T & T Medical Clinic - Dr. Kim Tran, Dr. Anh Tran, Dr. Andrea Lam, Dr. Anjali Papneja

Money grab. Wanted $450 to cut of my mole that’s bothering my everyday life. Charged my mother $200 for the same mole.

I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. Each time I gave plenty of notice (3 weeks notice for rescheduling). The last time I had an all day work event which prevented me from attending. I was told my appointment could not be rescheduled because they don’t reschedule after 3 times. I think 3 weeks notice is plenty of time for rescheduling and I’m not impressed that they make rules without considering people’s work situation or how much time is given in advance for rescheduling.

Tried to go back for a checkup & was told that I had “2 no shows” therefore they could not book me an appointment.was never called or advised about these “2 appointments” I missed. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give zero stars. They dont send the results to family doctors. I called in to ask if I can have my own personal results sent to me or if i can pick them up with proof of ID. They said they dont have authority and I have to wait for a manager to allow it. I asked when the manager is working next, and the response was "We don't know". How does a medical office not know when a manager is coming in? How can they allow this. What a terrible place. DO NOT come here for your medical needs. The secretary representing this clinic is terrible.

Absolutely horrid from the front line staff to the Dr. Do not waste your time, have your family Dr. Refer you to another Dr. Very rude and incompetent.

Unfriendly, cold atmosphere from the front desk onwards.
Dr. Kim Tran, who I saw, was similar and also I felt very rushed. Not welcoming for sure. Won’t return to this place for sure.

I would give her zero star if I could. Dr Tran misdiagnosed and gave me a cream and made it worse and refused to see me. I asked receptionist many times to see her. Now that skin on face is damaged she won't see me at all and sending me to cosmetic dermatologist? Is that normal? Very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself grief go elsewhere

The doctors of this clinic should really reevaluate their secretary that represents them. She is a detriment to your clinic.
There are no words that can adequately describe her and her non existent abilities to interact with patients pleasantly and with empathy. Listening & communication skills are non existent, not to mention down right rude.
Doctors please take these reviews seriously. Secretary must go

My 17 year old just had an appointment with Dr. Tran yesterday afternoon. She was super nice and professional. She explained everything in great detail.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist at this clinic is absolutely horrendous. I am utterly shocked and extremely disappointed. I had an appointment with Dr Tran for my son and needed a requisition prior to the appointment. I did not receive the email with the requisition. The receptionist would not resend me the email, for some reason. She did not explain why. She also referred to it over and over as a “blood requisition”. Which it was not. She was rude and overbearing and would not listen to me for one moment. I have never left a negative review in my life but I am so shocked and appalled. I wanted to speak to the doctor, the clinic manager, anyone just to get my requisition and move on with the appointment but the receptionist refused to talk to anyone else and told me to go to a different doctor. Wow. I simply have no words.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Tran for over 10 years. Her and Hannah are a dream team. She has always gone above and beyond for us.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. These doctors aren't there to help you but spend 2 seconds, make some dollars and leave. Most of my questions were dismissed with Tran paying no attention to what I was even saying. I now understand why there are so many negative reviews and had it not been for a referral I would have never went here. Major breach of privacy as they try to track down any negative reviews and now it's just a matter of time until these garbage "professionals" try to track me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

By far one of the rudest and unhelpful doctors I ever encountered. Barely looked at what I was concerned about and stood across the room maybe 12 feet away. I don't know her name but she dismissed my concerns quickly and obviously just wanted to move onto the next patient and make whatever $$$ she makes an hour. Please request someone else if you are referred here.

Love the doctor, dislike the receptionist with attitude!

Dr. Papnija is by far one of the best doctors I have visited. Caring, attentive and extremely nice but the service you receive at reception makes you not want to give business to this establishment. Its as though every time you interact with the lady at reception she seems like she is having a bad day. AWFUL attitude, rushes you, does not care whatsoever about your need, more or less she wants you to stop talking. Despite the not so nice receptionist the results and experience with dr.papnija have been great. Just a heads up about the baggage.

The doctor was quite rude and dismissive despite smiling at the same time. The information on the handout she gave to me directly contradicted what she was telling me. I felt rushed and not listened to. I think this is the worst experience with a doctor I've ever had. I called the secretary back to ask if the other doctors at this clinic had the same opinion. She said they did so I didn't bother to consult the other derms here. I eventually got proper treatment from a different dermatology clinic and improved my condition. I strongly recommend against this coming to this clinic.

Dr Kim Tran is Excellent Dermatologist. Provided all relevant information about my wife's skin condition and discussed all available treatment options. Highly recommended.

