Totally incompetent. Didn’t deliver $105 worth of food. Whole restaurant sucks. Do not use!

My friends and I meet at this Swiss Chalet at Airport & Bovaird once a month. Some live in London Ontario, Barrie, Acton, Lorne Park, Caledon but we all meet at this location. The first time we were there our server was Stella, she was amazing, very friendly, professional. Stella always suggests new menu items for us to try, they are always so good. When we plan our lunches we always check to make sure Stella is working, Stella makes our visits special. Thank you Stella, we appreciate the amazing service we always receive, See you in a few weeks.

This location is one of the best Swiss Chalet locations I have gone to in Southern Ontario. Great service for dine in or delivery, and the food is always fresh and presented in a way that you know it was handled with care. We need more establishments like this! Other business owners should take note!

Was denied a third drinks with an app and dinner because the manager said i was to skinny.last time i checked weight is only one of the factors many factors that lead alcohol tolerance

Hey listen up Swiss chalet customers I would like to share my experience that I have received at this location at airport rd / bovaird dr from the general manager and I hope you never have to experience the service that I received after been a long time customer at this location so I noticed on many occasions that the chicken and the fries was not fresh so I reached out to the general manager to make sure when I place my order. I would get fresh chicken/fries so before going to the restaurant I call ahead to that location and speak with the general manager or manager on duty to make sure that my meal is freshly made so after placing my order today July 15th 2023 I spoke with the general manager and I told him about my situation and to make sure that the chicken and fries was hot so after when I went to pick up my meal the friendly staff member show me the chicken and fried and it looked good so I paid for my order of $70 and started heading back home which is about 2 minutes drive so when I was driving I decided to try the french fries and they were not even hot so I reached out to the general manager on the telephone and explain that the fries were not hot and his response was I repaired this meal my self and that's when I shared with the general manager that the fries were not hot and then he said I will give you extra fries when you come next time and
my respond to the general manager was I will not return to that location ever again and he said okay but I want to share with the general manager at airport / Boulevard dr this is bad service and bad quality of food that you are serving to a your customer and shame on you in representing Swiss chalet and I will be reaching out to head office and I hope head office do not renew your contact and I will share my experience with everybody in my neighborhood about your business and the way you treat your customers

The restaurant was busy and they were a little short on staff. Vanessa was our server and she did an amazing job taking care of us. Melissa was seating people and she took care of us like family assisting Vanessa. Great team work and great service. This location has top notch service, thanks to the wonderful staff.

The restaurant is my go to place over the years. Cleanliness, courtesy and great service was the order of the evening. We were quite impressed with our server Tanya. She exuded great care and enthusiasm throughout the whole dining experience.

A Memorable Experience at Swiss Chalet

I was truly impressed by my recent visit to Swiss Chalet. Their store was exceptionally clean, reflecting their commitment to hygiene and customer safety.

The customer service was top-tier. The staff was attentive and the manager showed their dedication to customer satisfaction by personally assisting me with my large order - a much appreciated gesture.

The food was simply delicious. Even though my order was large, the quality didn't falter - it was flavorful, generously portioned, and prepared to perfection.

In short, Swiss Chalet exceeded my expectations with their spotless environment, stellar service, and tasty food. I'll definitely be returning and can't recommend them enough.

Love this location, Always good food and with great staffs (Tanya and Sabrina) that is accommodating.

I ordered pick up. Got there and told them. They said stay in the car, they'll be right out. 20mins later and no one came. Had to go in and my order was just sitting there. Drove 15mins and got home. 5mins later I get a text saying they will be right out. Ummm.what? Their custome service is terrible! We also called and no one answered. Not sure how everyone else is saying the service is good.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude customer service. Would not recommend this location at all.

We had a great experience at this location, our server Melissa was really kind and very helpful. Our food was good and the atmosphere was good also. Will definitely be coming back!

My wife, Mumsie and my Uncle and Aunt went for lunch on Sunday. Wasn't very busy. Our server's name was Sabrina. What a beautiful and kind young lady. We couldn't make up our minds what too eat, then I was last. She came back a few times but was always so nice to give us more time. A couple of people had the pot pie which was very good. I had the burger with bacon and cheese of course with fries. There was also 1/4 chicken dinner and they also have really good Coleslaw. Sabrina was very helpful, quick, polite and she even helped me out after everything was done to take some pictures of us. This is what customer service is all about. Great job Sabrina. Thank you and hope we see you again.

I had an unpleasant experience, I ordered my food at the take out counter, but I wanted to sit and eat as I was waiting on my ride I didn’t want to dine in and my ride would come before am done, the server told me I couldn’t sit in the dine in area to eat I had to leave,

I am writing to praise this Swiss Chalet location for it's outstanding customer service. Thank
you for the fantastic food and service you offered to me. I was extremely impressed with the
cleanliness, the cleaning and sanitizing of everything. Everyone is doing their part in obeying
protocols. I would also like to mention the manager, Susan. Who I was greeted by. She is very
friendly, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was very conscientious
about providing good service at her restaurant and customer satisfaction. Thank you and I will
be definitely recommending this location and will return in the near future keep up the great

Placed an order on the app, was supposed to be ready at 6PM. Waited until 7PM at the restaurant and the food still wasn't ready. Ended up going elsewhere.

Sheryl was the Manager and Sabrina served us. Both were more than accommodating - we came in with a group of 30 children. Sabrina remembered everyone’s order and took care of us. We gave her some tough orders but she didn’t slip up one bit! She was on top of drink refills and takeout containers for the kids. Her customer service was beyond amazing. We highly recommend this location for group functions or just a night out.

I think her name was Sarah - friendly waitress and made the exerience fun. Thanks Swiss CHalet staff for accomodating my wife's birthday! Amzing time!

I think you just lost a longtime customer with my order tonight. Quarter chicken dinner with fries. I have never seen a chicken leg so small in my life and the amount fries was less than half the usual amount. The chicken leg was flat, may 1/2 inch thick at largest part of the leg. When I lifted it out of the box there were a bunch of empty bones, it was as if someone ate half the meal including the fries. I paid 38.04 for this meal and I swear it would have fed a toddler. Never again!
