We had a great time at symposium, our server Victoria was so funny and always checking up on us!

Food is always good, but the service was better today! Victoria offered the best service ever. She was so nice and accommodating. Loved the experience

The salmon was under cooked hard to chew, the blt sandwich was dry. The frys were good. The service was slow and not friendly. I wouldn't recommend coming here it was my first and last time. New to Bolton!

Beyond disappointed in the chicken parm, it is worst than cafeteria food. Ate less than 3 bites and gave up. They charged me for the meal and didn’t offer to bring something else. Paid and left! Definitely bad approach to service if they want to keep customers!

I had the teriyaki bowl and it was inedible, It was drowning in sauce. I picked out the protein and took it go thinking I could take it home and try to add rice and veggies. I asked the server to tell the chef, way too much sauce. She said "he hates making the bowls, he has to put that much sauce". You're the chef, you know it's awful, stop doing it! For $28, I won't be back.

One of the best dinners I ever had. No exaggeration.
Spinach dip followes by Med Salad and an amazing Rib dinner accompanied with Merlot. Awesome job! See you soon.

Went for a quick lunch. Walked in at 1: 20. At 1: 50 I walked out. Nobody took my order except for the glass of water when I walked in.

I had amazing time at Symposium last night. Our server Teneshia was awesome and really made our night. Definitly would recommend trying the Creme brule cheesecake!

Very unique atmosphere. Food is excellent. A variety of options for everyone. Patio is beautiful in the Summer & inside is great as well for family & friends to gather.

Stopped in for an early breakfast while I was passing through bolton. I was surprised to see a fancy place open for breakfast and had to try. Glad I did! The food was awesome.had the Champion breakfast, 3eggs, potatoes, bacon, and a WAFFLE! You cant go wrong with their waffle! The staff was great, my server sudjested trying a fruit smoothie and he absolutely hit it outa the park with that one! Great food, great staff, Ill be coming back next time Im in bolton!

Had such an amazing experience food was delicious, and my server Teneshia was quick and efficient, she made the best espresso martini I’ve ever tasted. Definitely coming back.

Food was meh. On top of that the blonde server with the tattoo on her chin was extremely rude and kept slamming the payment machine on the table as we were paying and made petty comments. She also said the tip comes out of her salary, which is a lie. Service was terrible. Just because of her we will never be coming back.

This our third time here. The first two times were great but this evening it the worse food. Calamari was mushy, the fish was cold and mushy texture,
The French fries were cold and 0 salt. The spinach dip was not any better. We were polite about our complaint but it was like no one really cared.
Our server Anita brought us our dessert menu and we waited 15 min so we went inside paid our bill and that was it. Won’t be returning if it’s going to be a hit or miss situation. Poor customer service!

Have been coming here since it opened years ago. Management and staff are always super friendly. The food keeps me wanting to go back for more! Favourite caesars in town

I ordered butter chicken. It wasn’t seem to be butter chicken. Gravy was tasting something else. Overall Service was great.

My family and I go here often. The service is friendly and quick, the appetizers are delicious, the mains are very good is The desserts. When we’re in the area we always go I recommend it

My family and I go here often. The service is friendly and quick, the appetizers are delicious, the mains are very good for the price point and the desserts are to die for. I highly recommend the crepes!

Really wasn’t impressed with service I was a worker in the food industry and understand getting mad and being exhausted but my service at Bolton wasn’t the best which it’s always been amazing my food wasn’t great either but still enjoyable the servers didn’t help us when our poor server was running around I asked for a Coke Zero and was told to get my server whom was already being thrown all over the place she looked so exhausted I felt so bad for her then we asked for the bill again this poor server had to run to us because no one else wanted to help us that is so disappointing poor girl must’ve been tired staff seems a bit lazy our server was excellent she did her job amazing

Food was ok but didnt enjoy it since every order too very long to be served.

This restaurant has gone completely downhill. Tonight I ordered souvlaki. Over 20$. I ate the salad 1st and then began the souvlaki which did not taste the same as usual. On the third piece, I bit into a very bad lingering taste of spoiled meat. My husband tried it and agreed it was definitely ‘off’. The waitress was nowhere to be seen. By the time she came my husband had finished his meal. I told her and she apologized. When she returned again she asked if she could get me something else but it was far too late to wait for another meal. She brought the bill and we were
expected to pay full price for a meal not eaten but a small salad.and that was inedible. No-one cared that their food was bad. We have been regulars there in the past but will NEVER go back!

The worst experience I've had in a business and company.

We waited 45 minutes for basic breakfast. Then when we told the manager we were unhappy she did nothing. Worse than nothing. I told her were not staying to eat the food after the terrible service and she just walked away from us!

I explained to head office about this and they didn't even reply.

If you want GOOD breakfast food with excellent service and longevity of being in business for decades, go to stratengers on highway 50. It's amazing. My wife and I go there every week. Business that symposium has lost out on for life.

I ordered 2 fish and chips for delivery. They didn't provide any tartar sauce (and it isn't an option on the menu to order extra or any at all) so the fish is garbage. Thanks.

Mirella and staff made my daughter's baby shower an event to remember. We were thrilled that we chose Symposium for the celebration!
