Placed an online order on NYE. Received food 30 minutes after scheduled time, but most importantly our entire family has had chronic diarrhea since consuming their family meal of wings/chicken with sides: I understand NYE is a busy time for restaurants but I can tell from their staff that day they were cross contaminating the food and could not handle the volume of orders. Owner and management need to look into this to ensure other people don’t get sick. 0/10 would never order from this location again.

Even when you order online and it gives you a pickup time, they don't start making it until you arrive to pick it up.

The store was very clean and the holiday decorations were beautiful.
All the staff were friendly and we had a very pleasant time.
There are many Swiss chalet stores,

Warning to all - don't order take out from this location. Been here twice for takeout since they have reopened and always super late and NEVER ready by the stated time. 1st time we waited close to an hour and manager gave us vouchers but turned out those vouchers aren't even valid and probably handed out used ones. Again their are disputing that the online order was not paid for! Twice these orders were paid using gift cards on their Swiss Chalet app! I have email receipts. Is their system not working? 40 min delayed and counting. This is a realtime review as we speak! Had the audacity to tell my husband to return tomorrow for a refund after he demanded it for duplicate payment! It was YOUR error and telling us to come back to process our refund? Poor customer service! Third time will order elsewhere! Never again!

Cathy is the BEST waitress! So welcoming and professional. Always love Swiss Chalet and this location is newly renovated with all the quality of this long standing CANADIAN institution.

I used to come to this location weekly before renovations and LOVED IT. Staff and service was always amazing. Now, we try to avoid it. If you go, PACK YOUR PATIENCE.

I want to love the place but every time I go there are issues, particularly with service. INCREDIBLY SLOW. Does not matter if there are only a few tables or a full house. Always slow. Every time I have been we wait 5-10 minutes for a server to greet us at the table. When we get our meal we not checked on ever. We are constantly trying to flag someone down, and that’s if you can even see a server.

Also, washrooms are terribly designed. Acoustics are bad. It gets so loud in the dining room, if they are “busy”.

Can’t figure out why it’s so terrible. Management must have changed. Servers not trained/ not enough servers? Management, figure it out!

Take out is very very slow, ordered in advance arrived at suggested time and still waited 30 minutes for order.

I recently dined at this newly renovated Swiss Chalet, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The menu offered a variety of options to choose from, and I decided to try their famous Rotisserie Chicken. It did not disappoint - the chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the dipping sauce added an extra zing. The portion size was generous, and it came with a side salad and their signature Chalet fries, which were perfectly crispy.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I also appreciated the quick service, which meant I didn't have to wait long for my food to arrive.

This location of Swiss Chalet offers a great dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a cozy atmosphere.

I would have given a 1 star due to the problem that occurred today. But honestly, they deserve the 5 star because of their behaviour towards their customers. I’m not sure if it was the manage/owner, but he was very humble & polite. I couldn’t stop myself but give a 5 star for his service.

I took my children to this location on Wednesday evening. Not only was it kids eat free night BUT the children were treated like rock stars. Priya was particularly lovely and made sure the 3 kids I brought had the perfect plane toy and refills as needed. The hostesses, our server and Priya made the experience extra special for my whole group. We don’t eat out often but we were happy we chose this restaurant. The kids had a blast and it was all reasonably priced. The staff truly deserves recognition for their patience, hard work and attention to detail. All of us enjoyed our meals as well.

Chicken here has distinctive smell which you don't find at other Swiss chalets. Folks need to do better with their chicken which they specialize in.

HORRIBLE service! It was our first time here and wanted to give it a try only because of the Tuesday deal. Nobody seated us, we seated ourselves which is fine but makes the welcome kiosk irrelevant. It took them a while to bring us the menu even though we didn't need it, we wanted to order straight away but the waitress told us she would be back but she never did. I don't blame her because she was not the only one with that attitude. Note that the restaurant was not busy at all, only a few tables. We had to leave which is unfortunate, would not recommend.
