Love this Swiss Chalet and it’s the only one still open in the area! Our waitress Mira was awesome and provided great service. Will be returning soon.

Had dinner here on Monday night. Place was cozy and warm. Mira was a great host. However the Festive meal was sold out, disappointed since I drove 30 mins to have this particular meal.

Ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from here today. My Crispy Chicken sandwich looked nothing like the picture. Way smaller, no mayo and a tiny amount of coleslaw. The chicken meals that were ordered were cold, and we ordered pumpkin pie but instead received a piece of lemon, a piece of coconut cream and 2 butter tarts. I guess the fact that we didn't have to do dishes was the only thing good about this meal.

Kris was my server tonight and she was amazing. She was fast, efficient, and friendly. Thanks Kris!

How do you rate a place that consistently does not meet service level agreements with their customers. You know it is going yo be busy so staff up

Convenient location close to shopping. Service was great and food was quick to arrive. An enjoyable experience overall.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location! Our server, Liana was delightful and took excellent care of us! We will definitely come back to this location because of her!

Really slow service. Alot of new staff. Mostly of their own culture. Not a stand a lone hostess. Have to wait a few minutes before seating and getting a waitress. Before cashing out guests make sure the paper is stocked in your debit machines to avoid dine and dash. Good thing we noticed on our account and came back. Miss the old staff. Also who runs out of mashed potatoes and Ceasar salads by 7pm when restaurant closes at 9. Should always have them and shirley temple doesn't look like in the photo of kid menu. Didn't know our waitresses name until we got our bill.

We are from Milton so we usually go to the Swiss Chalet there but happened to pop into this location yesterday since we were in Mississauga. By far the best service we ever had at a Swiss Chalet - even any restaurant. We were greeted at the door with a smile and sat at the booth we wanted. The server was very attentive, the food came fast and was hot and tasty. The restaurant seems much cleaner than the other locations. We will definitely venture out to this location more often.

Our server Nura was an ABSOLUTE GEM! Such a lovely server who provided exceptional service. She was punctual and extremely friendly. 10/10 service

Unfortunately there is never enough staff working at the pickup counter. Always a 30+ minute wait.

Absolutely horrendous. Drove up to the the drive thru and the person told me "1 minute please" then never came back on the speaker for 20 mins. There was 1 car ahead of me at the second window and the person behind me even decided to leave. Never seen such ridiculous service at a drive thru in my life.

Very nice and spacious restaurant. Drinks were good but due to some issue with the kitchen as stated by staff, service was slow.

The manager Sandy was very friendly and processed our order quickly and efficiently have know Sandy for many years always smiling and pleasant

I always go to this site, and have never really had any bad experiences. Seen many staff & mgmt.come and go, but Sandy has always been great and helpful. Great service. See you next week.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Swiss Chalet for our dinner Sunday evening. It was fresh, delicious served by a pleasant young man (Kwasi). The chicken pot pie was a generous portion. The coleslaw was the best I have ever had there and the fried were cooked to perfection. Definitely going there again soon.

Went to this Swiss Chalet on NYE and had a great time. Food was delicious and Christian our server was great! We will definitely return soon!

Decided to go out and eat with my girlfriend for dinner last night. Restaurant seemed to be steady with limited staff. We noticed our server Rebecca managing her tables well and was very friendly towards us and other tables. She brought us out the food quickly and the fries were hot and delicious.

Would definitely be coming back for another visit!

Update- something was wrong with phone systems. Not the restaurant’s fault. Sandy, the manager is the best! She fixed everything immediately and gave excellent customer service. She explained without placing blame in a very friendly way. Very satisfied! Definitely going back

Received half of my order. Tried to call restaurant for 3 hours all the up to closing time and got no answer. Spoke to call centre and no help

Not sure what's changed but Lately this location seems to always be understaffed. Both in the dining room and take out order area. I've witnessed over the last 3 or 4 visits (mid to late 2022) people getting up and leaving because it was taking a long time to either get seated or served

No sald dressing for salad, no spoon for soup. Soggy and smashed sandwich as well as no chalet sauce. $31.00 for food I so disappointed I can't eat it.

Yousif is the best waiter kn the restaurant we really appreciate his kindness and service I invite everyone come and visit them

Very hit and miss location. I usually order the same thing (delivery) and there's always something missing or wrong - either no bun or fries are soggy or burnt or appetiser (spring rolls) are soggy with oil. The only thing that's ever right is the chicken. I think I gave up ordering from there now.

