Great customer service and our server Amelia was fantastic, friendly staff, good food, fast service

Went for dinner tonight. Our waitress Justine was so slow. When we first got there the hostess even checked to make sure we were served. The waitress took forever to come take our order, we watched her walking around and would walk by our table multiple times and didn’t acknowledge us. Finally had our order taken and the robot brought it out. Not once did she come over and ask us how everything was.
The food was lukewarm. The chicken was dry, the fries were old, the stuffing was cold and dry and the chalet sauce tasted like soap. We had to finally flag her down to ask for a takeout box for the person who I was with. She brought the box and just disappeared. Again just walked around and wouldn’t acknowledge us. We had to flag her again to get the check. She took my gift card and again disappeared. We watched her bring dessert out to another table and again had to flag her down to pay the rest of the bill. Once she came she gave the machine to with the tip option up, not showing the total of the bill. I’m sorry but it should be my option not automatically assumed without showing me the total first.
At one point using the bathroom, it’s was disgusting! Smelt like urine and looked like urine was all over the walls and the floor. I immediately left and decided not to go in.
Overall it wasn’t badly busy and I saw all the other waitresses hustling around and our waitress neglected us. Horrible service, horrible surroundings and horrible food!

Me and some coworkers came in the other day for dinner and we had Kate as our server and I can’t say enough about how amazing she was…. Kate was extremely helpful and funny. The food was great, classic Swiss Chalet and the service was great… I highly recommend this location

I ordered the chicken leg with fries and chicken soup and I was disappointed that the soup was not as expected and the chicken leg was smaller than usual. The waitress was polite and made sure everything was right

Tried the chicken springrolls for the first time. Loved them. Millie gave us great service. We will be returning.

Mary and Bella were fantastic! Lovely service. We had our usual quarter chicken and tried the fish. They were both great. Restaurant was very clean. We will return for sure:)

Service by Mary. Warm food, not hot. Pressured to rate extremely well as she stood over my shoulder.

Came with the kids and Kate went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience! Hands down best server I’ve had in a long long time!

I must say from when i walked in with my wife the hostess was very polite and professional. Our server Kendra was amazing. Very polite. We didn't wait long for our order to be taken and to receive our dinner. Kendra always checked ro see how we are doing. I wish all restaurants had this complete service. Just an excellent experience!

Swiss chalet has always been a family favourite for us. Always a convenient and quick place to dine in for even a large family with small children. I always receive amazing service from all the staff. The kids love to see the robot Bella and we love the food. Mary’s service was amazing this evening, always look forward to returning!

Juliana was our server and she was very welcoming and friendly. We have two small kids and this place is very accommodating. This is our second time within a week so needless to say the servers, service and food is pretty good.

My girlfriend and I came in late after a long evening of running around. It was quiet and peaceful here. The music was fantastic.
We were served by Mary, and she is a true sweetheart. Very thoughtful and considerate! The chicken was exquisite and we were both satisfied with our meals. Cost was surprisingly low as well! We thought we spent way more than we actually did. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, again and again. Thank you for having us

Enjoyed my time here, ALISA was very helpful and really good with kids. She even brought out the robot that brings food over, that was so cool!

New Swiss Chalet very clean and organized, good food just like the old location. But can't believe how congested and small the parking lot is. (Old location was much better) And for a new location NO EV parking or charger station, you'd think with starting a new location they would have thought of this. But hey they have a $100,000 robot in side to carry out your order, but still needs the waiter to hand it out, waisted gimmick in my opinion. Tells me designer is school smart and has NO actual experience with overall business nor function.

The service by Mary was excellent, the food was fast. The girls were entertained with there robot and they service over all was excellent, great food. Definitely coming back.

A nice quiet saturday night. Love coming here. Millie was very helpful and took care of us. Hope we get her again next time

Had dinner at Swiss Chalet on Rymal with my hubby today. Not our first time here and definitely won't be our last. We try to visit this restaurant a few times a month and have always had a good dining experience. Today was no different, our hostess greated us warmly and we were seated quickly. Kendra was our server and she was amazing! She took our orders right away and wasn't long before we were enjoying our dinner. Kendra was very attentive and always checked in on us to see how we were doing and listened to my hubby's jokes lol. Thank you for the lovely envening, see you again soon!

Chicken was dry fries were over done potato was dry with not enough condiments. Salads were good!

Mary was very kind and helped us with everything and checked up. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting! Love it here
