I received a gift certificate that I thought were not allowed to expire, however I was incorrect as it's for a service it CAN expire. The expiry was October 13th and I emailed and called not 2 weeks later and they would not extend it or allow me to book the first available apt. Although they were not wrong I just believe this to be bad business it was not even 2 weeks.

I have been going to Nancy nails for the past 4 months. Jeni gets a 10 star each time. She.always does a great job with my nails and pedicure. I get a bio gel fill with shellac. She takes her time to make sure you a super satisfied when you leaving. My nails looks amazing! Finally a nail salon with great service. Thanks Jeni.

HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Nancy is not only an amazing nail tech, but a great person. I NEVER leave this nail salon disappointed, I always feel taken care of. I suffer from eczema on my hands and Nancy always makes sure I'm comfortable. Not only that, but Nancy always makes sure I'm happy with my nails at the end of my appointment.
I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about the prices. Prices are reasonable and are definitely worth the quality and hard work these nail techs put into your nails. Nancy and her team are very talented. If you're thinking about coming here, you should and you will not be disappointed.

I will never go to another nail salon ever again. Everyone here does a great job with my nails. Prices have gone up since there is new management but they do a way better job than the last owner. I’m so happy I found my new nail salon to go to on a regular basis.

I’ve been getting my nails done at TL Pedi for a while now and they always do a fantastic job! All the ladies are very talented and always do exactly what I want. Reasonable price for bio gel.

Bought wife a package pedi and mani were ok but foot massage was a joke our kid does more. They just put a hot towel and pressed 2 times and walked away lol

My bio gel extensions look so natural. Bella is a very good technician. She did a perfect job. I’ll certainly come again! Thank you very much for such a good service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting T L Pedi Spa & Nails and getting a bio gel manicure. I was seriously impressed with the salon's attention to detail - my nails looked amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took their time to make sure that every nail was perfect. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a high-quality manicure!

This salon has gone downhill since they have switch owners awhile ago. I used to come here often. The service is garbage now. I book an appointment today for a bio gel full set. I asked for coffin nails and just a light pink colour. The shape was crooked. I had mentioned it twice to the tech and the second time she gave me an attitude and was basically upset. So I just gave up and let her finish it. The shape is ugly, coffin isn’t easy to do, but if she can’t make it look good then she might as well have told me to do a different shape. Left this place so disappointed. Zero customer service skills

My manicurist Cynthia did an incredible job with my bio gel nails. She is so talented with all the designs. She was very professional and friendly, and she did an excellent job.

The staff is friendly & caring. They did my nails exactly as I showed, also fell in love with the ambience more than anything, very calming and clean.

The manicure I get done here is the best I've ever had – the technicians are very skilled and take their time to make sure everything is perfect!

I have been coming here for years. They always do a great job with bio gel refill. It's best to make an appointment because they’re always so busy but they take walk-ins as well.

Don't have all the colors. They didn't even had the gold that i wanted. Also the quality of work isn't the best.

Negative experiences. They double book clients then asks one of them to leave without compensating for time or gas. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.

Great place for all your manicure and pedicure needs! These ladies are very talented from simple manicures to biogel extensions. Great service, great talent, and the perfect place to relax.

They only use bio gel, which is not only better for my nails but also leaves them looking and feeling better than ever before. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Reasonable price, pay $39 for bio gel refill. I highly recommend T L Pedi Spa & Nails!

This place was so dirty, tools didn’t look sanitized and the atmosphere just wasn’t professional. Their son was running around and the other nail techs were sitting and just on their phone, doing nothing. At least clean up! Their nail stations were dirty and dusty. My nail tech didn’t know how to shape my nails correctly & it seemed like she was in a rush without double checking her work - but it was literally just me in the salon! I will never come back here!

Agree with all other recent reviews - there is poor customer service and we also experienced very rude, rushed service from the female with young son.
