You usually have to wait for your order but not excessively long. Staff are polite and friendly. Food is always fresh and tasty.

It was colder in the restaurant than outside. I had to leave my coat on and was still cold.

Ok.nice staff and exceptionally clean, good coffee. SC tv campaign promoting 1/4 chicken and potato soup.we ordered it.they didn't have it and brought chicken soup.and not very hot. I just think a restaurant can serve soup hot.all else fine.grandkids like it.chocolate sundaes always help.

The best Swiss Chalet place. Everything is top notch and delicious. Staff is 1000% excellent. 1000 Stars!

Great for take-out, quick and tasty meals for the whole family. Or Dine in for a more fancy family restaurant experience. They even deliver if its too cold outside.

The service was exceptional and the food was fresh and came well paced! Always excellent value for your money.

We had a large group (40 ish ppl) and they did an awesome job. Able to get the food more or less served at the same time and kept everyone's drinks type up. We were a bit big for the size of the restaurant but would definitely recommend for a smaller group.

Very good option for a quick, somewhat "healthier" meal option.

If the dining room is full service can be a bit slower as they only have so many servers.

I went to Swiss chalet with friends. I enjoyed the new chicken sandwich. Thr staff were very friendly and the location was clean.

Me and my mom and my sister went in here yesterday and the server was very rude. She was expecting the tip more than what we could afford since when did gratuity become a minimum mandatory thing I’m never going back to this restaurant again.

Good food, fast service, until the cheque. While paying with scene points, my phone was taken for a trip around the restaurant, had my notes app opened and had a random amount of scene points redeemed.
Once given my phone back and paid the rest in full, was accused of dining and dashing even after leaving a 20% cash tip.

Have been a loyal customer for years and will not use this location again. Spent over $60 and was total unsatified with one of the combos. Ordered 2 club wraps and 1 was great. When i opened the other one there was next to no chicken in the wrap. When i called the store to complain spoke with the Manager Danny and explained the situation and i wanted a refund. When i arrived at the store was not even offered a complimentary wrap for my time or their inept service. Not even an apology. I really think they should treat their customers with respect instead of serving substandard food without saying sorry. Wouldn't give any stars but app wont let me give zero. Buyer beware

Ordered ahead for take out. It wasn't ready when I got there but customer service was good.ambience was great! It was clean and modern with a nice autumn vibe. The food tasted good. One of the best interior decorated Swiss Chalet restaurants that I have ventured into.will return.

Ordered and paid online for a 6pm pick up. Walked out at 7: 30 without my food since it still hadn't been made 90 minutes later.

Happy Thanksgiving. I've never had a worse delivery experience in my life. Tried to give zero stars, but have to give 1. Order online at 4: 45. There is a scheduled delivery for 6: 30. I then call store and mention I'd like to update phone number on account. Claudio answers and tells me "Does it really matter. You'll get your order". I mention that there are multiple doors at place and they essentially shrug it off instead of quickly taking update down.

7: 20 comes and order shows as "being prepared" since 5: 00. They mention no time guarantee and said call back in hour if not delivered. Still nothing after an hour, so at least they were nice enough to give a credit. They say they'll escalate and I'll get in 30 minutes or to call back. Still nothing at 8: 55, so I call back and no change to status. I ask to speak to store and then it rings to go to attendant 3 times with no answer, so I cancel order at 9: 10. Will never ever order online or go to this location in person after this horrible experience.
