Swiss Chalet

Food is standard across all swiss chalets not my favourite.service was wonderful and pleasant.other patrons were loud and disruptive.

I haven't been to Swiss Chalet in at least 25 years. Food was much better than I remember, as this time I couldn't see more plate than food. We both got the Christmas dinner and were very satisfied with it. However, I still am not a fan of the chicken sauce, but that is a me thing, I am sure most people enjoy it.

Came to order a pick up order. Ordering advance waited another 45 minutes on top of the time it was suppose to be ready. 2 large orders that were paid for after my order came out prior to. One was hand delivered by the person working the back because they were a regular. I appreciate serving regular customers but I will NEVER go back to this location. And I will tell anyone that this location is a waste of your time to go to. You will wait as everyone there was waiting. Disappointed as I was a long time Swiss chalet fan. Not anymore

Pre-ordered thanksgiving dinner

Had to cancel as this order was never sent after 45 mins and the manager suggested I wait another 30-50 mins

Soooo disappointing

What was the point of taking a pre-order?

I even offered to pick it up and I was told if you want to pick it up the order would have to be canceled and re-ordered. And that they were no longer taking orders?

Ridiculous

As the closest Swiss Chalet I’m often forced to order from this location. They frequently miss add ons and sides. On Thanksgiving the online ordering was turned off. I phoned to make sure the location was open, it was. I was told to order by phone. I got my family’s order and phoned back and was then told I had to order online. I said online ordering was turned off and she replied “ordering by phone is impossible. ” Before I could ask if I could order in person she said I have another customer” and hung up.

They clearly don’t want your business, so I suggest looking elsewhere.

Please give a wage rate to the wonderful waiter named Susan or Susana who was our waiter at the innes/cyrville Swiss charlet location. She provided us with the best customer service ever. She deserves a 5 stars and a good salary. To the manager or owner please give Susan (Susana) a good wages-like a $18/hour. Thank you Susan for your best service!

Had a wonderful time. Excellent food and meal options. Our eat out was extra wonderful because Katie went all out to make it all the more special.

Had the wings with new sweet heat sauce! Amazing wings and fries! Always great service in the dinning room! I will definitely be back!
