Update: I still go here. I'd rank them 6 stars if I could. My doctor has changed location, but Dr Tetelbaum is the finest dentist I've ever been to. He is such a gentleman and a delight to be around. Big shout out to Amanda (you are the BEST!) and Nicole (such a welcoming heart!) and all the admin staff who are amazing people. Everyone here is fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough! You know you're relaxed with a hygienist when you're nodding off during a cleaning. I don't want to go anywhere else! Never thought I would look forward to a dental visit, but I do.

Coming to the Synergy Centre for various needs is a fantastic experience. My doctor, and now my dentist are both here, and each time I come I'm more impressed with the team. This is an amazing care team, with a real heart for helping people to feel comfortable, welcome, and supported. I've never been to an all-in-one service location like this before, but it's a new standard that I'll probably judge every other place against. The team here is delightful, and the service is the best.

Just wonder why they want patients/clients to pay tips for their services/massage therapy. I've never encountered any massage therapists charging tips. They claim that they are health providers. Do we pay tips to nurses, doctors, physio therapists? So, why? If they don't charge tips, I would continue going there.

My family have been patients of Synergy Centre for several years for both massage therapy and chiropractic care. The practitioners and front desk staff go above and beyond making every interaction positive. Elvira is very welcoming and helpful accommodating scheduling needs whenever possible. Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Elton has been my chiropractor for quite some time now, and I can honestly say my experience has been incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and ensures his patients are cared for long-term. Can't recommend highly enough!

Emailed them a couple of weeks prior asking if they remove varicose veins. They said yes. I asked what type of procedure they use, and they said, and I quote, "we have a laser specific to veins. We also if needed have a doctor that does the sclerotherapy". I then booked the appontment.
When I got there, Marzena straight up told me "we do not treat varicose veins, that requires a doctor". She then began to tell me I had Rosacea (which is not what I went in for, but I knew my cheeks had something going on since theyre always red) and gave me some information to treat that instead, which was nice of her, but that's not the consultation I wanted and took off work for.

Even though I liked Marzena and she was really sweet, I will be taking my skin concerns elsewhere because of the dishonesty.

Daniel had a magical touch that melted away my stress and tension. He skillfully worked on each area of my body, using a perfect balance of pressure and technique. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the session.

I highly recommend Daniel to anyone seeking a skilled and professional massage therapist. His exceptional talent, caring nature, and dedication to providing a memorable experience make him stand out from the rest.

I highly recommend this place as this is the exact one where we can approach for all solutions and guarantee relief for most annoying neck and back issues under single roof. I must mention Jeff (orthotics), Elton (Chiropractor), Daniel (Massage therapist) and the front office support, were awesome. The whole team is very dedicated and supportive. Very proficient in their individual role with immence knowledge. I strongly suggest you to visit them atleast once.

I began visiting Dr. Elton because of several injuries that were causing me pain in my neck and lower back. I quickly realized how knowledgeable and confident he was that we could improve my situation. He’s been very kind and I’m so thankful for his care as it’s given me such quality of life back now that I’m not fighting pain anymore. Special shout-out to the ladies at the desk, because they are always lovely to check in and book with!

After checking several websites for laser hair removal in London, I settled on the Synergy Centre for laser on my face. Because my skin is dark, I knew that I needed nd: yag laser in order to prevent burns from happening. As a result, I called the Synergy centre and ensured that this is what would be used on my face. I went in twice for laser here. The first time went well, although I noticed scabbing and dark scarring on the treated areas a few hours later. When I sent photos of the burned areas to the technician, Marzena, inquiring whether this was normal, she reassured me that my face was fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Four weeks later, I returned to the centre for my next treatment. She looked at the areas she previously treated (i.e, the remaining scars on my face) as well as the photos I’d sent the previous month and admitted that the laser had indeed burned my face. Because of this, she refused to provide further treatment on my face until I bought hydroquinone, a $170 skin lightening serum that would brighten my skin and prevent further burning. I bought the serum but after the whole experience, I lost confidence in her ability to provide laser on dark skin and went elsewhere. In addition to the consultants at my new centre telling me that I do not need to use hydroquinone on my face, my treatment areas have responded well and I pay less than 75% of the price that I paid at Synergy.

When to the chiro for some leg troubles and dr Elton took care of me no problem, after even just talking and telling him my issue he essentially came up with a plan right there to help me out, very knowledgeable guy, I’ll 100% be going back

I had a small cosmetic procedure performed by Dr. Maria Tetelbaum. While all the staff were warm and friendly, Dr. Tetalbaum went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!
