I had to call at 5: 30 am with our first plumbing issue in our house and was completely unsure what was going on. The customer service rep was excellent on the phone and very patient with me. The on call plumber called within 10 minutes. Fortunately, we didn’t need them as the City was around the corner fixing a broken water pipe which we believe is the issue. I would call again for sure for my next problem.

This past weekend we had Syles send out one of their technicians to assess and repair a problem with our furnace. Although the part to be replaced (gas valve) cost a small fortune, Kris our repairman was prompt and courteous. He was in and out in due time.

Adam did a repair and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working. The following week, Curtis did a furnace maintainance and again, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working as it should. Customer engagement and interaction with this two gentlemen is beyond rating as they were excellent.

I had the pleasure of meeting Curtis yesterday as he came to save the day! Thankfully my repair wasn’t complicated but I was so happy that he got my gas fireplace up and running! Not only was he super kind and professional he took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. After he got the fireplace running he took the time ti clean the glass and put everything back together and explained how everything came apart and went back together in case I have to take it apart. It was a pleasure meeting Curtis and you should be proud to have him on your team!

We are extremely happy with the service from Syles. They replaced the Ac system. Hats off to Doug. And Matt &Matt & Tyler for the great clean work, They did the installation and cleaned up explained the system. All done in a day as they said. Now we are all cool

Syles installed a ductless heating and cooling system in my home recently. I am very pleased with the system recommended by the knowledgeable agent who provided the quote, and the cost was very reasonable. Also, Syles responded quickly and sent friendly and professional installers who worked hard consistently and efficiently to complete the work. I highly recommend Syles for the services it provides.

I highly recommend Syles, responsive, on time and get the job done. Their trades people are professional, polite and their fees are fair & reasonable. We called them for service for our home and business. They have helped us avoid a costly replacement at our place of business which was a rental unit, where we would have had to replace a HVAC unit (which was owned by the landlord) as suggested by the landlord's maintenance "person". We called Syles right away, and they fixed the unit, and we avoided giving the landlord a new HVAC system! Trust them to do the job right, I will always call Syles first, and I suggest you do the same.

Curtis was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to provide us with valuable expertise as we have just purchased a new home, and wanted to make sure our furnace was operating properly. Would highly recommend his service.

Sorry i called them.called monday for a service, kinda sounded wrong.got here Tuesday at 10 am.shut my gas off at 10: 20. Asked him to turn it back on.nope.went outside.made phone call.came back in.expect a call he says.got call real quick. $4950.will install wed.said carbon dioxide.never saw reading.calibration.nothing.told me my detector was garbage.neverl looked or asked model.thought Lakeshore fire department graciously provided.wow! Phoned 24 hr line 8PM canceled nxt morning install.kinda thought I would get inquire why.nope.mon 69 degrees, comfortable. Tuesday 42.guess should turn stove on? Call christine at Absolute. 1 further note.looked up furnace info they provided.model etc. Would not have fit in space. I'm serious.talk about chillin.

Curtis came to look at our Hot Water Tank, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job, explained things very well and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Fantastic service!

Anthony & Josh installed a new hot water heater at my house and we’re fantastic. Josh contacted me early in the process to discuss the options I had present to install a power vented unit that doesn’t require venting out of my chimney. It was super helpful and appreciated.

Syles installed a hot water tank for me today. The guys were very thorough, showed up on time and left my place spotless. I've been with Syles for 10 years now and they always do a great job.plumbing, HVAC maintenance, gas line work and electrical.

Curtis fixed our AC drain pipe in a pinch even though HVAC guys are super swamped this time of year. Even though it was installed very poorly by the previous owners of the home, he was able to find a solution that worked and explained everything to me as he did it. He and his coworker (Sorry, I don't remember his name!) were both extremely friendly, professional, transparent, and I was pleasantly surprised with how fair the price cost was. Thanks again!

And also to installers Brandon and Anthony who worked very hard to get me hot water after the company I rented from wanted me to wait a week with a leaky tank before they could help me and I paid for insurance with them.second call to them I was promised someone would call that evening between 9 qnd 11 pm. No call No show.
Next morning My first call was to Syles and I met people who care.
It was a pleasure to have Brandon and Anthony in my home. Brandon pointed out a potential problem with a water pipe which if not taken care of could be a disasteer. I am so grateful as I would never have known about this till it would give way and flood my home. I am so grateful.

