Plenty of parking and public transportation is nearby.

Restaurant is fairly clean. Very clean and open windows creating a nice open atmosphere. There are 2 bathrooms open to everyone.

The first time I came to this location, I ordered extra meat on multiple items, and they really delivered. The food was fantastic. Other times, I'll order extra meat, and I'll receive next to no meat on all of my items. It really is hit or miss, but considering the cost of choosing extra meat, it's risky.

I do not recommend choosing extras on your items if you must come here.

They don't include hot sauce when ordering delivery. Despite it being part of the order. What's the point without the hot sauce?

They're ALWAYS messing my uber orders up.

Bottled pop instead of fountain drinks. Cinnamon twists instead of cinnabon bites. I ask for mild sauce? Nope! Its mega fire hot! This location is absolutely a joke sometimes.

I go to taco bell for baja blast. Not bottles of 7up.

No one in the store and service was slow! Everyone in the back speaking to each other in their own language and not attending to customers.

All the dine-in tables were dirty.

Every single table is dirty here, so as the washrooms. I already mentioned it to get their staff attention, but nobody cares. And if that is not bad enough, the staff are as slow as H.honestly they don't even have enough staff to take care of customers.

The food delicious, but the cashier was more interesting in talking with the girls preparing the food than the customers.

- tables are never clean
- the wait for someone to take your order is usually 10-15 minutes
- cashier told us to press 1 & 3 on the payment machine after taking our order (we waited 15 minutes) …this translates to tipping 20%.

- Food was good and delivered decent time considering the low staff.

Visited twice recently. First time wasn't great but I thought I would give it another try. Wish I didn't. Won't go back even though I really like taco bell when it is made fresh. Fries Supreme were cold and seemed like they were sitting out for awhile and it didn't have all the toppings. Tacos cold too. Not freshly made for sure.

Order online 30 minutes before I come to pick it up. My order wasn't even touched. They said sorry and asked me to wait for 10 minutes. Within this 10 minutes, they keep serving others. Until I asked again, they sorry again and asked me to wait for another 15 minutes. Finally, I got my order ($50 order). Went home and started to eat, there was missing items. What the. I called them, and one of the girl picked up the phone, I told my story, and she said she sure to have my order correct. I asked her to check the camera, and then she asked my name to take note. She told me to come by to get those missing items. Really?

The food was very greasy it's supposed to be fast food but it took forever and the people are very uninviting very rude

Akash at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant seemed clean to me, unlike the other reviews that are posted. I saw one piece of garbage on the floor but that was from customers who didn't bother picking it up after it fell. Food took a little while, but no longer than any other restaurant. Diet Pepsi was out but Akash did offer to fill up cup in drive through area. No issues with the food.

I previously gave this location a 1 star. But changing it to 5 after the Renos. The service was better too:)

I like the food here but the place and service are shared between taco bell and kfc customers making the wait lengthy

What a sorry excuse for a KFC and Taco Bell. They should try cleaning their tables every now and then, disgusting.

Update since my orginal review. I was so happy it re-opened but somehow the service is worse then ever before and the restaurant is not clean. It was beautiful the 1st week it reopen not sure how it went downhill so fast.

Waited 25 minutes for the food. Fries were cold and the lady serving was rude and not very helpful.

This was the worst fast food drive through experience ever. They take your order and trap you in a single lane to nowhere for an incredibly long period of time. There were two cars ahead of me and absolutely no movement for 19 minutes. Apparently someone made a big order. They should do what other fast chains do, ask the client to park somewhere and then bring their food once ready fo their car. There was no warning, no update, nothing and there were at least 3 cars behind me. Knowing they had just taken a big order they should have given a heads-up. Avoid this location if you don’t want to waste time or go inside (maybe that would have been faster?). I won’t know because I won’t return.

Edit: seeing recent one-star reviews all say how slow service is at this location (amongst other complaints of missing food and rude staff) … I’m now inclined to believe there was no “big order” that was holding up the line.

Terrible experience

There were not a single clean table. Not even one for 1 hour while I was there.

Customers were lost, they did not know what was going on and staff use to disappear.

Food was awful, sandwiches had no flavour.

They were courteous enough to take the cold chalupas back, but they forgot to give us the fresh ones, thus it took them 30 minutes to give me my food back after reminding them three times.

Because they were too indolent to open the box, there was no Taco Bell hot sauce.

Poor customer service, a long wait simply because staff members chat behind the counter.

We both became ill after eating.

Avoid this location.

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in in my entire life. Over 25 minutes from getting in line (4th car) to receiving my food. It is preposterously, inexplicably, agonizingly slow. And there’s no way to exit the line once you’re in it, so you’re stuck.

