Swiss Chalet

I highly recommend this location. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. My favorite servers are Tatiana and Pinelopi. The are very friendly and efficient, and treat me like family.

Ordered 4 quarter chicken dinner all dark meat. She said they don't have. Then after a brief conversation she came back and said she can give me only 2. Restaurants service in Scarborough is horrible. The people are so rude

During Christmas I bought 2 meal and i got coupon win for two meal. I went back on jan 2nd they said i have to buy another 2 meal to claim my winning rewards. Biggest scam ever! Never eating this again. Complete scam!

Remember when you paid extra for white meat and got a decent wrap? Yeah they don't do that anymore. Charge you an extra 2 bucks for white meat and I get a wrap that looks like it's been picked apart and put back together. The tomatoes were green the lettuce was wilting and the bacon was undercooked. Yet the cost keeps going up and it keeps getting worse and worse. Fries are either burnt or raw. There is no inbetween with this location. Never again will I order from here.

I will not go back to this Swiss Chalet location. The cost for the food was just not worth it at all. I gave a full 15% tip because the highlight was the service - thank you to our waiter Jin for his excellent service, professionalism and kid-friendly attitude!

As for the food:
1. The 1/4 chicken & rib looked delicious on the menu. It came out looking and tasting like someone microwaved a random dish of food. Chicken was hot and tasty, coleslaw was so tiny, bread roll was what you expect, BUT the ribs and baked potato was just nasty. Ribs were lukewarm at best - did you guys take it out of the fridge and pour a bit of sauce over it? The "baked" potato was so dried up and hard - I had some thing like that before when I microwaved it too much when I was a kid. Remember, stick to their fries only.

2. Appetizer - Cheesy Garlic loaf, again, nothing like the menu photo. Little cheese and poor execution with the garlic poured over the sliced bread. Not worth $8.99. No thanks again.

I have nothing against Swiss Chalet as I have enjoyed other locations before, but this was pretty bad and disappointing experience. Sorry, won't come back to this one.

Ive been to this location once before and the food was horrible, I thought Id give it another try. My chicken was overcooked it was hard and dried out. The shrimp was disgusting I have now learned my lesson and will never go to this location again.

We ordered swiss chalet chicken fries and that delicious sauce tonight on Door Dash.
Fries and sauce was great but the chicken breast was so dry.

Disappointed.

This is my favorite Swiss Chalet location, l have known the staff for many years. The food is amazing and always fresh.

The quality and portion size of the food at this location has definitely gone down. My family orders Swiss Chalet for delivery occasionally, and this time I had the Festive Special. Well, let me tell you, there was nothing "festive" about it and nothing to write home about!

The dark meat portion was very small and insubstantial; I was still hungry afterwards and I'm not a huge eater. For almost $20 a pop, I expected much more. Also, the stuffing I was looking forward to enjoying, was like mush and there was only a tiny amount of cranberry sauce given with the meal. Overall, a very disappointing experience for a fairly regular customer. I hope the restaurant contacts me to resolve this issue and does their best to win me back as a customer!

After reading the negative reviews, I should have known better than to visit this location. Where do I even start? My in laws got there before us and were asked in a rude fashion why they had not made a reservation (6 of us attending). Oddly, the place was never even half full the entire time we were there. We asked for 2 appetizer orders.both spring rolls. Instead one plate of perogis and one of spring rolls arrived. The service was ok. The food? Nope. How do you serve such a simple meal and manage to ruin it? Cold fries. The chicken in my hot chicken and my mother in laws was so dry it was hard to chew. My daughters rib order was small and hardly sauced and had to go back after the waitress accidently dragged her sweater across the plate. I felt bad for the lady. It was cold in the resto making the sweater a necessary item for her. Long story short, avoid this location. There are better ones 10 to 15 minutes away from this spot and worth the drive.

I have been a long time customer of this location (Lawrence and Birchmount) but I am so fed up with them getting my order wrong either on delivery or after I pick it up and get home and realize they have missed something or given me something wrong, the girls at the counter are nice but the manager/owner (not sure what his position is) Indian guy is very sneaky and lies (regarding a situation with a gift card about a year ago) and the food seems to be going downhill, after tonight I will not be going there anymore. I will only go to the Scarborough Town Centre location from now on. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I went there to collect an Uber delivery just now. The lady at the cashier said it will take just 5 minutes. So I just stayed. Then another uber driver came and she gave him his food parcel. Then after like 10 minutes, she came to me and said it will take 10 more minutes to get ready. She just wasted my time and I had to cancel the order and go. It's good to respect others by preparing the orders on time since we are also doing a job. Hope the management sees this and improves on quality of service.

My husband ordered two dark meet the girl she was very rod and we get ready old bread roll was very hard to eat very bad service and I really didn’t know u guys have 3.8 I will never come back
