Had a relaxing experience, and love how my skin feels after my facial. I was explained everything before starting, and made really comfortable during. Will definitely be back for other services too!

This was my first time at the spa and found Cody to be extremely professional and set a great tone for my first treatment by asking lots of questions and really getting an understanding of what I wanted.
I had lightening and full bright colour as well as cut and style, I have a LOT of hair and he was efficient and patient and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Amazing experience as always at Symphony Spa! All of the staff are fabulous, friendly and professional. Spa is clean and well managed, owners are so incredibly kind! The place is nice & clean. Front staff is very welcoming. The girl that did my hair/up do for a party was super nice and I loved the end result (waterfall braid). However, the girl that did my make up was super friendly but I did not like the end result. I have blonde hair and she colored in my eyebrows with black color (!) and made them super thick, although my eyebrows are brown. I had to call her back to take some of it off. Even the hairdresser agreed with me! One of my fake eyelashes was not even glued onto my eyelash, but onto my lid. Making my one eye look massive compared to the other and leaving a gap between eyelashes. My bad for not looking up SO close before I left. The make up mirror is SO far away I could not see myself unless I stood up and went close to a mirror. Not convenient at all nor did I get a mirror to hold. I mean maybe this is on me for not asking but with 10 years experience in make up I'd assume she would know how to put an eyelash on. I do not have much experience with professional make up but still not happy with the end result. I still would come back again but I would have to request someone else.

Booked here with Dailis for massage. Dailis made you feel right at home and has such a pleasant and outgoing personality. Her expertise and knowledge was beyond perfect. I’m feeling so much better after my treatment. If I could give higher then 5 star I would.

Cody is my favourite person! He always makes my hair look bomb. I found him a year ago with dead yellow orange hair and over this past year we’ve restored the health, regained its ability to grow and got a beautiful blonde.

I suggest him to everyone! Always makes you feel welcomed and loved ️️

I tried to resolve my issues over the phone after being told that the owner was on vacation and would call me back, they didn’t. I called them. Then they said that the other owner would call me. They didn’t. So now here we are I had a lash and brow tint which was poorly done, my fair lashes were not adequately dyed, and the blonde is still visible on top. Not to mention that I explicitly stated that I didn’t want and brown used on my fair eyebrows and they were dyed dark brown to the point where my friends and family said that I should ask for my money back. On top of that, I also got the worst Brazilian wax of my life. I asked for (AND paid for) sugaring but arrived and saw the sticks and strips laid out. When I asked, I was told that the wax what the technician prefers. And then she proceeded to break every hair on my pubic region leaving me with long uneven stubble that couldn’t be waxed. So yeah pretty much the worst services I’ve ever gotten and then followed by the worst customer service in addressing the issues. I would say don’t go here. Save yourself the embarrassment.

Maureen was so professional and detail oriented when doing my brow lamination and tint, and lash lift and tint. It was my first time getting my brows done and she took the time to listen to what I wanted. She did a pedicure for me afterwards and was fun to work with as we picked a multicolour option! I’d see her again.

I was aware my esthetician (Arza) was going to be away due to surgery (for a month or so). I noticed months had gone by and Arza was still on Symphony’s booking system. I’d book my appointments for months with Arza because it allowed me to - the day I’d show up to my appointment, I was told at the front desk that my appointment had been switched to someone else (with no prior notification) because “Arza wasn’t back yet”. This happened to me 3-4 times and each time I asked them to let me know when the switch had been made (NOT when I get to the spa) - and each time, they did not.

My last visit to Symphony spa, I was rebooked with someone else AGAIN. The lady I was rebooked with was almost 30 minutes late, and no one came to let me know she was running late while I sat in the waiting area. I finally went to inquire with the receptionist, and it was at that time I found the lady I was rebooked with standing with the receptionist chatting. No sense in urgency and not apologetic that she was THAT late for her appointment. This is probably the 3rd time my appointment had been more than 15 minutes late in one year.

I also later found out that Arza had opened her own business. Symphony spa had left Arza available to book with online for months, to get her clientele? And would rebook people without notification.

Booked a first time service. The staff are great and the facilities are clean and pleasant. I definitely will be booking again and quite possibly have a bridal party event there.

Kendra was absolutely great! Lively, happy, knowledgeable, and amazing overall. Very welcoming and warm, super clear with everything when explaining a package! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed on my first ever visit to symphony. Great work overall, I’m very happy to have had her for today’s appointment. The entire staff is just so great! And I also got my hair done thank you Cody and Emily! You are magicians!

What a phenomenal experience! I had a feeling that Cody would be a supremely talented hair colourist and stylist, and not only were my expectations met, but surpassed! He took the time to listen to my "hair notes", even looking at photos I brought along (hopefully) to further explain my wishes. And then the magic started.what an outstanding colour, highlight and cut. I was so pleased with Cody's deep knowledge and expertise, as well as his obvious dedication to reaching a high level of standard. I trusted the journey, and walked away a happy customer. Very dissatisfied.
The place Nd staff is nice and everything.
But I didn't get good massage at all.

They charge you for 60min massage and do only 50 massage and call that the standard. It's not the standard. I've done massages everywhere.

Secondly, during that 50massage they cant even do full body massage! And ask you if you want full body you have to ask for 90min massage:)

Third, the massage it self, is just relaxation massage not deep tissue for sports person. Even though i asked specifically for deep tissue massage when I booked the apt.

Fourth my neck hurst now after the massage

Staff are professional, friendly and a lot of fun. Our pedicure staff were above and beyond and the massages were calm and relaxing, especially after a long week. We will definitely be back.thank you again for the amazing service.

My daughters and I had pedicures this week. We had such a good time and our toes are so pretty. Thank you for the fun time, our s'more shakes and for letting my future daughter in law soak her feet while we were beautified.

Aila was excellent in every way! I was interested in a service that I couldn't find on the website (body scrubs) and she looked into it, and added it on creating such a perfect spa day! My left thigh had lost tone after surgery last year and it is 100% back to normal now- I AM COMING BACK for more magical treatments! I should have tipped more!

Symphony Spa is one of my favourite places in Kingston! It's truly a relaxing experience from the moment you enter the spa and are greeted by its beautiful interior, soft music, and complimentary beverages. The spa itself (esp.the waiting area and café) is super cute, clean, and tranquil with lots of natural light. The staff are also all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I love that the spa offers such a wide variety of services and I find the quality excellent and consistent across the board. Facials are so relaxing (shout-out to Darian for painless extractions) and my skin looks and feels so much more glowy and rested after. Treating myself to wellness weekends at Symphony is a highlight of my month and I'd def recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to high-quality services with friendly, professional staff in a beautiful place.:)

Had my hair done by Cody today! After completing a free hair consultation with me, He did amazing blonde highlights!
He took his time, explained what he was doing throughout and styled it beautifully at the end! I ordered a delicious chicken Caesar wrap while my hair was processing and it was massive, I was quite impressed!

Our pedicure aestheticians were amazing! A good combination of friendly/chatty but also let us have time to ourselves for us to catch up. Our peach scrub and the hot stone treatments were wonderful! And their attention to detail for our foot polish was on point! Highly recommend!

Walked in and was greeted by the very friendly associates. I immediately felt relaxed listening to the soundtrack that was playing. My massage was amazing and I didn't want it to ever end! I worked on my feet all the time and was so happy I treated myself at this spa! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
