Surprisingly good Dim Sum platter! Impressively authentic and delicious. Cantonese Chow Mein: delicious crunchy noodles with tasty sauce, fresh perfectly prepared veggies and high quality shrimp. Both dishes were made to order, excellent restaurant quality and reasonably priced.

Went here for an early lunch yesterday, 5/31. The ladies working the counter were very friendly and kind to my young son. Food was delicious and fresh. We had to wait for the dim sum combo as they were just opening for the day, but the lady brought it out to us as soon as it was ready.

Very stingy with the amount of food given. Overpriced for the amount of food you get. Sigh.

Food is bland, noodles don’t have any flavor in them. There wasn’t any chicken in bowl, mostly skin. Pure disappointment

The cachier who worked on friday (4/14,20: 45pm) was so rude and she forced me to pay twice. After finish the payment, I asked about the price of drink, she just added the drink in the order (without saying anything) and added food again, asked me to pay. I rejected of course then she threw the water bottle. I could't understand her act and asked refund what I paid first. And then I asked refund receipt, just in case, but she said there was no reciept (even I couldn't get reciept when I paid) and no evidence of refund (she just insisted she did it). Not make sense.

I had waited for one week, because sometimes it took time to cancel the transaction, but finally I could check that it had not been refunded.
She just took my money. Don't be cheated at this terrible store!

This is the most rudest stall at the Eaton Center. After ordering and paying for a meal here, I asked for a tap water and they refused. Asked a second time, they said no. Holy, I'm surprised I was still allowed a fork and few napkins. I've eaten here before many times and I will never be going back. Plenty of other great eateries in the food court - no need for untrained rude staff from Szechuan Express.

$13 for very small portions, wouldn’t try again, oily and the vegetable fried rice doesn’t taste good.

Almost 10 years in Canada and first time I ever get such RUDE treatment! I went this Saturday at the Eaton Centre at around 2pm. The Cashier woman was SO extremely rude! Borderline aggressive. I asked a simple question about a food item (what it was…), she rolled her eyes each time I spoke any word to her as if I was asking her for a special favor or something to be free. This woman ruined my lunch time with my family where I decided to spend my hard earned money on this business. For this lady to be treating me like this…. It was just surreal to me. I am especially surprised about the treatment as this is Eaton Centre where they must be used to receiving people from all over the world. I had to almost apologize for not knowing what a couple of items in the menu were. I am sorry I am not Chinese! I am extremely disappointed. I am never eating again at this place! Hope this reviews serves all who reads it to avoid a very uncomfortable and unfair time at this place. Any tourist that comes here would get the worst impression of Canada.

I only go here for end of the day specials. The food is meh but eatable. I do like their dim sum side like egg rolls and buns. The good is oily and staff could be rude and could be nice hit or miss. Their soups is yummy.

Very rude but the food is bomb I try and have music in my ears so I don't hear a word from these jerks.

Good reasonable food. I always take the noodles with General Tso chicken and veggies. Quantity is enough to pay me for two meals and I pay close to$14 witn taxes for it

Worst experience. The staff on the billing counter at 7: 08pm on January 12,2023 was very rude and her behaviour was inappropriate. When I asked her name she didn't tell me her name for the feedback also when asked to call her manager she didn't even call her manager for the complaint. Very much upset and disappointed with the experience. So unprofessional behaviour.

The behavior of the staff was pathetic. I went there with my friends the staff on the billing misbehaved with us. She was already so frustrated like someone is forcing her to work. On asking about manager they said that manager is on off today and she didn't even tell us her name for the feedback. I am very much disturbed with the incident as she treated us like we aren't paying for the food. The management should take some action to prevent this from happening in future.

Worst customer service ever. Gave me not even enough chicken for a child and then charged me for extra when i complained. Pathetic.

I want to bring your concern that the staff at your outlet is ill-mannered and discourteous. Instead of behaving kind to the customer for their query, the staff at billing counter behaved nasty, also impertinent. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. We are coming here for the good environment, not for the coarse, boorish disrespect. On January 12,2023 at 7: 08pm, the person at billing counter behaved impolite to us. I want the management to underlook this matter.

Very very bad experience. Tasteless food, noodles, chicken, broccoli tasted garbage.
Chicken and veg dumplings were worst.
BIG SHAME. Extremely pathetic food.
Please don’t waste your money.