The payment terminal obnoxiously prompts the user for a tip, which means you can’t just do a quick tap — you have to confirm the amount, select tip amount (zero!), confirm again, and then finally tap. This only adds to the incredibly slow times here.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Zero stars.

Save your time and money. The orders from here are either completely wrong, stale and cold, or raw.

Ever since the update (which the parts that are done look good) they have been extremely slow to put it midly. Does not matter if you go through the drive-through or in-store its the same issue. Also sometimes the food is not heated up like it should be.

I think 90% of their staff are new. Explains the issues and why you can over hear what I'm guessing is the manager tell people to call out the food properly ao it gets packed quickly.

Very unprofessional manager named Navpreet. Mustve trained the unfriendly guy at the window, Mandeeo. No customer service skills what so ever. Reading these reviews though it seems a lot of people feel the same. Sad! Before the remodel the staff were friendly. Now it feels like you're an inconvenience for purchasing food from them and ultimately contributing to their pay cheques.

Disgustingly dirty, sticky floors and tabletops. We have been waiting for 2 tacos for 27 minutes now. And there are 5 people working in the kitchen. Owner should be embarrassed!

UPDATE AS OF APRIL 18 2022: they are finally back open and renovated! Both the kfc and taco bell locations reopened and look so amazing inside.

Pretty sure this place is closed for good. Sign is down and renovations don't usually include fixing up the old! Now have to drive 20 plus minutes for my fix, ugh!

I have to give it 2 stars not because of the food as it is ok. The issue is they are disorganized. The orders take so long and twice now not correct.

Do not go here!
I just went to this location and tried to sit and have a meal. However, all seats inside were empty and dirty. Covid measures and policies are not taken seriously. The roof is leaking on-top of tables. How can this place operate? Somebody shut it down. Disgusting! Also, after requesting for someone to clean some tables so my family could sit… nothing was done. I had to ask a second time and then I was fed up and left. This place is absolutely disgusting. Also, this is not my first encounter with rude staff. Go somewhere else, anywhere else but here!

One of the only taco bells in the area. The service is pretty good, the lobby area is clean. Food is good for fast food.

Food was not fresh! Chicken was so dark and hard, I found an eyelash hair in our food and then my family and just threw the food out. I called the store to notify the manager and she didn't seem to care and just responded "okay? " I told her again there was a hair in our food.and her response was we will get incontact with you tomorrow and see what the other manager says because your food was bought 3 hours ago.

Used Drive thru. Service was okay and the attendant was accommodating to my request to have extra cup, lid and straw for a drink that I wanted to split between two kids. Also when asked for extra taco bell hot sauce that my wife loves, the attendant didn't make any fuss about it. I'd go back. A bit of feedback on improvement. I'd like to see a more tone friendly greeting versus a monotone one.

Slowest location I've ever seen. Aside from getting food poisoning from this location, I decided to give them a second chance, but after sitting at the drive thru with 1 car in front of me for 17 minutes and they hadn't even taken the first cars order, I reversed out of the drive thru and left. Slow service low quality food, rude workers that should have been fired long ago and it's never a very clean store if you go inside. Total disgrace

Cold fries. Drink machine wasnt working properly. Asked if they could fill my diet Pepsi and it was filled with alot of ice and too much foam. Asked if they could fill more and woman said no.

Not impressed. Didnt see any sanitizing wiping precautions for covid19

The slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. Been here 20 minutes and still waiting for my food. There was like 5 cars in front of us.

It was something different. I can't tell you the last time I even had Taco Bell as a choice in mind just cause i actually LIKE good.it was decent value for the coupon applied. They forgot our fries. Good effort, considering the franchise. I didn't have high expectations to begin with.

Ok soo it’s Taco Bell! I was trying to get rid of a minor hangover and Taco Bell was the cure! My order was complete (4 soft tacos, and fries with meat) and KFC for my man. The tacos were stuffed and were surprisingly not a mess (they were placed nicely in the wrapper and the meat and lettuce etc was placed nicely in the taco) I was very impressed. Drive thru was friendly.

Been to this Taco Bell location on a few occasions. People complaining but yet keep coming back. This isn’t a fancy restaurant in Yorkville. What do you expect when their sour cream comes out of a caulking gun. I love the fries supreme. I wish they could give more sour cream on their fries. I love the Doritos taco shell. It’s so salty but I gulp it down with a Mountian Dew and go “ahhhhh. ”

Not once. Gave it more than couple tries. This location's quality is so awful. They are hardly trying to keep up to the standards showing no respect to customer's money. I would suggest everyone to save their money and spend somewhere else.