Spacious SC location. Very good service and lots of parking available. Food was freshly made, no complaints

Passing by in the area with my family, when we decided to dine at this Swiss Chalet location. Surpringly we were greeted by the manager (Alan) with a smile. Alan suggested to try their lemonade to cool off. My wife tried it and loved it. He suggested to try their new Nashville meals. But we stayed with traditional chicken and chicken strips. Alan said at least try Nashville dipping sauce for the strips. The sauce was awesome, probably try the Nashville meals on our next visit. The service, staff and the food are great at this place. Strongly recommend this Swiss Chalet location.

We went with our 5 children for an early dinner tonight. The service was great. The manager is amazing. The food is always consistently yummy. It’s one of our favorite family restaurants.

0 star rating if possible! Slowest drive through! Would have been quicker to go inside and order dine in. Never again. Extremely disappointed. 25 mins for a drive thru that is not busy is ridiculous!

The drive through is excruciating. Over an hour waiting for food in car. There needs to be a solution to this. I’ll never use their drive through again.

Worst possible service I waited 45 minutes to get served at the window and when I explained how frustrated I was the girl just made it as a joke and her colleague they made more jokes about it. All I can say is the worst possible service you can have in regards to being served with a reputable company like this I think that they're they're going down the hill

Pickup lane very slow -30 min with one car in front with a modest order. Chicken seemed less than fresh and fries were disappointing.

The chicken was good, the portion was really good, and the service was wonderful.
The chicken could have been a little bit warmer. The Swiss chalet sauce is just strange. It tasted like a bad Swedish Christmas wine, Must be an acquired taste!

I ordered a family pack dinner with two extra large chalet, sauces because we love our Chalet sauce. We live about 15 minutes away so we do not have an option for delivery and we have to pick it up. When I got home with the food and started eating, the gravy was completely burnt and it tasted horrible. We barely ate any of the dinner, because it's just not the same without the Chalet sauce, and when I called to complain they told me they would give me 10$ off our next meal. I spent 42$ on a meal, that we pretty much threw in the garbage. Not a good experience

This is the worst location ever. You always know that some part of your order will get messed up. I am done giving them any chances!

I used to come by this location once in a while as i've been disappointed in the past with food quality and missing items. But lately it has become my go too! The food is always great and staff is always friendly. I commute in the mornings as my favourite staff seem to be in at those times. Nicole is always on top of her game. Shes very out-going, fast and always takes the time to have a chat, always making sure my order is correct. Love it! Thanks Nicole!

This location was extremely disappointing. I ordered a quarter chicken white meat, with caser salad no bacon and also a chicken soup. 1) we got no utensils 2) no bun came with soup and it was cold 3) we didn't even get the whole salad! Thankfully we checked for our items before driving off. I than went inside to get the salad. They gave us the salad but with sour cream instead of caser dressing. It was a hot mess!

Food was good. Got a 4 star because I went inside and picked up my food, and talked to the attendant to confirm my order. When I got home was missing dipping sauces I paid extra for, even through the attended assured me it was inside the package.

We go here a lot and always enjoy our meal. But on this particular day as we are having a meal a special visitor drop by (mice) and was roaming around the dining area. We had a bit of fun cuz we raise our feet while eating. The server was very apologetic though but I think I will just try the other branches for the meantime.

Friendly staff. But I’m very disappointed with the quality of food at this location, especially when ordered closer to their closing time. The food was stale and bread was rock hard, I almost broke my jaw biting into it. Had to discard it.

Would not recommened this location to anyone.placed a takeout order at 627 pm was told would be 15 mins wait.its now 725 and im at the store still waiting for my order aswell as being told half my order wasnt available after already arriving and paying for my food.was offered substitue for which i ahd order for my son.thank you very much for wasting our time and money.like others have said i hope this location can gey thier s**t together

We got take out from this location in Mississauga on Eglinton Ave. Get home and there's no sour cream or butter for baked potato or buns. Its on our receipt that it was added. Wasn't going to drive all the way back to get these. There is no excuse for that being missed because it wasn't busy at all. Very disappointed.

Sunday night dinner at swiss chalet for 7 people and it was a big mistake!
Even thought the restaurant was not busy at all the food was cold and not fresh the service was super slow.

This location drive thru is the slowest. Please have more than one employee with a drive thru headset. Further more they are unable to gauge the food preparation as they always happen to run out of food before dinner time. Lastly, when asked when they close, they replied with “while supplies last”. I did not realize Swiss chalet started rationing food…

Place an order about 30 mins after it opening. Wanted a double leg dinner and was asked if I wanted to substitute dark meat for white meat (on a double leg dinner which is all dark meet lol) and said no obviously. Was then told they've run out of dark meat. How does a restaurant that is mainly known for chicken, run out of chicken? Happened once before as well. Obviously incompetent management. It's like going to McDonald's and them saying we're out of burgers, want a salad instead?