I have not even been at the clinic yet but I already have a complaint. I talked to the secretary to set up a appointment. Firstly, I asked her where exactly they were located, out of curiosity, and right away she cut me off saying that I am not coming in. I realize that it is a virtual appointment but there was no need to be rude. Secondly, I asked her about the email I had just received and was asking questions about it. She told me not to talk over her and to let her explain. She was rude and curt. I hope the doctors have a little more patience and better bed side manner then the staff they hire.

WOW! Absolutely the worst run business/clinic! After I complained about the rudeness from the secretary on the phone, I got a call from the manager. She told me that she read my review and I told her that her secretary was rude to me. The manager tells me that my appointment is cancelled and to find a new doctor. What kind of sham are you "Dr's" running here. Absolute worst customer service ever. Instead of talking to your future patients and hearing what they have to say, you cancel on them. What a joke! If I were you, I would find a new clinic. I hope these doctors know that they are not the only dermatologists in the GTA. After I posted my first review, I read a few others and clearly I am not the only one who has a problem with the front staff. Hire new people!

I had my appointment with Dr. Papneja. She was great. Really knew what she was doing. The appointment was on time, she was very careful and clear when explaining to me what she was doing prior to doing it and provided me with instructions on after care through multiple channels. They were so quick to book me in for an appointment after my doctor put in a requisition and they are very quick to follow-up.

Friendly service, not too long of a wait to speak with a dermatologist. Would highly recommend to families!

This was place was fantastic. Its clean. I didnt wait very long to see the doctor. The receptionist was nice. Dr. A. Lam was so nice, informative and didnt rush you. Glad I finally found a good dermatologist

Dr. Lam is very professional. She was excellent with my elderly mother and also very good with my concerns. She explained sun damage well and offered the options for treatment. I found the cost reasonable. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful

I regret letting my abusive ex take my son to his appointment with dr.tran 2 yr ago. My mom, my husband, my daughter, me all been seen at tt. Both dr tran and lam have been so great. Helped us all with our problems and every time were lovely. U feel like speaking to a friendly neighbor who want u to do better. I got referral again and they wont book for my son my family doctor said. I learn that my effed up ex was 45 minute late to my son appointment. They told him to wait to fit in so people who on time can see doctor. He instead yell and cursed at them that he be seen right away and they say he has to wait so he then left. He lied to me and say dr saw my son. Cause He is so mean same way he is mean abusive to me, they wont accept for another appointment. The ladies there are nice when i go. Last time mom got dizzy from seeing blood when skin cancer was removed they give her water and check in on her. I am so mad at my ex. He is a horrible person. If i know this 2 yr ago i would call to say sorry and let them know i will take my son for appointments alway. My family doctor did not know i dont know so did not tell me sooner. Karma is truth, My ex is horrible being. Wish the drs and their helper ladies a good year!

The secretaries in this office are absolutely awful. I was a few minutes late for my appointment and they refused to bring me in to the see Dr. Lam until the entire waiting room of patients that came in after my appointment time had been seen. I waited to see the doctor for an hour after I had arrived in the office, as I watched new patients walk in and see the doctor before me. When I asked how long it would be, the secretaries were extremely rude and didn’t provide me with a definite answer. I felt so uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room after 15+ had cleared out and I awaited my turn. Awful experience.

Dr. Lam saved my mom's life with her diagnosis. I don't really care if the front desk is friendly or not. When your life may be at risk, the expertise of the doctor is the only thing that matters. Thank you Dr. Lam you are the best!

Waited months for a rushed appointment only to tell me there is nothing I could do. The dermatologist offered no actual advice or recommended anything, when I asked her why this was happening to me said she didn’t know and told me to come back in two years? Don’t bother with this place, she rushed the appointment and the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional.

The front office staff is very confused and have trouble understanding directions. Dr. Lam was very nice and seemed to be very professional. I was surprised at how expensive the skin tag procedure cost. I found out later that insurance does not cover any cosmetic procedures. I expected that my skin tags would be gone, but 3 months after procedure they are still there. They called me for a follow up appointment and I declined to go. I think I will try another place.

Never had a problem, Dr. Tran is very attentive. And thanks to her my cancer was detected in the early stage.

I waited 6 months to get an appt to see a dermatologist. This office never called me to reconfirm the appt. When i called today they informed me that the appt was 2 days ago and i have to pay 75 dollars. I informed them that they never called me and they had a wrong number in file. I told her im disappointed that i waited 6 months and i have to wait another 2 months to see a doc. I told her ill put a review online she said that then we wont let you see a doctor. So disappointed that i have to wait 8 months to see a doc. The staff is so rude. Unbelievable. I got a private call from the manager stating that they wont accept me because i put a bad review and hanged up on me after. The staff is really rude and dont know how to communicate with patients. The worst clinic ever. Stay away!
