I never ever recommend this Catering to anyone specially to aIranian community.they DO NOT CARE about the customers last time they served me Chicken kabob but unfortunately it was absolutely garbage it was not fresh and hundreds percent it was minimum for 2 or 3 days before. Do not waste your money and time at this garbage restaurant

Probably the worse gheyme bademjan I’ve had in a very long time, watery, all full of lentils.

Don't spend your money here. They have no respect for drivers or the other businesses waiting for the drivers.

I used to be this catering customer. Today due to miscommunication we got wrong food which we do not eat atall (Kofte) instead of Kubideh. Therefore as I was a regular customer brought back the food and I faced to an unexpected customer service which Ive been told we do not take this back from you if you like you can just reorder. I recommend if you are this catering customer, before payment double check the receipt else after payment there is no valid customer service.

Hi got a wrong ash. Actually they keep it sour ash. But i always use noodles kidney beens green one. They have great service and food. But i was upset only that they should know if customer is not persian then they suppose to tell them the type of actual ash which i know much better since i use persian food almost 10 yrs.got disappointed

After few years in Toronto we just were in passion to Try Iranian famous Dizi and came across this restaurant via searching for Dizi. We just ordered 2 for take away. Unfortunately seems the meet and juice and ingredients are mixed of different foods.
1. Juice was tasteless which is wired as there was huge meet piece but the juice was like boiled tomato paste and not at all trace of that huge meat taste.
2. The huge meet piece seems a remaining from other food like Baghali polo ba Mahiche. If you notice in the snapshot in traditional Dizi the meat piece are vey small with some small fats. The meet is look like taken from other food.
3. Tomatoes seems came from Gheimeh as well.
4. And finally due to the poor quality and taste although we just were able to eat part of the first one and throw out the remaining and 2nd completely still don’t feel healthy well.
I am very sorry to put this comments however I believe honest feedback will help to improve the quality finally or at least warn people to select maybe other food option of this restaurant such as Kebabs to avoid ruining their dream of Persian Dizi.

I created this Google account just to share my experience with this catering service. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite giving them multiple chances, I was disappointed every time I tried their food. The koofe tabrizi lacked any taste, the fesenjan was made with raw walnuts which is unbelievable for a persian restaurant to do that, and the gheymeh was undercooked. Even the koobide was not fresh and far too spicy for my taste.
It's clear that this catering service values design over taste and quality. I regret giving them so many chances, and I definitely won't be returning. Overall, I can't recommend this service to anyone who values good food. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Good food, but be careful: when they see a stranger they push to make you take things you dont want (pop, desert, salad…) “it’s included in the price” so bad

Suche has a nice quality of food, so fresh and delectable. Honestly, they have such a perfect and polite cashier; his name was Peyman. It is highly recommended for everyone to look for a fresh and good meal, especially for your parties.

Excellent food quality, portions, and flavors at a perfect price point; customer service was also outstanding; I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Food is very good but service not at all. I believe because they are very busy they do not pay attention to customers’ requests. If you ask them a chicken without rice, they usually give you the rice! If you order 3 separate chickens, they give you all chickens in one container and all the rice in the other container and if you ask why they just say sorry. These have happened to me SEVERAL times and despite the fact that their food is good, we decided to stop ordering food from Tabriz!

I only want to write about the sales policy.
It is not a good thing that you take the food money and say you can also take the drink. You can't sell it without notice.

In June 2021, I ordered Kobideh kebab from Tabriz Catering. The food wasn't good, and I didn't feel well for 24 hours after eating the food.

The worst manner that someone can have! Never seen every single staff to be this rude and disrespectful in a restaurant!
There is no customer service and no one takes any responsibility for their awful attitude including the manger!
Such a disappointment.

This place use to be good now they are too busy and don't care about the quality. I ordered twice for the same dish and twice the same.thong.raw meat!

I usually order from this place by Uber eats. And last 4 times I have ordered a dough, and 4 times the dough was missing. I can’t understand why you just don’t delete a dough from the menu, if you always do not have it.

I love their soup and tahdig.
I tried their Kabab last time and it was awful. I know kababs are generally smelly but this time the smell was unbearable. I hope it was just that one time.

We usually go to this restaurant for persian food. The food is good and portions are pretty big. The only big issue with this place is the wait time. No exceptions, every time its takes 30 minutes for preparation.
Other than everything is good.
