Had the chicken & ribs combo. Can't go wrong with that. Although, they did forget to give me the Lindt holiday chocolate that comes with the meal.

Asia was an excellent server. She was friendly and polite. The food was great and I would recommend this location.

Our server this evening was amazing! I wish I got her name. She got so busy by herself tonight - but handled it SO well. While still treating pur two girls so nicely and still being SO attentive to our table. She was courteous about our wait time for the food and she did it all with a smile on her face!

We are from BC and we don't have Swiss Chalet anymore. We were on a stop over here in TO and we were so happy we went! We will be back, next time we are in town!

No dark chicken and we were there at 11: 30am. How is that possible. Waitress was very disinterested in providing any kind of great dine in experience.

I was served by Asia at this location and her service and care are outstanding. She really goes the extra mile, and made it a very welcoming experience. I will be back. I am always pleasantly surprised to find service of the calibre Asia provides at an affordable and family friendly restaurant such as this. You would think any Fine Dining Restaurant would have hired her away by now.it was a sincere pleasure thiugh to have found her here, and I will return for sure.

Very nice restaurant, good atmosphere. Our service was perfect, thanks to Asia! She was quick, efficient and gave us service with a smile on her face even though it was bit busy.
Swiss Chalet does not disappoint.

Chicken was too dry with hardened skin impossible to chew or to remove from the meat; they probably prepared the order too far in advance and let it sit.

Service is fine and pricing is decent, but not one portion of the meal was good in my opinion. No flavor on the rice, dry chicken, sauce lacks identity and falls flat, and bread may as well have just been a brick on my plate. I was actually amped for some lemon meringue pie until I had the meal and decided to pass.

The food is pretty standard but our sever was very friendly and efficient. Although the restaurant was packed we had our food in 20 minutes. My only criticism of the staff is that someone who looked like a floor manager or supervisor interrupted our server while she was taking our orders.

2nd time I have ordered in two weeks. First order they forgot my dessert, second order they forgot my 2 extra chalet sauces. I asked the items be removed from my bill, store refused saying on my next order I will receive 10 dollars off. Like there is ever going to be another order. Food was also cold when it was delivered. I live 2 intersections from this location

One of the best Swiss Chalet restaurants I’ve been to in a very long time. The portions were very generous - the ¼ chicken leg dinner is a very decent size.
We were seated without any wait at all and our waitress, Sandra A, was very attentive. There was no waiting to order & she had our appetizers to us very quick, all piping hot.
We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the Dixon & Airport Rd area.

Terrible place, I feel bad for the one Asian lady server, she tries her best but it's not enough, you can te she's overwhelmed, they need more staff, they are really slow so be prepared for long waitimg times, so where do I start, first they gave us dirty cups which was already a red flag at the beginning, then it took them 10 minutes to get us strays smh, we order appetizers and didn't get them until are main course was finished over food wasn't too bad But I wouldn't come back to the fix things overall I was disappointed with my experience what not recommend

The staff was nice! The table was sticky. We waited about 50 mins for our food. The food was good and the chicken was cooked perfectly.

It was ok. Tables were really dirty, service was very awkward and the chicken was undercooked.

I love Swiss chalet, but unfortunately I had a bad experience in this location….
2 of my choices were sold out, it was really cold inside the restaurant, the lady gave me rice instead of fries that I ordered, the bill wasn’t accurate… not a good experience for me

The place and food is awesome. Being new im Canada, its hard to find good food but Swiss Chalet stands on my expectations. I went on last Friday. Although it was good Friday and the place was crowded but all the staff and managers were very nice. Overall good service, took 15mins for the order as the front desk employee said. The food was nicely prepared and delicious. Presentation was good. We got complimentary lindt candies. I am new in Canada but still I can refer my friends for this place as it is so good. Overall lovely experience. Great work by staff members and managers. They know how to tackle things in chaos.

No white chicken ready, substituted legs which were overcooked and completely dried out!

They get 2 stars because the server brought more legs which were still not great, but she felt bad and tried.

The place wasn’t busy and it was lunch time, white meat was ready as we left around 1pm.

I’d avoid this location at Holiday Inn Martin Grove.

Usually i am not the one writing reviews but this girl who works at this location forced me to. No customer service whatsoever and be prepared to teach the cashier how to do the transaction as they need some training.

The food was really good it is one of my favourite branch to go to because of the cleanliness and the kind and fast service.

