Swiss Chalet

One of the nicer all-round restaurants to satisfy my appetite.
I've enjoyed Swiss Chalet for close to 40 years. This great location has the warmest atmosphere one could have to dine in
The waitresses are quick and can always put my order together with suggestions which is nice
Never feel rushed to finish my meal.

The food was fresh, and appealing, and service was excellent. Plates were a little basic looking on delivery to the table.

Came for my daughter’s second birthday. The server was very helpful and friendly. She most certainly went up and beyond the call of duty and made our experience an excellent one. Thank you very much!

Cant go wrong! For the price-point, Swiss Chalet is hard to beat for sit-down dining with full service. Service at this location is particularly awesome - very friendly, quick and attentive. As always, the menu is tasty, good-sized quantities, and prices are fair. The place is clean with a good atmosphere.

Extremely rude staff (including and especially the store manager). Swiss Chalet should really look into what kind of people they are hiring. Extremely disappointed. Never going to visit again.

The staff are so friendly I love this location the food is good the service is fast and the price is great can't go wrong with swiss chalet. I had the quarter chicken dark meat.

Was rude service, rushed to leave and just 2 tables in the section. A minimal tip was left 20% and the waitress picked it up and started to talk about the little tip we left in front of us. Luckily I have come to Swiss chalet for probably 30 or so years and don’t care for the service.though unfriendly after inviting a coworker out for the first time. This was unplanned but I probably won’t come back. Food was good as usual

Food was good service was fast and friendly, the place was clean including washrooms, I noticed the floor is slippery and it’s a hazard for everyone especially older people, I hope management fix this issue.

I’ve been going to Swiss chalet (all over the gta) since the mid 80s -:) and no I’m not wearing dentures (yet)! This particular location stands out for generous portions, kind service, cleanliness and food served hot. I’ve been here several times over the past several months on weekday evenings and it’s been consistently good and exceeding my expectations.

Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Not very busy. The place was clean. The food was average - probably good value but not a place to go to please your palate. The waitress hovered to the point of annoyance because she had nothing else to do.

I always have an excellent dining experience at this location. I attribute much of my excellent experiences to one of the servers, named Ilda. Ilda is fantastic and I always ask to be seated in her section. She is always cheerful and wears a big, warm amd inviting smile on her face. She always goes the extra mile to make sure our experience is the best that it can be. Her customer service approach, cheeful personality and attention to detail is what really sets her apart. Make sure when you go to ask to be seated in Ilda's section. Thank you, Ilda!
