I could tell immediately that the host and server both have been doing their job a long time, as they were both excellent at what they do!

The waitress was very nice but we wound up with dark meat instead of white. It was rectified but the chickens are getting smaller every year.

Food was abysmal. Inedible and possibly microwaved. Used to visit Swiss Chalet years ago! Went downhill big time.

Absolutely horrible service food was ice cold return food got second dish was again cold never seen server until she asked for bll no second drinks and waited after asked for bill aprox 25min unacceptable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions were very big. I had a great meal with very good friends.

Stopped on way home from vacation. Very busy location but our server Beverly was super efficient and a very pleasant server.
Every Swiss Chalet should have a Beverly. Thank you for making our day.

We had quarter chicken/dark meat with ceaser for one & garden salad for the other plus side of fries … food came very quickly & everything was hot! Was a fantastic meal

Was there today for a day trip, used to go there as a kid a lot and it was nice to have great service, great food. I know sometimes the locations are hit and miss but our portions were large, the server was friendly and informative about the special.

Had a minor issue with the appetizer. The waitress and manager were very accommodating. Very pleased with the service and our meal. Would recommend this location for a meal.

I can't even leave a star for I never received it. After placing my order on the my husband went to go pick up the food and waited in the lobby for 25mimas. A guy came out of the kitchen to deliver a curbside pickup and didn't even speak to the lobby of customers. This is not how you run a business. I called and cancelled our order and took our business somewhere else. I will not buy from this location again.

Food was delivered promptly and was delicious. Service was fantastic from both my server and the male host.

Do not ever go here.if you seen the people who be making your food back there, you would be seriously and viciously sick.i think half of them are crack dealers and definitely only shower once a week MINIMUM.the food is all premade prepackaged, nothing is fresh and half of the food they serve is rotting.also terrible place to work for those unsuspecting poor souls that think “it cant be that bad”. Stop giving this trash can of a restaurant business so they can call it quits once and for all for the sake of everyone.

Came a few weeks ago with family who were visiting from BC. Our server was great, and the host who had seated us was awesome. Food is the same as you expect from most Swiss Chalet locations, so its pretty good overall. Location was clean and well lit when we came. Id say its worth a stop in

Literally most useless staff, Hangup on you and 0 customer service skills. Too bad 0 isn’t an option
The one on chemong is just as bad. I guess no more Swiss chalet again.

We went for a Birthday lunch for my 103 year old mother in law. She was late arriving by about an hour due to taxi problem. The waiter was excellent while we waited. Did not get upset with our delay. Helped in any way he could. There were 16 of us and he made sure everything was perfect for us.

Ordered online.don't pay ahead they can't deliver to the right house the first time! Had to call them to reorder! 2 hour wait!

We have been customers of Swiss Chalet on Landsdowne for decades, and never were we so disappointed in the person who seated us. We specifically asked for a window booth and there were lots of available tables. We were immediately told that “ I will be the judge of that! ” We understood that there might have been a section closed, but people were sitting in every section. We were escorted to a table far away from the window in spite of asking for a window. We again told him that we wanted a window booth, and he reluctantly took us to a table that really didn’t correspond with our request. It was a special occasion for us and we were looking forward to having our dinner at Swiss Chalet on Landsdowne. We aren’t in the habit of complaining, but ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant.

I ordered chicken fingers and fries. My husband ordered chicken wings and fries. They bring chalet sauce on the side. Both dishes were fine. Customer service was great.

Nice as usual. But beware, because they close the dining room at 8 at many locations and then it's take out only.

I ordered delivery after having the food dropped off in the lobby with no sign of the driver I came to find half my order was missing and they attempted to blame it on the driver until half an hour later they agreed to deliver the rest of my order. What a NIGHTMARE
