zero star but can't.

Enjoyed the vegetarian burger, hand-cut fries, and pumpkin pie. One of the few places I can get guilt free food. Great place for a quick and cozy meal with great service!

This used to be a great location to go to for fast takeout service and friendly and helpful staff for both dining in and takeout. Since the renovation I've found a steady decline in service, especially takeout. Even with ordering ahead of time, EVERY single time I've ordered there's always either a missing item, or they've botched up the order. Calling back and speaking with management is a nightmare because someone doesn't always call back or when they've promised some form of compensation for botching the order or to replace the missing item, they DENY ever saying it.

My suggestion is to ALWAYS make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurantwhen doing take out, just to make sure you've got ALL you're items. If something's missing don't leave until you get it. You best bet is to take the time and eat in.

Very fresh, clean, tasty, and heavenly savoury for a great value. Seems like there’s new management now. I used to go here quite often but stopped due to the quality of service. Parents ordered take out. 2 rib dinners, almost $40 with minimal fries that were oily and a very small coleslaw. They didn't even like the ribs. Waste of money. Quality has dropped and prices have become too high. Ur food sucks

Every time i place an order they mess it up. Everytime i try to call to fix it the tell me im wrong unless you are walking into this place so you can psychically check your order before you leave DO Not order from here. I live 5mins away i know im lazy but when its bad weather and nothing to cook im going to order. Now i rather strave the amount of times they have messed up simple orders is horrible.
