Swiss Chalet

Love this Swiss Chalet. The food is always fresh and hot, and it’s the perfect cozy place to eat, especially on a freezing cold night like tonight. Julie, our server, was great, and we will definitely be back.

Swiss Chalet is a family favourite and this location is our absolute go to. The food is always on par: delicious, generous portions, fresh, something for everyone; and the service is amazing. Our server tonight was Julie and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. We will be back!

Rhonda was exceptional at her level of service towards us. She smiled a lot and she was very courteous. We love our visit.

Picked up lunch for 3 of us. Ordered the family chicken. The chicken was disgusting. It looked like it was cooked the night before and kept warm until they gave it to us for lunch. It was beyond dry and over cooked. The winglets were actually solid along with the legs. The fact that they actually served this to us clearly indicates they have no concern nor idea of quality.
Did I mention that the chicken pieces were small as well.

Will not eat there ever again

Me and my family had a great dinner night today and my children really enjoyed the service so much. I will definitely come back to this location. Keon who is the server did very well to make sure we’re okay and the kid’s love him so much. Such a friendly guy. Sharda who’s also a manager did an amazing with top notch service. She’s so sweet manager. Thank you so much and we can’t stop talking about the service we received today. Kudos guys. Much love!

This has quickly become one of our favorite pubs. It’s probably a good thing for us that it’s not closer to home; food and vibe this good would have us there far too often

The staff was kinda slow for coming to ask about drinks when there wasn't very many people dining, also the booth fable i was seated at was very sticky! Other than that the food was amazing and plated beautifully! I’d recommend this swiss chalet to friends and family for sure! I was very satisfied with my meal as was my husband! And it was a good quality and quantity of food for a great price! I will definitely be eating here again!

Take out here is frustrating. Always getting something wrong. Picked up food last night and wanted to eat the salad today. Tonight, I had to throw half of it out because it was brown and white eating I found a fly in the salad.

Julie really made our dinner something special. Great service, delicious food, cute chicken art and nice lighting. This is my favorite Swiss chalet location now!