I was honestly impressed with the food service and the customer service I was offered honestly one of the best branches I’ve been to and I go daily

The waitress never brought the two green teas that we asked to accompanied our dinner and she never brought them and when we asked, she brought them towards the end of our meal. She never apologized. She also never came by to ask us how was our meals. The restaurant was not busy at all. My check number is 2542 and the server is Jenny I 23. Not impressed.

This place 9 out of 10 times they get everything wrong you have to open and check everything before you leave swiss chalet in this location good luck!

We gave this location a second chance last night and ordered chicken and wings to the tune of $56 including delivery. We ate the wings and sides but the whole chicken was inedible. We are quite sure it was cooked several hours before we received it as we couldn't even cut through the drum stick with a steak knife, it was so dry. The last time we ordered delivery they didn't give us the whole order so no more chances and I definitely would never recommend this Swiss Chalet.

The staff are very sweet, I eat here regularly.

Chicken is always tender and delicious, vegetables always taste great. Coffee is alway good.

Classic Canadian BBQ chicken restaurant. I like the sandwich and fries. It is pretty simple, my meal was safe and hot.

Amid pandemic, menus got smaller but the their chicken and ribs are excellent as usual and great and friendly staffs were always welcoming us being there

Management doesn't seem to be great with training new staff. Waitress today got stuck with a high table load including a large party and didn't seem to get any support from coworkers or management when she was struggling. Bad communication.

Food was okay, but experienced staff and management need to do better

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. Waited over an hour for food. Order wrong for both people, mistakes w billing and receipt. Unsympathetic manager w no recourse or accommodation.
Will not be returning!

Food itself was nothing special, regular rotisserie chicken assortment with fries. What really makes this one of the worst Swiss Chalets I've been to recently is the service. Our server was clearly overburdened by the us, a 10-top, but we were her only table. It took her multiple times to get our orders down in full, walk back and forth from the kitchen to reaffirm our orders. Our beverages were not refilled during our entire seating. We arrived at 4 pm and didn't leave until after 7: 30, most of this time (2.5+ hrs) was spent waiting on the waitress and manager to organize and provide the bills to us.
This location has garnered a garbage reputation from me and my friends and we won't be returning anytime soon (if at all).

What happened to Swiss Chalet? The fries were so dried out that most them were inedible. The chicken was puny and meh.sauce.watery. The last few times its been the same outcome. This used to be one of our favourites but the quality of food, just isn't what it used to be.

They were efficient and very nice when picking up food. Asked them to be very careful due to shrimp allergy and they were super accommodating and reassuring!

Normally enjoy Swiss Chalet as a regular-ish customer but twice now our pick up order has missed an item. Also, the acknowledgement of our waiting in the car park has been missed and required going in to check for to excessive waiting 30+ minutes.

You gotta try the lunch quarter chicken mean for 8.99 with coupon. Sure beats eating at McDonalds

I am giving you a 5 stars 1 the stores were clean the staff were friendly they were on the ball they came in and said hello and gave us our Ru stencils and asked us what we wanted to drink and it was fast and Speedy and then everything the food was okay warm and then they gave us stuff that we never usually have like a bowl with slime and it to wash your fingers and stuff even the manager came over and asked if everything was okay

We order all the time. Great food and friendly staff. First time I have had problems was today when phone order for take out. Person kept cutting out and sounded like they were walking outside. I will still order perhaps just a bad line.

Did rib and wing combos for take out at 6 pm on Sunday of long weekend. At this time we expected food to be super fresh and we ate as soon as we got home 15 minutes later. The ribs were dried out and tough, the fries were stale and wet and the rolls were burnt. I didn't think.the rolls get heated up so I am confused at how they could get burnt - that's a first. The wings looked okay but were cold and the sauce was clumpy although taste was solid. We tried the new garlic green bean side dish. Beans were crisp but no sign of garlic flavour or any seasoning for that matter. The only things that turned out okay in a $60 order were the wings once heated, the coleslaw, the pre packaged rib sauce and the salt in the utensils. So unless you only want to order coleslaw, sauce and salt go to another location and buy your wings at St. Louis. I hate quality inconsistencies in chain restaurants.it is so frustrating to not be able to trust a brand at all of its locations. Keele and Wilson site is always a sure bet but too far away for take out.

My online order was ready when I got there will packed into paper bags in an insulated container. My butters and condiments packed separately so they wouldn't melt.

I'll definitely go back here over the Rexdale Rd location! (So chaotic there!)

So disappointing it is 10 pm and me and my husband placed a order over the phone at 654 pm and have not recieved it.