The manager and 2 other staff members were wearing a mask but their nose was exposed. If it wasn’t for the case of an invasion privacy, I would have taken their pictures.
To the owner of this establishment, enforce this matter or I’ll stop my family from returning here.

I haven't been for a while and the person taking my order was patient and made suggestions on what my options were to order. I appreciate her help and I will come back soon. The food was good, 'it hit the spot'.

I actually went here for the Tuesday Special at Kentucky.no longer Toonie Tuesday and Thigh is less than half the size of most Chicken Thigh pieces from Popeyes, etc, but tastes great when your Hungry and a Good deal (on a Tuesday).

I got a beef burrito from these guys and it had no beef in it. They insisted that was what a beef burrito was. I argued and got a replacement (see attached pic). This is actually more beef but not a lot at all. Not returning to this location. Will just go to Burrito Boys or Fat Bastard Burrito instead, especially for the price

I always order tacos supreme. Thankfully this location has put more than 3 or 4 slices of tomatoes! Usually some locations think the tomatoes are extra, and just put 3 or 4.

Good on the hot sauce.

This must of been the dirtiest KFC /TACO BELL location ever. Please stay away. Food was cold staff was terrible. I'm done with Taco Bell. What ever happened to this iconic brand? Please stay away.let them learn a lesson that customers and quality of food is important.

Sticky floors.watched a guy behind the counter scratch under his turban with his car keys for about 10 minutes. Must be how they get that extra seasoning for their taco meat.

Ordered taco combos and they were limp and barely had filling. Fries supreme were ok but no ice and pop was flat. The 2 star is for cleanliness it was very dirty and while we were eating the cashier came to the tables beside us and wiped the table of dirt n food onto the floor around us just disgusting. Left food and walked out

If you love gastrointestinal distress and stale tortillas, then this is the place for you. At first I thought that they were just cheap, but now I'm glad that they skimped on the amount of fillings. My wife and I both had significant indigestion after eating the less than generously filled burritos. I can only imagine what would have happened if they had been more generous. The tortilla shell was so stale that I thought it was toasted at first. I'm reading many other reviews about lack of cleanliness and I'm really wondering about the food I ate.
Also, it's kind of cheap to ration condiments and hot sauce behind the counter, instead of letting you grab your own. No ice in the drink machine and the pop was a little off.
I know that it's Taco Bell and I don't expect 5 star dining, but we just ate at a Taco Bell in NY two weeks ago and the experience was completely opposite. No restaurant, inexpensive or otherwise, should be serving stale food.

Is it bad for me that I come here at least once a week? Yeah, maybe.

Have they ever gotten my order wrong, or been too slow, or been sold out of something I want? Nope!

My only gripe is the quality of the parking lot, honestly. Leaving the lot has a big dip where lower riding cars can scrape the tarmac pretty hard.

Never gotten food wrong here. But quite slow service. The dining room smells of staleness and a hint of urinal. It's never clean. No ice ever in the sofa machine. Soda is usually warm. Things can definitely improve here.

Just hook me up to an IV of Taco Bell hot sauce. It's the only thing I really enjoy their back. And it's not because it's hot, because it's not, but there is something about it that I just love. Could it be heroin?

This place is a dump, there are 3 people working through the lunch rush, customers are lined up waiting almost 10 minutes to get their food. The restaurant is dirty, employees have no time to clean tables.drive thru just as bad of a wait.

This location is the absolute worst. Every time I come here they screw up orders. I order 4 burritos and pay yet they only give me 2. Or they just give you the wrong orders.

Super impressed! This isn't my usual taco bell (I generally go to the ones by Dufferin or Kipling stations). The interior was average- old but not noticeably dirty. What impressed me was the service! Super fast (again, in comparison) and also quite helpful. The person taking my order entered it into the till and then suggested reducing the price by turning it into a combo, which saved me a few dollars. This was more kind and human than I expected from a fast-food employee. Food was consistent taco bell quality and I was happy with it. If you like taco bell I strongly recommend this particular location.

Once again today getting the drive thru order WRONG. One singular order for my daughter on her way from school to dance.do you think you can check that you put all the item in the bag? Either something is missing or something is wrong every time I do to this location - even after confirming my order (every item) I was asked what drink I wanted.you just read it to me. I'm used to their standard! That's not a compliment. Their Supremes, Taco hard shell or soft shell never fill up with the good stuff. They fill up with lots of lettuce, not enough tomatoes. There is still space for more food in the hard shell tacos!

I've stopped ordering cinnamon twists due to the lack of cinnamon. This isn't the only Taco Bell location that's chincy on the cinnamon.

We have stopped here twice in the past. It is standard Taco Bell food, but the restaurant itself and bathrooms tend to be rather dirty. Service is generally okay.
