Swiss Chalet

2 quarter chicken lunch takeout.
No utensils, napkins.
Mashed potatoes were bland, small portion of chicken. Not the Swiss chalet I remembered. $34 later.

Rosa offers the best hospitality. The meals were great except that they took the apple pie off the menu! How can they do that? The apple pie a la mode was the perfect finish…

For service we had to ask for everything.
Chicken portions were smaller than usual.
Even someone in the booth behind us told the waitress the Chicken was smaller

I got sick twice eating here. The 2nd time I came a few weeks ago I saw rodents running around. I think there is a pest and insect problem. Would avoid eating at this location.

Our server Rosa and Lisa was awesome, they made our time enjoyable, very pleasant.
The only small complaint the bathroom was smelling terrible, needed some freshness.

Our waitress Shey was super busy with orders but she was amazing, made us feel at home and her service was great. Thanks!

Jo was our server and she provided some of the most exceptional service I've had at a Swiss Chalet. The food was on point and came out 7 mins after we ordered it. I'd say this is the best Swiss Chalet I've been to.

We came last week to this location.it's a good service from Server Johanna and the way she is handling that bc and on time bring the food, absolutely fantastic. When we visit next time, I hope we will expect Johanna service. Good food, great service

Laareb was the best server. I enjoyed the chicken portions. I don’t like the sticky tables.

I came by myself and got their daily special which was a quarter of white meat, side, bread, and gravy. Jo, my server, provided amazing customer service and the amount of food for its price was amazing. After almost a 25% tip the bill was only $15. Would definitely come again.

I live very close to this location and come here often. The food is always excellent and the service is the same. Was there yesterday and my server was Jan. She was such a great server I asked if she was management. Do not hesitate to stop by there and have a excellent meal.

I have been going to this location with my family for so long now. This week, we had the best experience. Our server, Laareb, was so attentive and took good care of us even though she had many other tables to serve. Whenever we order takeout, Christine also makes sure the order is correct and properly placed inside the bag. Amazing!

Went here last night. Joanna was our server and she made the experience amazing, she was attentive, kind, and very cheerful. Honestly made our night. Will be back just to see her.

I was treated for lunch by my Mother-in- law today for my birthday. The waitress there overheard my Mother-in-law telling me to get my favourite lemon meringue pie so that she can sing happy birthday to me. I told her I'm on a diet and decided not to get dessert. The sweet waitress brings over the pie and wished me a happy birthday and said that it was on the house. Her name is Joanne. She is a very friendly, kind and considerate waitress. I will definitely be going back there. The service was excellent.