It’s not easy shopping for a new furnace, thank God I came across Dan Shepley. He told us what to look out for and gave us the best deal. I personally knew his technician Brad, and knew how amazing he was with his work as well. I can’t say enough good things about this team; very honest and very professional.

We recently decided to have a new air conditioner and furnace installed in our home. Syles heating and cooling came highly recommended to us. The owner, Grant Higginbottom, was very knowledgeable answering all of our questions and helping us choose the best system for our needs. The installers, Austin and Brad, arrived on schedule, were very friendly and accommodating, explaining everything, and paid attention to detail. It was a struggle for them getting my old monster furnace out of the basement, but they managed without complaint. I will definitely call Syles again for my future needs.

Have used Syles for a number of home repair issues and have always been impressed with the friendly staff and prompt service. Recently had a new water tank installed and the technicians were professional and personable. They even returned the old tank to the previous rental company at no cost to us. Great customer service.

Friendly and prompt. There was a delay in a part from thr manufacturer and they kept me updated. 100 percent will be top on list if needed again.

My hot water tank stopped heating and began leaking on a Sunday before the holiday Monday. I spoke with Dan Shepley (sales agent) on the holiday and he provided all the necessary information and had the installers here at 11am Tuesday. They were polite, considerate, prompt and efficient while performing the very difficult installation as the tank was located in an attic room. It was nice to deal locally and not speak to someone out of country as one of their competitors does.

I had a problem with my hot water tank I couldn't get hot water, called the company that rented the tank, on June 11th, and was told I would have a new tank in 12 weeks.
Today (July 13th) I emailed SYLES at 8.30 am had a response twenty mins later from Doug Garrod and by noon the old tank out and within 40 mins new tank installed. Employees courteous, friendly and cleaned up after the installation. SYLES also took care of the old tank, the paper work relative to the previous company.
I have already recommended SYLES to someone who is having a problem.

Excellent place to purchase all your heating, air-conditioning, And HVAC services. Best in western Ontario. Honest Reliable Sales and services. Servicing all Windsor /Tilbury, lakeshore, Chatham, and surrounding areas. They also have rental of new equipment such as thankless water heaters, Central Heating and Air-Conditioning. My ratting of this company is 10 out of 10.

I contacted Syles for a home plumbing issue through a friend's referral. The plumber (Ben) and his apprentice (John) were respectful, professional, followed every safety protocol and took the time to positively explain what they were doing. They were focused and cared about the result and task. When I have some upcoming installs for my next renovation job I am calling Syles for sure.

We’ve been using Syles for a 2 years for on going maintenance on our old air conditioner.

Low and behold this last weekend when the temperature got to 34 degrees, our air conditioner broke and required replacement.

Syles went above and beyond! We called them Saturday morning and a representative was at our house within 2 hours.he provided a quote for the outside unit and the inside coils, price very reasonable. The gentleman said they were busy but they will get our air conditioner installed within a week.

They called on Monday to advise they will be at the house around 1.

Three very friendly and professional workers showed up, on time, and gave us a 3-4 hour estimate to complete…

The whole job took about 2 and a half hours.they were very efficient and left my backyard and basement as clean as they found it.

Syles Mechanical has been nothing but spectacular. Recently added an addition to my house and had them do all of the duct work as well as run the gas lines. Everything was done extremely fast and to perfection. I also had them install a tankless hot water unit as my old hot water tank started leaking. They were there immediately to remove the old unit and installed the new one. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my house in the exact state it was in prior to them arriving. Thank you all at Syles for everything.

Wow! I am totally impressed with this company. I contacted them yesterday around noon to schedule a furnace service/maintenance; by 2pm I had a call back and an appointment set up for this morning; 2 service techs arrived right on time! Ok. SYLES is the PLACE to call for your heating and cooling needs. My home air conditioner stopped working and I had "the other guys" show up to quote the job. The tech didn't even look at my AC and just launched into a sales pitch for a brand new unit.

Richard from SYLES came by today and it was a NIGHT and DAY difference.

My AC was just fine, save for a wire that looks like mice might have chewed through it.

He diagnosed the problem and repaired the AC in about 15 minutes.

VERY impressed with the customer service and will ONLY call SYLES from now on!

Can't say enough about my experience today! I'm ready for the hot weather now!

Grant is the best!
Extremely responsive to all my request from HVAC/fireplace needs to service. Needed an A/C moved and venting re-routed.no problem, they were there the next day. Need external gas lines installed, Syles has the professionals on staff.
