Service at the takeout station is always super quick! You barely sit before they start handing you your meal.

Our waitress Hongya is an absolute gem, super friendly and quality service! Made our visit to Swiss Chalet great! Delicious food, quiet & cozy atmosphere:)

Went here because the one by me was closed due to the ovens not working. There was an extremely long wait for food. There is no longer crispy chicken available for the ceasar salad.

Waited forever and the employees just stayed most of the time walking around in the back instead of letting customers know how long it would be

Well let's say I use to like this Swiss Chalet. Worst experience ever. We ordered the Thanksgiving special, 1st thing the chicken was so small a baby's hand was bigger, the fries were hard as wood, I had gravy and it didn't help. All 3 of us left most of the fries we ate the chicken 2 of the buns. We ordered drinks my daughter got a Shirley Temple it came with no cherries, her bf ordered a glass of chocolate milk she brings a small carton of chocolate milk not too pleased about that, me a tea that was the best part. Then we ordered dessert 2 cheese cake and 1 coconut cream pie. On the bill we were charged for desserts. I get that, but on the Thanksgiving special the dinner plus choice of pie. So before we left I made sure we got the 3 slices of pie that came with the special. The server was so slow on serving us I wasn't happy! And to top it off we didn't even get those small chocolates that come with the special. So that's how my family Thanksgiving went. Ohya forgot that coconut cream pie I got it was frozen.

So I placed an order for my family through a delivery app because when I tried to use their delivery service it said they were closed, the order ended up being canceled because they were too busy to prepare my order. What's up with that? I have been ordering from Swiss Chalet for more than 30 years and NEVER have I ever encountered such a situation. I will never order from there again. I used PayPal and now have to wait 3 days for a refund which is sad, but wouldn't have happened if they just did their job and fulfilled my order. Would not recommend AT ALL.

The customer service is horrible. I tried ordering waited two hours didn’t get anything tried calling them they kept hanging up. I will never eat from this company ever again.

Standard Swiss chalet, took advantage of a two for one quarter chicken meal here. We also learned the gravy at Swiss Chalette is different than the one used at Harvey’s.

If I could rate this restaurant any lower than 1 I would. First time I placed an order they cancelled saying they did not receive the order due to some issues but they accepted and confirmed the order. The driver was at the restaurant when they cancelled so they received the order. Next time I placed an order, I called to tell them to replace the chalet sauce for gravy they didn’t answer. When I got through the person answered and hung up before I could even say hello. They need to get better staff and management because this is horrible customer service.

Ordered over an hour ago with Uber eats! No order and no one will answer the phone. When you know it’s going to be busy bring in enough staff. This is unacceptable

Waited an hour and half to pickup the order which was placed online and eventually was told they didn’t even start making it.

Worst swiss chalet in GTA. Not a restaurant to visit at all. Service “specially for takeout” can not go below what they are providing! Rude behaviour always!

Great place for dine-in lunch… lots of space available and quick service. Lots of parking available as well… easy choice if you are looking for a solid dine-in lunch option!

Great restaurant for dinner with the family. The staff is friendly, hospitable and provide excellent service. One of our go to spots!

I don’t do reviews in all honesty, but this was so bad I feel compelled. I just spent $93 on a delivery dinner for 3 - 2 quarter chicken dinners with “fresh cut” fries and a rib/quarter chicken (dark meat) combo dinner. All the chicken was cooked hours ago, the 1/4 chicken dark meat was like tendon - dry as shoe leather. The white chicken dinners were completely dry (also cooked hours ago). The ribs were fine because braised so time sitting does not affect the texture the same. The so called “fresh cut” fries may have been fresh cut, but not fresh cooked. Hard and dry, simply reheated. Such a disappointment as was visiting parents from abroad; haven’t had Swiss Chalet in years…doesn’t seem like I missed much, definitely not the Swiss Chalet I remember from years back…but will be the last. Just brutal!

Swiss Chalet is such a classic staple but this location in particular, I feel they go above and beyond to help make your dining experience unique and memorable. Was here recently and our server’s name was Cheryl. She was absolutely amazing! We were well taken care of, made us feel like we were her only customers. Cheryl definitely knows what she is doing and is the reason we will return to this location!

I order from this location about once a month but I won't be coming back. I ordered a family pack with chicken soup and fries. The soup chicken was almost not real. The texture was off and it tasted like fish. The rotisserie chicken was so dry, the chicken leg was split from how dried out it had become and it was so hard you could break your teeth on it. Seemed like everything had been made yesterday, not fresh. Not what you would expect spending over $50 on dinner take out.

I ordered on the app and walked over from my office. I had to wait a couple of minutes but my food was hot and fresh and good value!

Service was a bit slow, I would have understood had it been busy.
Ordered rotisserie leg quarter dinner. Came with French fries. The atmosphere was a bit too dark for my liking, but overall, it was not bad.

I was here about 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience.
The food was great and so was the service by Hongya (sp?). Neisha the manager checked up on us to see if everything was good and it was. They even brought lemon-water finger bowls after the meal which most locations don't seem to do any more which was appreciated.
This location isn't too busy which means you rarely have to wait long. Also the garden salad was a regular portion in a bowl which was nice because at some of the other locations, you get a small serving (due to shrinkflation?).

Amazing food. Hongya is best server. Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her. She definitely made our experience the best

So yummy. Haven't been in a while due to a bad experience at another location. This location made up for it. I will be back!

We have had nothing but great experiences at this location. When we order take out, the food is always hot and the portions plentiful. When we dine-in, the wait staff are friendly and helpful. Shoutout to our latest waitress Lily for showing us such a wonderful time. Highly recommend this location.

Sabrina was excellent and made our experience wonderful! The chicken was also exceptional! New fav location

Had a terrific experience at the Dundas West location. Sabrina was our Server. She was nothing short of Exceptional. Courteous, explained the menus, chatty in a great way, up sold us on deserts.