This is a drive thru location, so more convenient, especially for physical distancing, but service is always a bit iffy. This time they forgot part of my order. They didn't charge me for it, but still disappointed when I got home missing part of the order.

Avoid this place on weekends and public holidays.i prepaid for my meal and was to pick it up after 3 hours. Got a nice message from Swiss Chalet saying that i was a VIP since i pre-paid for the meal. When i arrive at the place, the manager puts me in a line where customers are making fresh orders. When i told him, i had pre-paid he told me there is only 1 line and i need to be in it. When i'm in line i see a packet with my name on it lying on a desk. I make it to the cashier in 1 hour just to pick up my pre-paid meal. End up paying in advance for a stale-cold meal that was just laying there packed for over an hour at least (assuming they had it ready for me at 620 pm). I filled the feedback form with the code mentioned on the bill and got a mail in 2 days saying they had addressed my concerns and if i was happy about how they handled it. I'm still wondering what they meant by that mail since i haven't heard from anyone from Swiss chalet!

After long time waiting, the order was completely wrong, I ordered mashed potatoes however they gave me fries. The burger was cold.

Placed an order yesterday for pick up. There was a short wait, overall it was good. Unfortunately I found the chicken breast very dry, obviously overcooked.

Love the new style of this restaurant. It is fresh bright and have a great patio too. Staff are friendly and food was amazing. We got take out but can't wait to come back and dine in.

I celebrated my brother's birthday with my parents and relatives at this location. We are all satisfied with the service. Sandy, the manager, was very friendly and professional and made sure that everything was organized and taken care of. We highly recommend this location.

I went to try how drive through for Swiss would be. I used to think it would take forever but come to my surprise from when the order was taken till the pick up window I was amazed at how quick and efficient they are at this location! Great job to all the people who work to make drive through a great expirience! The smiles on their faces, makes u feel very welcome. I will definitely come back!

I ordered food last night and got the absolute worst service from a woman i think named shelly? Or sandy? I honestly don’t remember. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This place doesn't even deserve a star period
. Very disappointed. Tried to support a local business by ordering from Swiss chalet for me and my family on New Years Eve. 2 hours later no food, and no phone call. When I finally got through to them I was told they were closed.and they didn't know why they were closed. Now at 9pm we are trying to figure out what to eat. Not a way I wanted to end my year. Also, not the first time we've had bad service from this location. I will definitely not order from them again.

Ordered dinner for new year's eve. Food was as I expected and ready at the specified time so we were pleased about that.

I see the owner responding to comments, which is good, so one suggestion potentially would be to separate pickups from those people coming in to order as there was a lot of confusion in line about that. Also you're making those who already pre ordered also wait in that same line which somewhat defeats the purpose of preordering. Something to consider for peak times when that line can get long

I wonder how long my food was sitting around for.chicken was dry, ribs were cold, and fries were inedible!

I placed an order online despite unsuccessfully being able to redeem my Ultimate Dining gift card that I had tried to enter multiple times and even checked the balance on before trying to use it. I was left very frustrated after calling the restaurant only to be transferred to the customer service line and put on hold for a total of 30 minutes by 3 different representatives. When the 3rd representative finally came to the phone, she said that she could not be of assistance as it was beyond her reach.

I then sent an email to the guest relations department in which I received a follow up email notifying me that my issue was forwarded to the correct department for further assistance. I received a call from SANDY today, an employee of the local Swiss Chalet restaurant that I ordered from. Right from the start of the conversation she had a positive tone and made it very clear that she was going to personally take responsibility to help me resolve the issue I had experienced with my gift card and order.

After that initial call, I felt reassured that my issue would be addressed even if it took a few days. To my surprise, Sandy worked VERY quickly to not only figure out how it would be possible to refund my visa and charge my gift card that I was trying to use, but she also followed up and invited me to complete the transaction the same day. When I arrived, she was just as positive and dedicated to helping me get my refund and, I can truly say that the way that she handled the situation with care and commitment has positively impacted my willingness to return to this restaurant again in the future. THANK YOU SANDY!

Disgusting food. Chicken pink yet dry, they gave me bread that was harder than brick. Fries older than myself literally disgusting. Rushed back to return rather than sitting and enjoying a meal. Luckily they are kind people and let me return the food as it was untouched. Feel bad leaving this review cause they are kind but the food wasnt. The chef needs to learn.

If you like rotisserie chicken then you will get a consistently great meal. Not to mention home made fries that are the best. Their ribs are also good but not fond of the roast beef.

Food was delicious. Everything tasted great and was still warm by the time we ate it at home. The service was quick, as it was a large order and was ready in no time. Will be back, for sure.

