Swiss Chalet

So disappointed after having dinner with my family. We’ve been at this location in the past and had no complaints. Tonight though we got our usual food and things have changed. Fries were cold and tasted different, server got us new fries and they fresh but still had a different taste. Turns out the supplier of the potatoes sends now different potatoes and hence the issue at hand. That was a huge let down, we come here to enjoy good fries. Chicken was also different, not as good as usual. Last but not least, server did not clear any plates that we were done with during the whole stay. Sad to say that we will not be going back to this Swiss Chalet.

Wrong food sent. Cold under cook fries. Not a good SC to dine in at. Slow service. Even though the place is not busy. Don't go here.

I had a glitch with the DoorDash app and had to call in to the restaurant for help. Christy James was SUCH a sweetheart and extremely happy and helpful. I just moved to uxbridge and I'm so impressed with the service I received today. Thank you for hiring such amazing people! Will be back again:)

Ordered something and specifically told them it had to have no bun or fries to make it celiac friendly. Two very simple instructions, no bun, no fries, and they end up throwing the bun in anyway making it so the food couldn't be eaten. When it comes to allergies and such better care must be taken. Very simple instructions must be followed.

I had an excellent experience at Swiss Chalet! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the customer service was top-notch. I'll definitely be returning for more great meals. Highly recommended!

Spent over $100 for 4 dinners through Uber eats and Swiss Chalet Uxbridge completely forgot one of the dinners. When we called to ask if we could just pick it up since they’re four people waiting to eat they tried to say it was in there when it left so it’s not their fault. Except they seal the bag with their sticker so you know nobody has opened it.

Absolutely horrible service, will not order again. Looks like we’ll give our service somewhere else every week.

Really great service from this location! I forgot a few sauces on my online order so called the store to add them. The (very pleasant) gentleman who answered the phone found my order quickly and added the sauces to my order free of charge. It was very unexpected and kind! Great service and the food is always consistently good too.we will certainly be back many times:) thank you!

Ordered a meal for delivery, said it was delivered and no food and still took my money. Store is now closed upon trying to call and figure out what happened. Normally really good service. Disappointed.

Went there for anniversary with wife. Place has changed. Looked good. Food was excellent. Will go back.

My sister and brothers and I got together for a birthday lunch. Swiss Chalet, Uxbridge was a convenient meeting place. We had chicken, ribs, coleslaw and teas and Pepsi. All was good at a reasonable price. Swiss Chalet has something for everyone and we got a CAA appetizer

Placed order on app, and said it was ready in 20 mins. Drove 20kms to pick up, only to find out 3 mins to pickup time that they have run out of chicken.

And the charge hadn't even gone through yet, but it'll take up to 2 days to refund?

The family was happy going to Boston Pizza instead.

I'm not from this area, and I wouldn't return based on the lack of communication provided to guests.

If you want the Absolutely BEST service from any restaurant in the area…. Ask for Samantha. Super attentive, quick service, beautiful smile and professional personality! I was truly honoured to be served by this young lady. Made the simple meal…. Spectacular. Kudos Samantha!

Our server was the sweetest. Very attentive. A smile that could like up the room. The food never disappoints.

We went through drive thru and got two kids meals. They were delicious and included everything we needed.

As expected, a perfect Swiss Chalet experience. Close to the highway and a great place to stop on your way east or west!

We were trying to order half chicken meals, they told us no, they only do quarter chicken meals. We were charged 17.49 ×2 for quarter chicken meals and online that is the price for the half chicken meal. Rude service don't recommend. You will get scammed and over charged.
