Best Swiss Chalet franchise in the Markham area by far. No shortcuts were taken at this Swiss Chalet location.

We were greeted and seated anywhere we'd like in the restaurant.

Came here for the Thanksgiving chicken specials. Portions are still reasonable, franchisee didn't downsize the meal to meet the meal price point. We were able to get Caesar Salad as our sides while some other franchises claim it's not available. Food arrived promptly after ordering.

Our hostess/waitress was super friendly, accommodating and fast. Restaurant was clean and no other odors in the air even though Harvey's is served next door.

Washrooms are shared with Harvey's next door.

Plenty of parking available store front and on the side.

Call center don’t know what halal is, wrong gravy given, no condiments, store corrected it, when calling in if you try to call the store directly, the MANAGER in all her glory tells you call back and press one, you call back and the call center re-directs you to the store to order, you get the manager again that re-directs you to the call center, the owner himself needs to call in to order to fix this rig-a-ma-roll, this is the second time i ordered from this branch and it isn’t worth the time wasted.

Anna our server is so courteous, polite and accommodating. Always a smile when asking how we are doing. Fast service and clean. I would dine here at all times when I'm in the area. Always great food.

Standard Swiss Chalet food, exceptional service. We frequent this specific location due to the ample parking, the friendly staff and the fast, attentive service.

Coming here post pandemic and the service has really improved. The staff are friendly and quick.

Tried to order on Drive through, lady said to wait and didn’t get back. We waited for 5 mins and left.

We had an amazing experience with our waitress, Andrea. She was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come again!

Andrea’s service was exceptional… she makes us feel right at home… their rotisserie chicken is really good and they’re gravy is amazing!

Had a great thanksgiving dinner over the weekend with my family. The food was very fresh and quick service. Had some wonderful cocktails as well. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Excellent service by Andrea. I haven’t been at Swiss Chalet for dine-in for a while. It was nice to be greeted by Andrea and given such attentive service.

Visiting this resto we can give a 5 star rating as their servers are generally professional, while calling for order for pick up I will give them zero star, whoever answer the phone this morning is quite rude and told me that the one taking the order is not there.wow we will never again go to this restaurant ever.you are in customer service oriented business, and we usually support local businesses but with your rude attitude you will never get any business from us.

The lady who greeted us amazing! But the tables weren’t clean. I’ve never experienced half a$$ed service before. The food, wow. Chicken wasn’t fresh, overcooked and too hot. Fries were mostly ends, the house sauce was way too thick, the sweet and sour sauce made me gag. My sons chicken fingers were too crunchy anf too hot. Instead of a sundae, he got a small scoop of ice cream and little chocolate drizzle over the top. I’m leaving hungrier than I came in. Do yourselves a favor, and stay clear of this place. Not worth the money

It was truly enjoyable to have dinner. Our waitress was Andrea was very pleasant and thoughtful.

Came to the Swiss Chalet location on Markham and 14th Ave for a Sunday Dinner. Ordered the Roast Beef Special ($22.99) which comes with 9oz of Meat, Choice of Side (Mashed Potatoes), Vegetable Medley and Dinner Roll with Creamy Horseradish Sauce. Beef was alright but Mashed were clearly a powdered product and Vegetables were very dissapointing (3 pieces).
Next time sticking to what they do best, Chicken/Ribs.

Andrea was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. She made our dining experience very satisfying.
