They rip people off they actually over withdraw from a person's account after you pay when you cancel then they take a second payment and ignore every call or email from you. They are horrible to their customers they decide to double people's insurance for no reason.

Joe is so helpful! Just bought a new carr and we were able to switch the insurance over quickly and easily. These guys have been great for years.

After 5 years of business, I needed to cancel my policy. I got the run around and it ended up costing me money. I was charged for insurance even after my policy was canceled. Very unprofessional.

Terrible is an understatement. Where do I even start? It has been 4 long years of emails going unanswered for weeks at a time. The only way anything gets done is by advising I will speak with RIBO. Every time this occurs I get sent to another broker who will ‘handle my file appropriately’ as per upper management. Save yourself the pain of the terrible customer service. They constantly make mistakes when processing policy changes (forgot to reduce my deductible as requested to Nigel over the phone). Found out it was never changed after crashing my vehicle! Joe ignores emails and even when he responds he forgets to add the multiple line discount to my auto policy when it was specifically requested in the email. Careless and unprofessional to say the least!

I have been dealing with TK WoodMar for over 4 years and the service has been excellent. I deal primarily with George, and I have to say his customer service is excellent. If i ever need documents or have questions he answers them right away. Thanks George!

I was so impressed by the service I received from Violeta. I needed to change my auto policy and how pleased I was to find this knowledgeable, warm, welcoming person. A delight to work with, no pressure, fully explained every detail. Hence I moved my home policy also.

Not to impressed, I put in a quote online and I put in the 2 accidents, got a pretty decent quote, get a call and it shot up to 600$ ridiculous, doesn't even try to help with any other options,

Since I started dealing with Woodmar I found out a different style of customer service and professional service. I approached them with concerns about my insurance and they helped me to find the best insurance rate. They did their best to provide the best service with constant smile all the time. They gave me a feeling of being a family member not a customer. I want to thank everyone at the company, both managers and staff.

I had an absolutely seamless and fantastic experience. I hadn't been insured in a few years and I was quite nervous about the cost. John made me feel comfortable and taken care of! I have been with this company for many years almost a decade and I have had multiple awful experiences I was going to change companies when I got a good broker finally named Lucas who also disappeared I have been moved through four different people now I'm on my fourth and I have no idea who that will be with no notification no information nobody telling me that I have a new broker or people are not working there anymore or what to do or who to talk to and I have only stayed because it was simple to just continue and I didn't have to go out of my way however I will now be moving on to a new company as today I found out the third broker that I had was no longer around and she has never contacted me I am having an issue with my insurance and I got put through to George who was extremely rude made fun of me and laughed me asking me what kind of option I would like for him to pay my insurance and that's not logical to which I responded that he should have a great day and the comments and the attitude and the tone are unacceptable and I will be reporting this company to some higher-ups as they are super unprofessional I have been lied to and cheated and treated like I am a complete moron with no knowledge or abilities of anything at all I am so disgusted and offended and nobody should ever ever deal with this company if I could give them negative Stars I definitely would.

I have been with this company for years and have been very happy with the customer service. The owner, contacted me personally a couple of years back when I had an issue with an employee who was not providing me prompt attention. That shows me they really care and are willing to do what it takes to make it right. What more can you ask for.

If there was a zero star that's what I would rate them. They steal people's money! They are scambags my parents and I got insured with them because they were cheaper than most of the other insurance places we saw but we turned out paying allot more in the end. Save yourselves the trouble by avoiding this place.

I needed quick insurance and had procrastinated buying due to anxiety. Nigel called and left a message and actually sounded so easygoing and welcoming it made it easier to make the call. He had a short day but communicated endlessly with me and I was insured in 2 hours, allowing me to drive to work instead of taking the bus. I realize there are some poor reviews on here but I honestly can't stress how helpful and accommodating they were. Thank you for your help!

Never used this company unless you want your time wasted George hasn't returned my calls I've been calling him to change my policy for over a month