We called 4 times. 8 pm my husband called and was told it was on its way will be here in 10 minutes cause of the power outages its taking longer than usual.

830 pm my husband called again she tried to say its on the way be there 10 to 15 mins she called this location and manager said it was out with the driver.

9 pm i called and jim says its on its way i explain to him we have called twice and no one is giving us proper answers he than tells me its complmentry cause its been 3 hours and calls this location again and the manager again just tells him its out with the driver.

10 pm i call again this lady is shocked when she trys to tell me 10 mins away i say i have called 3 times and all 3 people have said 10 mins i get power outages traffic so on but this is ridiculous my gps says they are 6 min drive away and no traffic right now. She calls the location to find out our order didnt end up going out and the manager brushed it off.

I was lucky i put my daughter to bed and gave her something else and now me and my husband are stuck having to wait til 1030 to get our order from somewhere else and wait longer because the manager just wouldnt look into when we called. WORSE SERVICE EVER! This is worse than having them screw up or forget something. WE WERE SO EXCITED I ASKED FOR IT AS A BIRTHDAY MEAL NOW I REGRET IT!

Hi, it was so disappointing that I had placed an order and paid for it as I arrived at the front and told them I was here waiting for my order I received a call from them saying they were out of chicken? I came from a far way just to this specific location as I know you guys have great food. I was very disappointed and had nothing to eat as all the other stores were closed. Very disappointed. Did not have a good experience at all.

Worst swiss chalet EVER. ORDERED FAMILY MEAL FOR MY FAMILY, GOT HOME AND HALF MY MEAL WAS MISSING! No fries and no buns. Called the store (had to wait 15 min to get ahold of someone) and the lady Stephanie said I must have gotten the wrong order but yet my receipt was correct and showed EVERYTHING I ordered. Everytime I go to this swiss chalet there is something wrong with my meal. They wanted to give me a store credit to that location in which I WOULD NOT ACCEPT.

I order swiss chalet delivery from this location only because this is the only location that delivers to me.everytime they deliver my order it is always wrong in one way.cooking instructions.is it really this hard to put a 1/4 chicken on a grill and have it well done? Out of all the orders I've done with them they have NEVER got this right.they even offered me a free 1/4 chicken dinner and when I used that they got it wrong again. I also tell them no gravy with mashed potatoes and guess what comes with it. GRAVY.and yes it leaks out of container onto potatoes.what part of NO GRAVY dont they understand. I learned lesson now. I will never order swiss chalet delivery from this location. I will go out of my way and pick up my order from my desired location.

Front door girl gives us a table that was dirty and proceeds to wipe the table off with a napkin I asked her next time maybe these of wash cloth would be better they need to teach there staff about cleaning of table tops

Terrible service here. I would not recommend this location. Could not understand the server (communication barrier). One girl to serve the whole restaurant. Poor management. Ignored by the rest of the staff. Had to steal forks from another empty table to eat. Place is dirty and unorganized. This is absolutly a managment problem here. They dont care.

Literally every time we have ordered for pickup at this location since the beginning of summer (so maybe around 8 times? I lost count after that) at least one part of our order is wrong. Keep in mind, we order online so there no over-the-phone miscommunication. Things will be missing or incorrect. For example, when you order a caesar salad they forget to include the sauce or the croutons. Last time we ordered they forgot sauce, croutons and cheese so I literally just got a box of lettuce. Sometimes they forget the sauce for the cheesecake, or forget our drinks. Tonight, I got strawberry sauce for cheesecake instead of the caramel sauce ordered. When I personally go to pick it up instead of my partner I open everything to check the order at the counter before leaving because it's wrong literally every time. The staff get pretty rude when I do that, and that's before I've even pointed out that anything is wrong and ask for it to be fixed. It's a shame that this is the only location within a reasonable distance of where we live because if there was another one within a 20 minute drive I can assure you I wouldn't order from here anymore. This all only really started around June and before that this location was great so idk what happened.

We normally really enjoy Swiss Chalet, though this was our first visit to this location. We each had chicken, but we all found the chicken to be particularly dry and overcooked this time.

The leg I had had a thick hard shell down the one side leaving even less of the very small portion to be enjoyed.

Quite disappointing and not at all what we would have expected.

Food, was ok.but we waited a lot for everything, being sited, drinks, to order, food, forks, napkins that never came, etc. She tried and I appreciated it I think she was totally alone. Thanks anyway I enjoyed the food and the company.