Tried curb side pick up for the first time from here. The service was great, employees are pleasant and friendly. We didn't have to wait long and the food was still hot when we got home. Great Service!

I usually have a great experience but New Year’s Eve was horrible! Waited over 2 hours for a curb side pick up! I couldn’t get through by app or phone. They repeatedly hung up on me. I get being slammed, but this is not okay!

That location is usually good but this time it was not the greatest experience. Place was busy, and had not enough staff to handle customers. We had a long wait for waitress and then for food. Waitress was very attentive and tried to make us happy as much as she could. Food was good too. Cooked properly. Unusual wait was the only problem.

I came to this location and was so pleased with the hospitality, food, and service. Everything was fresh, our server was extremely accommodating despite my dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family!

I've recently moved in the area at the beginning of the month and probably have gone to this location about 4 times. Since any Swiss chalet location I go I always ask for the club wrap chicken but only the last time have I gotten my drink I was surprised and asked to confirm if a drink came with it the staff member told me yes. I was surprised because I wasn't aware because I was never given one at other locations but since this will be the nearest one to me now it kinda sucks that I was only given a drink once. Out of the 4 time I've gone to this location ivr never got my picked slices that come with any meal which you guys lose point there since thats the best part in my opinion.

I've always found the food here decent or very good. The staff have always been friendly, once five or so yours ago they had the best bartender in town. The only reason I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars is that there seems to be some type of fruit fly infestation in the dining room. If I owned this place I would have gotten this taken care of long ago and it's been like this for years.

It was my first time in a while since I visited a Swiss Chalet. Oh boy, did they remind me why. I ordered the Ribs and Chicken. When it did arrive the ribs were ice old (not an exaggeration) not room temperature, it felt like it came out of the fridge and they forgot to heat it up. My partner ordered the haddock fish sandwich and it originally came in a fish and chips setup. Overall an absolutely horrible dining experience. The only positive was the server seemed genuinely apologetic. Offered us a free dessert which we politely declined as nothing could save our dinner.

Food was good like other Swiss Chalet locations.

The servers seemed overwhelmed because it was busy and we were a party of nine. They must have been understaffed.

For the first time ever I went through the drive-thru because there was no one in front of me. It took about 10 minutes but the best thing was I didn't have to leave my car. Food tastes great like usual, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Usually it's a busy spot but if you got there just before rush hour during lunch and dinner you can get a full meal in under 10 minutes

Got take out the veggie burger (which was as expected, coming from a chicken place). There was no tomato included, only one small piece of onion and a few packets of ketchup. The cheese was not even melted on the burger, had to scrape it off the box and put on. Got the baked potato on the side with sour cream, chives and butter, only recieved the butter. Was really looking forward to the baked potato, as I hadn't had one in about 5yrs. Maybe their dine-in experience is better, take-out experience was very disappointing.

Our visit was saved by our server Kailea. At first we almost left because we were ignored by three different people at the please let us seat you sign. Thank you Kailea for reminding us some employees stilll care!

Great for the classic canadian rotisserie chicken dinner with chalet sauce. Not so great for vegan or vegetarian options. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Table is sticky. Server is not pleasant and felt we are being rushed. Handed our bill without us asking. She keeps on coming back to see if she can get our plates while obviously we are still eating. I don't feel the welcoming ambiance. I felt she was not happy with us to be there. We dined here 3x but got the same feeling and experience every time. Food quality is not good. Not sure what happened to swiss chalet as food only looks great in the picture. Over-all I won't ever come back again. You also need to train your staff for customer service.

Swiss Chalet has always been around in my life and its always been great food and quick service. However, today, that was not the case. I got the double leg dinner and unfortunately one of the legs was still a little pink. The bone was also a bit bloody. I show my server and she takes the plate to the kitchen. I then have another lady from the kitchen come out and hand me a new leg. She then proceeds to assure me the bloody leg i sent back was fully cooked and that the pink was normal. I personally never had pink chicken before, but what do i know. All in all, one bad time does not define it for me. I still love this Swiss chalet and I hope they see this message so they can look into it.

Our go-to-place let us us down today. We were sat down in the bar room with 2 other tables already eating. After 20 minutes with no one coming to serve us, we got up and left. The lady who sat us down was actually our server. She was surprised we left. No apologies. We ended up at Boston Pizza where we were served right away, even though the place was busy. My new go-to-place.

Food was good and store at this time (1145am-130pm).
Service was ok not great but she tried to be friendly. Missed small part of order. Bathroom (men's) out of paper towels. Location was good close to 403 407 eight minutes to 401.
