My experience with dinner tonight reached a new low in service and quality. The food came cold and without items that were part of the order. When I enquired they said they would send it along. 1.5 hours later 8 called customer service and then they patched me through to the store. The missing items showed delivered on the app but never came. The manager said that the driver said the food delivered as confirmed by the driver. The driver lied and after a long call the manager said her would credit me back for the food that never came. The whole experience has left me speechless and extremely frustrated. Think twice before ordering from what was once an icon establishment. Boy how times have changed for the worse for Swiss chalet
We were in a rush after school to make it to our kids swim lessons. Sonia brought our food so quickly. Those with kid in after school programs will understand this. Thanks Sonia
Took awhile for someone to greet us. Then they wanted to seat is at a dirty table for 6. We were a group of 8. Food took along time to come. Seemed like they were short on wait staff. But there were 2 guys who might have been managers standing around.
Friendly staff, the food was hot & delicious and brought to me in less than 8 minutes after ordering. Overall a great experience and will definitely be visiting again soon!
Julie was the best hostess I've have in a long while. She is very confident and a plasure to be around my family of 3. Enjoyed our dinner s o much. Looking forward to our next meal. Thank you for your fantastic service. And positive attitude.
Spending family time for lunch is awesome, coupled with comfort food like Swiss Chalet is priceless. The store manger spent time introducing him and highly recommended the Nashville Hot, as it’s a limited time promotion. The heat was just right and the coleslaw was an added touch. I am glad they extended it and I will surely be back to try the ice cream version. Great food, great service!
What a wonderful location. The staff (Kumar) and owner (Richard) treated myself and uncle just great as always. Of note they have an amazing in person takeout House special. I had a great experience at this location.
A pretty good location. Their decor and music has definitely not been updated since the 90s/00s, but the service is better than other locations. Two of the servers here are also great at remembering regulars, and chat you up if they recognize you and a new achievement (i.e.: new child, child growing up, etc).
Usually go between this location and the Woodbine/Denison location, and while the other one has newer decor, this location is better as I'm pretty sure the Woodbine location is cheaping out on hiring staff. Always feels understaffed and desert foods are sometimes half frozen still trying to keep up with demand.
So yeah, TL;DR: this place is better than the other locations nearby.
Order took long to arrive one order didn't receive a bun the worst part was the chicken was not cooked all the way through, the skin was still white like raw chicken, and it was slimy as well

Placed an order here on Friday for 3 Louisiana chicken tender meals. Every single one of us became extremely ill. When I returned back with the one uneaten meal and spoke to the manager I was advised I needed a docters note in order for a refund. I don't even have to supply one to my employer however this restaurant wanted one. Customer service was horrible and we are still facing the sickness. STAY FAR AWAY from this location.