Exceptionally great succulent chicken breast. Makes me wonder why I dont come more often. Oh probably because I am the opposite of wealthy. Otherwise I would be here everyday

It was awesome. The food was just like I remembered. Our first server was very slow. So we kept asking another for menus, drinks, etc.

Service was ok. Food was dry. Portion size was small. Second piece of chicken was not as dry but still was.

Would not return to this location.

The restaurant itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I got the chicken Cesar wrap and it was absolutely horrid. If you plan on getting food from here pick one of the safer staple options.

Food was good but horrible service. Ordered online, food was ready 45 mins after the pick up time that was given. Multiple items on the order were missing and 1 item was wrong. Cannot get ahold of customer service on the phone.

Great looking restaurant but owner has it understaffed. Couldn’t get a refill on water after our meal. We just ended up paying for the bill and leaving. Waitress was very nice.not her fault!

Restaurant was not even half full, we waited for over 5 mins to be seated, a couple of waitress and the take out area girl saw us waiting and made eye contact but neither approached us or acknowledged us, once seated the service was decent but again, we had to get the attention of the take out girl so she could inform our waitress that we wanted the bill, seems like once you get your food they forget about you. First and last time at this place

Hostess had a problem seating us at a booth, the place wasn't busy, I was appalled. This is absolutely absurd! You lost a pair of paying consumers for life. We will not go back to this restaurant. Learn how to take your customers requests seriously. You all need retraining.

The food was ok, however the lady waiting on us was great, she was serving so many tables at the same time in a timely manner with a smile on her face. I am sorry we didn't get her name, she had short hair and Asian features.

Slow sevice, confusing layout of the store. They would not bring toothpicks. No privacy. People make a racket and staff don't say anything

Went in Aug 8. Actually waiting for takeout. For the first 5 min no one was at the takeout counter. No one even paying attention. I left went to the subway next door and it was too packed so i came back and had to go to the hostess counter flag down a server to ask her to send someone to the takeout counter. If I didnt have to get back to work i would have gone somewhere else. Unbelievable. Either hire more staff so people dont get left ignored or train your staff to keep an eye out for the takeout counter. The whole point of takeout is the fast service.

Service was great, food was ok, washroom was filthy no soap no hot water.yuck! Spent $100.00 didn't seem worth it.

This location of Swiss Chalet does not seem to know how to use the Skipthedishes app as I made a small order and said it would be ready by a certain time, I'm still here waiting 20 minutes later. The service here is extremely poor as there is no management inside when I'm here.

Swiss Chalet is by far my favorite restaurant, so I've been in more than a few of them. One develops a certain expectation of consistency across the brand. So I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't order the rotisserie beef and quarter chicken dinner that I was looking forward to - that's not on the menu here. Neither was Guinness. And they were out of root beer (my non-alcoholic go-to.). The wait for someone to take our drink order was just long enough for us to start wondering if we'd been forgotten. And the food took, similarly, just long enough for us to wonder. I was also a bit surprised to get chalet sauce in a little paper cup rather than the standard China bowl. Food was good, when it eventually came, and the staff were attentive once the food arrived, though, so I added a star to what I was about to rate this location at.

This one wasthe worst

25 minute wait to even order drinks, limited menu, rude overstressed waitress. Nope. The entire main room has not been served. Table was cleaned by moving the food scraps into the floor. Wow.

1.5 hours in. Got drinks and half the restaurant has left. We should be joining them shortly. No napkins and my boys ate first before everyone got anything.

Order was wrong three times out of seven orders.

Honestly, Swiss Chalet, shut this place down and fire your entire staff. Or invite Gordon Ramsey and the show Kitchen Nightmares. This place was legendarily bad.

Delicious chicken and ribs. We miss having a SC in Buffalo so we always stop here for dinner whenever our travels bring us to Canada.

Chicken pot pie served in disposable metal dish, sauce in plastic dish, Cole slaw in styrafoam dish. What about the environment. Resumable works as well and better for everyone.

My order was messed up, as I asked for no bacon on my salad. When it came out, the waitress guaranteed it had none. I started eating it, only to find bacon pieces in it. No apology was given, instead excuses were given, and I was asked if I wanted another one. I declined, only to see the salad on the bill. Had to ask why it was still on there, and finally only got an apology when we were leaving. Left hungry and disappointed.

The food came extremely quickly and the service was polite and very efficient! Thank you for a wonderful meal! The quarter chicken and chicken sandwiches were sooo tasty.
