Yummy delicious food Chicken, served with Signature Chalet Dipping Sauce, a dinner roll, sweet potatoes fries

Food was good but left 2 stars because we had ordered the festive family feast and they had forgotten 4 bags of Lindor chocolates along with the order.

Good chicken and okay ribs. Standard solid, consistent fair. Tastes better if enjoy their sauce.

Almost non existent service. Waited 20 minutes and had to get up and look for my server just to put my order in. Server was a ghost the rest of the time we were there. Had to look for her again just to ask to pay. Fries were just refried. It was gross and stale. Wouldn’t come here again.

Horrible customer service by Manager Simrand. Received a call after I placed the order that they had ‘no more dark meat’ (obviously trying to save it for the dine-in customers). When I received my chicken, it was burnt to a crisp to a point where none of the skin and part of the meat wasn’t edible. Which didn’t help with the already shrinking chicken. I was also missing the ‘festive’ part of the festive special. I was put on hold for almost an hour to finally hanging up and calling back. Simrand then offered me to come back for cranberry sauce and stuffing and nothing else…. Horrible customer service.

Waitress was soo nice and polite and helpful… Neiredha was super wonderful and make it a great experience!

Chicken usually overcooked.

Take out is virtually non-existent. All depends on the attitudes of the workers that day.
No reason to wait 12 minutes for service, when on a 30 minute lunch break (isn't the only time, either.) Had to leave.

So, I can't come back again. Too bad.

Beautiful new location. Abby was an outstanding server who went above expectations with her kindness and welcoming approach.

This Swiss chalet double charged me for an order and would not provide me with a refund. It used to be my favourite location.

The food and service were very good however, the table top was horrible. It was sticky and felt dirty even though it was thoroughly cleaned in front of us when we sat down. Please replace the tabletops!

Swiss chalet has always been my families go to every Sunday for family dinner and I have always had such a positive experience. However I have to say my dinner yesterday at this location had me impressed. My server Victoria went above and beyond for me and my family. She was kind and attentive and made our experience just that much better. Me and my family usually go to the location on Weston, however after the way I was treated by staff we will most definitely be coming to this location every week! Kudos to Victoria for treating my family like your own!

I have been to this location many times before as I work close by, couple of months back during lunch service was not too bad so I decided to come with my sister she came to visit me I had a choice of 2 location one on airport rd was closer but I chose this one and was I disappointed!
They chicken looked miserable literally the salad looked not fresh at all and the dessert omg presentation was so bad we ordered the ice cream with the little donuts and I had ordered the same dessert before and it was great but this time it was horrible little donuts were as if it was days old
Service was really really bad and it was not even tht busy
I was speaking so highly about this location to my sister and was so embarrassed I wish now I never brought her there
So disappointed I will not be going there again and will not even recommend this location to family and friends anymore
To spend so much money and to tip and leaving disappointed no never again.

This place has gone downhill. We get takeout from here all the time, but last couple of times, absolutely horrible experience. Furthermore, upon filling out the receipt survey and requesting to be contacted back, they never did. So 1-star is far too generous.

We had the sweetest lady Abi A was adorable and fast! She was so friendly and really kind to the older people near us!

Abi is the best waitress! Service was great. My husband thought it was the best service at a Swiss Chalet. She brought us the lemon water and it was much appreciated! Love this location!
