I enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and the service from the waitress was amazing:) I got the chicken quesadilla and let’s just say it was one of the best I ever had. The service was also very fast and I recommend getting the new garlic cheese bread as an appetizer. Our hostess Asiya, was very polite and friendly. My boyfriend and I were very pleased

Asiyah, not once, but now twice you have been our server, and both times have been exceptional. Always quick to get us anything we're need, and service with a smile. Looks after my daughter beautifully and she loves you back. Special goodbyes included!

OG Sharon served us today (26th Nov) and was amazing! We love this restaurant! Even my mum, who hasn’t had ribs in years tried them and wants them next time!

I recently visited this Swiss Chalet and had Sharon as our waitress, and she was incredible! It was very busy and low on staff, but Sharon was very attentive to our needs regardless and provided a great experience. Thank you Sharon!

Ordered the Family Pack in the drive-thru at Whites & Kingston. We were the only vehicle in the line, yet still sat for 10 minutes waiting for our food. Assumed we were getting fresh food - boy were we wrong! The chicken was way overcooked and lukewarm, and all four containers of fries were lukewarm and at most 2/3 full. Tried to call the store a half-dozen times but no one would pick up. But on a positive note, the staff working the window were very friendly!

Chicken was old and so dry I threw it out! This location has always had tons of issues.tried them again for the last time. What a waste of money

Recently had dinner at this location and just wanted to take the time and relay that not only was the food great, our server Jenna was AMAZING! Worst experience ever. Owner Ramesh is extremely rude. I came into takeout a while ago and he had the highest ego and smiled in my face like i was dumb. Never coming Back to this restaurant again. I didn’t even eat the food. The staff at takeout were kind and attentive towards my wife and I.

This was my first visit at this location and I am rating this location with 5 stars because of the excellent service we received by our server Lynn S! Lynn you made us feel so welcome, your incredible humour kept us smiling, you were attentive and did not interrupt our conversations. Thank you Lynn and thanks for taking our pictures by the chickens! Food was hot and reminded me of my childhood 40+ years ago. Swiss Chalet: please recognize this amazing server Lynn S!

Sharon was an AMAZING waitress, she was my favourite! She was fast, great attitude, and funny! Our meal was good but Sharon made it great!

Had the festive special with ribs everything was good except the ribs I don’t know how many days they been sitting there but they were dried out and inedible. Never ribs again

Jenna and Lynn have been serving us each week and we couldn't ask for better representatives of Swiss chalet. Excellent service!

Had a great dinner with the family. Our server, Jaenay, was awesome! She made sure that we had a wonderful experience as we were celebrating our mother’s 65th birthday. The food came quickly and she got a few laughs out of our mom! Will definitely go back, and we hope she serves us again.

It’s been a while since we’ve dined in at Swiss Chalet and let me tell you, the service was exceptional! We were there for my MIL’s birthday and we were absolutely nostalgic over the chicken dinners!

Sharon was an amazing server and attentive to our order. She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and even engaged in conversation with my 3.5 year old.

The food was piping hot, fries were delicious and my daughter who has an egg allergy was able to eat everything! They had a couple vegetarian options which catered to my husband. Overall, an awesome evening! We will return soon.

Visited this restaurant recently, it was busy but our food was hot, fast, and our server Rachel was amazing! Will be visiting again.

Came in last night for dinner, and had a wonderful experience! Our server Rachel, was excellent and very attentive! Our food was hot and delicious and came out in no time. Will definitely be back!

Server was very friendly and professional. Restaurant was empty all but 3 tables. Food delivery times were atrocious. Fountain pop was horrible. Common across multiple brands, so likely bad water or filtration.

We purchased a couple chicken dinners and were incredibly disappointed to find that they were still partially raw when we got home. I called the store and the manager asked me to return to the location to show her the chicken. After a long day, the last thing I wanted to do was go back out to prove I'd been given uncooked chicken. After much back and forth, the manager finally agreed to send a delivery person out with a replacement and also collect the chicken for her inspection. To my surprise, she also said she'd be sending a voucher along with the delivery person as a gesture for the trouble. Lo and behold, the voucher was a promo coupon, which expired the next day. Turns out this location provides lazy customer service through and through.

Horrible quality of chicken. Dry and simply not the way it used to be. We have visitors from Europe who couldn’t wait to eat Swiss Chalet again as it had been years since their last visit (a decade) and I had second hand embarrassment unfortunately. It’s just not mouth watering good anymore, it’s not even mediocre, it’s bad and looked unappetizing, so dry it was shriveled up when served. Never again. Sad to see this restaurant go down in quality. End of an era I suppose.

Ordered 2-1/4 chicken dinners and chicken was not fully cooked. Meat would not come away from bones. Be careful if you eat from Swiss Chalet. I will never eat their food again.
