Place is dead but the service is terrible! Took 15 minutes for a server to even come to our table.

Lana is our absolute favourite person and why we keep returning to this Swiss chalet location. She is so friendly and is the best. Food is always fresh and nicely prepared. Highly recommended.

My chicken is always a little bit pink but this time my whole piece was 90% pink…. I feel gross after having a bite and realizing. My dad also ordered ceaser salad with bacon and the bacon wasn’t there.

***SCAM ALERT*** I recently ordered a double leg dinner for takeout at the Wyecroft Road, Oakville location. I realized after ordering they up-charged me to the festive special which I did not ask for. I heard someone that ordered after me complain about the same thing. I was in a rush so did not complain.

When I got home I saw that one of the pieces of chicken was almost RAW! I filled out their survey and complained. They told me their chicken is always cooked (It wasn't). They said they would give me $5 off my next order which barely covers the up-charge scam on my last order. Also, I have to tell them when I order I am the guy that complained about their scam and raw chicken. What a pathetic response.

Never going back there again.

The waitress Nitharsa was very friendly and service was fast. Was greeted by Albert and the dining experience was wonderful.

Always a great experience. We have always had great service by Lana. The food and our experience with Lana, makes us come back week after week.

Shiva the server knows us by name and remembers what we want. Shiva knows we like our coffee always fresh and very hot and always a lemonade and ice tea. Shiva is always happy to serve us quickly and with a smile, she's our favorite server.

Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I ordered delivery from this location and it arrived 30 minutes later than told and there was food missing (both chicken and fries). Mistakes happen I totally understand but not only did they NOT make it right, they didn’t refund as promised and the Manager was supposed to call me with a voucher for all the problems. I never heard from the Manager, I left a few messages with no return call. It has been over 1 month now and still I have not heard from anyone regardless how many times I call.

Definitely would NOT recommend this place and actually advise everyone to be weary as they obviously don’t care to fix problems that they created. No customer service at all! Very disappointed. Beware!

Thanks to Lana this is the best Swiss chalet location I’ve ever been to. She is the kindest person I’ve ever met. She is always so patient and friendly to us. We come every week only because of Lana. Thank you so much for everything.

Me and my family went to Swiss after enjoying the movies and our experience was terrific. The food was really good I had the the rotisserie chicken and it was cooked very well as well as the shrimp. I also wanted to point out the kindness the staff presented especially an employe name Chris he was very attentive and had a very good attitude. I will definitely be coming back. Lana takes very good care of us every time we visit, makes this our go to for Rotisserie Chicken

I highly recommend Chris from Swiss Chalet. He is an exceptional worker who consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Chris is friendly, attentive, and always ensures that customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Went here today thinking maybe we would meet the famous Farzy that I read about so much on here, but got Lana instead and what a treat! We hadn't had Swiss Chalet in a couple years after a bad experience (at a different location), but decided to give it another try and so glad we did. Food was excellent and Lana was great - she was warm and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We are happy to say we have been won back by Swiss Chalet and will hope to see Lana each time we go back!

Hit and miss when coming here. Also 90% of the time it takes forever to get your food and they usually miss something or the food is so so

Service was a bit slow. Took a very long time to be acknowledged at our table after being seated. Food was really good however.
