This harvey’s is a very nice and kind working place.there food is amazing.it’s clean and would definitely recommend.alex working there is a very nice and helpful employee! I go here every break i get!

Seerat at the credit landing Port Credit location went above and beyond in accommodating my request.

Only once have I had a good experience here. My last experience here, due to the young white woman taking my order, will definitely be my last. Rude, rushed, and ignorant.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra the manager. I just want to thank her for the great service. Food was great too.

I ordered the family chicken dinner which included 2 orders of fries. The fries were soggy. All 4 of the white buns were stale.

Ordered this location and found a long hair strand worked into my chicken looked intentionally done! I had to throw out my meal and wasted 30$ last time I ever go to any Swiss chalet with so many good food options around nowadays

Get your orders right especially after making customers wait for a long time.

We had a good time everytime. I went with my friends Donny and Krys.
Saraniya, who works here looked after our order and showed very good customer service. The place is clean and well kept.

Slow staff even though I was the only customer in line.

The tables were all dirty and the washrooms were also dirty therefore I walked out without placing my order.

Who's going to eat in a dirty restuarant not me that's for sure.

I was sent the wrong order as well as items missing. Was told sorry we didn't have what you ordered so they decided to just send me something else rather than contacting me. No refund offered no apology for the mistake. Very disappointing the quality of this chain has changed much. Don't order from here there are so many better options!

The worst meal ever. Just ordered the fish and chips. As you can see, the inside of the fish was raw with uncooked batter and very very little fish. The fries were overcooked bits and pieces and soaked in oil. NEVER EAT HERE! UPDATE: They called me. First offered another fish and chips dinner. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then offered me a $15 credit if I go into restaurant. AGAIN, NO. I am 70 and order my food in. I don't go to restaurants. Then she said they would get back to me. That was several hours ago. UPDATE 2: THE NEXT DAY AND STILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT A TERRIBLE FRANCHISE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.
UPDATE: So, Swiss Chalet has chosen to ignore this problem! I will make negative comments whenever I see a posting from them. This is such a rude and disgusting treatment of a customer who had ordered from this restaurant almost once a week for the last couple of years.

Always a home run! Our family Friday night go-to. Especially convenient with the Harvey's in the same location so opens up the options for all my picky eaters. Food always hot and fresh. Highly recommend

I keep asking for well done fries and get half cooked fries! Every time! Plus the chicken was still pink on the inside. This is disgusting! I can walk another 40 feet to the Loblaws and get a chicken dinner with cooked fries and better chicken for half the price!

I ordered Caesar salad I received a garden salad with Cesar dressing I’m dead let allergic to carrots and cucumbers which this salad contained both.

Had a dinner here. Ordered back ribs. It’s delicious. The area is clean and the ambience is quite good. The staff are pleasant to deal with. The order arrived quickly. No complaint.

I never get my scene points when I order from this location so will not go there any more always an excuse

Service has gone down hill. Each time we order they always seem to forget an item. First it was the chicken soup then fries. We didn't notice until we got home. The employees are also rude and argumentative. The service use to be good but not anymore. Sad.

Something has changed with this chain. When I just want a snack I can't just order "chicken on a bun" they force me to take a side too. Pay more and ingest more calories just because they feel like it. Just try to call ahead too. Never get through.

I go to this location often. I find the staff here not very pleasant at all.

I placed an order through skip the dishes at 8: 13pm at 9: 15 skip the dishes called me to say no one is picking up at the restaurant. That's when I began to call and appx 4 times an employee picked up the phone did not say hello and continued on the computer and with their conversation. The 5th time I called I let the call continue and they picked up and continued on I heard conversations and clicking of a keyboard for 34 minutes I hung up. That was after 10: 00pm. That is just unacceptable.

I was there today. Social distance was a joke, not only for the 15 teenagers who were cuddling, holding hands and sharing food inside the establishment, but also for the manager who ignored the fact that we were in an pandemic and with the numbers rising every day.disrespectful not only to customers but to their employees.shame. I want to support local businesses, but you have a duty to fulfill, which is to offer a safe place.

I tried calling this restaurant over 30 times (I know, but I'm stubborn) to try and modify my order. They didn't pick up the phone once. Not once.

You pay extra side condiments (2) they give you one or none. They are notting but a full rip off customer service.i hope they shut down asap.

Although the food is good, I am writing about the wait during covid. Do not be a walk in person ordering.because they prioritize Uber calls and telephone callers over walk ins. I waited two hours at the place for my order as a walk in customer while watching all these Uber drivers and pick up orders being handed out.

A friend named effay recommended this place and im not dissapointed. Great customer service, amazing food, would eat there again.

A food inspector need to close this restaurant permanently and not just this location all the locations and company that owns Swiss Chalet too.

I will never go to this restaurant.

The afgan lady is always helpful she and her friends are very friendly with customers, i feel home there I also like their food with great service highly recommended.

Visit today swiss chalet had awesome food, friendly staff, specially the girl who was decorating the restaurant she was super damn cute and friendly. The decoration was fabulous for Valentine’s Day.

This is my first time eating at Harvey’s my best friend works there she suggested me Harvey’s and also Swiss chalet which is soooo good you can have halal chicken there fabulous place.

It Looks like it’s a valentines night already in here beautiful place to dine in, with beautiful hearts around the restaurant. Good service by gorgeous employee.

Perfect place to dine in, we couldn’t find a better place to celebrate belated valentines here in Swiss chalet and we loved the food and valentines decoration in restaurant.

I’m a regular costumer here I love Swiss chalet, I usually order pick up never did dine in but today i came in for my lunch break I loved the burgers Harvey’s garnisher was so sweet she asked me to put review so this is for her and for the delicious food:) i would give 10000 stars for my favourite place.

First time here.staff “extremely” friendly, professional.ordered 1/4 chicken meal. ”Perfectly cooked” fries crispy and sauce hot. SO.if you like the Swiss Chalet food with great confidence I 100% recommend go here you will not be disappointed

On Tuesday night I came to pick up my online order, the girl who was talking on her phone made me wait for a long.while paying for my order she was very rude to me. My food was not hot enough. Came Wednesday straight from work ordered quarter cambo but didn’t get the drink asked the same girl for the drink she said you never ordered and didn’t pay, I don’t mind paying for the drink but the way she said it to me was very unprofessional. For a smaller establishment you really would think family environment and pleasant service but this is most certainly not a place I would ever go back to or recommend, unless you appreciate rude and confrontational services.

This is a no-nonsense Swiss Chalet. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table and you clean up like at McDees.always fresh n Hot!

This place is a total joke, paid $17 for "chicken on a Kaiser" and got two pieces of chicken inbetween HAMBURGER buns (obviously from Harvey's). Simply false advertising and they even offered a free chicken dinner to make up for it, then went BACK on their offer once I showed up in person.

Total joke. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

My family attended Swiss chalets birthday and we had great service food was promotional but it was not smaller portions we found the food cooked perfect and friendly staff thanks swiss chalet definitely going back soon

Hi guys I love Swiss Chalet but I am a little bit disappointed because I asked for ribs and they were dry and the mash potato was burned also the tables were dirty and I had to clean by myself.

We go there all the time. The food is really good. The staff are not very friendly. The girl that served us was very rude.
