The worst breakfast experience in a long time. I used to live in whitby a few years back, i used to frequent this breakfast place quite often.

First of all the older waitress had such a scowl on her face, I took offense to her unwelcoming demeanor.

Not friendly, didn't check on me the whole time I was having my breakfast!
I had to raise my hand to ask for more water, I was totally ignored.

Obviously I didn't leave a tip. Note to owners, I understand the desire to treat repeat customers well; but, new customers deserve the same respect.

This place rocks. Had a awesome club I live club sandwiches the fries are really good as well. I will be going back again

One of our favorites for breakfast. Thick bacon, fried eggs, rye toast, and the best home fries around. We also had the Cheesy Western sandwich on toasted rye. Hands down our favorite breakfast sandwich! All for $21 + tip. The servers are wonderful and remember the regulars. Small place, totally worth supporting!

Absolutely the best breakfast and lunch in Durham. The staff is spot on perfect! Love this place so much! Perogies for breakfast is by far the most delicious thing with peameal that is as thick as steak.

Stopped by T&Ds for lunch and it surely didn’t disappoint. The Buffalo wraps were absolutely delicious and made to perfection. The poutine here was also really good. The portions were great and the prices were fairly cheap. Value for money. We will surely we back to try other stuff on the menu.

I have been enjoying breakfasts at T & D's for over 25 years. I remember splitting the grand slam breakfast with my family when I was a kid.

Best breakfast in Whitby by far!

Stopped by because kids were craving fries at 8am! Friendly and fast service! Fries and cheese pierogies were pretty good. Thanks for accommodating my kids!

Been coming here for 20 years! The new owner Raj is amazing and cooks it like it was 20 years ago! I live in newcastle now and still visit once a month! Love brett! Pierogies breaky master! You all ready knw!

T&D has some of the best breakfast foods and really good poutine. Went in today, very clean area and better service than large breakfast franchises.

T & D has a special place in my heart. One of the true local spots that makes you feel right at home. They've built an incredible legacy based on friendly staff and amazing food.

First time coming here and I had a great experience. The food was great and so were the prices. The waitress was very attentive and funny too. I was stuck waiting for some car work to be done and thankfully the waitress (who's name I didn't catch) was very friendly and had no issues with me waiting there as I'm from out of town. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Don't go spend $15 on a burger combo from one of the fast food places unless you are in a rush and want to eat in your car. You will get a better burger and way more food served with a smile for the same money here.

Never once had an issue here. Never served cold food, always good service. Good food, decent portions.

Always a great breakfast. The BEST peameal around. Omelettes are large and not dry, perfect poached eggs, and great service.

I've been going to T&D's for a couple decades now and am never disappointed. The food is always consistently good and the price is reasonable for what you get. I also like supporting local businesses instead of large chains. Definitely try the perogies! You'll love them!

Friday banquet burger special on Friday is one of the best burgers in the region: no fillers in the patty and cooked with a bit lovely char for taste. I would also recommend the chicken greek salad.
The triple decker grilled cheese with bacon is possibly 75% bacon, so buckle up.

Recently updated interior for a fresh new look. Great place for your standard weekend breakfast. Perogies are the house specialty. Be sure to check out the daily specials on the chalk board.
