Swiss Chalet

They delayed my order and didn’t even answer the phone line as I was trying to understand what happen to my order, we ordered for 5pm and had to reorder at 6pm as the first delivery never arrived.

The only reason I come to this location is because of Maria! She is by far the best waitress I have ever come across, she is always so pleasant and always makes sure I am looked after. Thanks Maria we will see you soon!

We happened to be in the area and decided to have dinner at this location. "Mary" was our waitress and she was incredible. She cared for every single detail and made sure our drinks and meal was to our highest satisfaction. She even brewed fresh coffee for us. She treated us in a way that I clearly felt she wanted to us to feel at home. Kudos to this location with their clean location, awesome staff and delicious food

This Swiss chalet is one I frequently visit. Nice atmosphere with lots of tables for quick seating. Service is good and willing to verify food ingredients. I like this Swiss chalet because you get fresh well prepared food at decent prices. For my son, the chicken dinner with fries is perfect, as is the chalet sauce.

Gravy & bread rolls are not appropriate for him.

So happy the back ribs are back.love them!
I never eat side ribs.too fatty.love my ribs as lean as possible.
Swiss Chalet has the best mashed potatoes and gravy.
One complaint. I miss the garlic loaf.it's so good. Bring it back, please.

Update: Just had dinner delivered.half rack ribs extra extra well done, mashed potatoes with gravy on side, garlic cheese loaf (is back.yay!)

It's Swiss Chalet. Haven't been to one in years and the food is just like I remember. Just wish they still served the lemon water. Lol

Disappointed to learn that Swiss chalet uses pre packaged food.

Restaurant prices come with fresh food not this garbage pre packed food to make things easier on your cook

It’s your job to cook and put a wrap together on site not a factory

Absolutely amazing service! Staff here are very friendly everytime i ordered from here. They seem to go above and beyond. Also food comes out very quickly here. When they say it will be ready in 10 min, its usually out in 8 min. It's probably one of the better swiss chalets I've been to in a while. I would happily recommend this place!

Large restaurant, but not very busy. The rotisserie chicken is Halal and was of good quality. The fries were skin-on and nice and crispy. Overall good quality for the price. Servers were accommodating.

Great service, great food. Sam was on point and very attentive, even put up with my dad jokes.lol

Was quiet tonight but I have to shoutout the server Sam. Sam alone gets 5 stars. Food was great and came out at a good pace. But whoever is in charge of Sam, he deserves a bonus.

We decided to dine in here out of the blue as my daughter was so hungry. I really want to mention about the server Mary she was so respectful, polite, caring and fast. Amazing customer service, delicious food. We will be back again for sure.
