Got the order wrong and charged double. Took forever and 3 employees to refund the money, then after receiving the right order, they were extremely cheep with the toppings.
Old building, food was very bland and barely heated up plus the waiting time in the middle of the day was suuuper long despite several workers not doing anything except looking at the couple of people coming in.
I liked the food, it was ok, but everyone was complaining, 3 people came in saying their order was wrong. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order. After ordering I asked how long it would take and the lady just stared at me for a few seconds then said sorry and handed me a free drink, food came in about 7 minutes. Also, almost all fountain pop machines were out of syrup. I ordered 2 soft tacos and a serving of cinnamon sticks, and got a free drink.
We went here 1 evening in December to get dinner on the go. 1 order of our tacos was chicken - not the beef we asked for. The other beef tacos were cold by the time we got them. The fries and drinks were good. We tried to use a gift card to pay for our food and the staff had no clue how to check the balance. Should it not be easy to do? Other places are far more efficient. Not the best fast food experience for us as a family.
I love tacobell, but holyshit I'd this location horrible.there was nearly ANY MEAT, the veggies or wet and old. I ordered a Baja blast and I got a regular mountain dew who ever works here needs fired and this location needs shut down. The crunch wrap supreme was soggy and gross. WORST TACOBELL EVER.fithly slim ruined our meal.
The evening manager is very nice and reasonable. Had an issue with an online order after the Roger's internet went down and the manager was willing to make the order.
Staff here are friendly. Food is good for the price. They fill the tacos & burritos better at this location compared to others. My orders are always accurate when I make modifications.
I get it, it’s a Taco Bell and it’s best to not have high standards but this one has been by far the worst, usually joined restaurants don’t make for good food but this was terrible, had gotten a fry supreme and the meat was raw, ended up discarding it
Standard KFC & Taco Bell. Service at this location was horrible. Focus is on the drive thorough. Long waits inside to the point I went back in the car to order.
Always a horrible experience here. The lines are always really long and takes me an average of half an hour to wait in line. I think they are short staffed so they're always in a rush. Last time I was in the drive thru, they forgot the main meal and I didn't want to go through the 30 minute line again.
I ordered a meal for two that comes with four tacos and when I got home I got only two taco that are the same but yet I paid for two I tried calling the number no answer and says user busy
Over priced American/Mexican food, it was once a good thing to try. I had better burritos from a supermarket. PS you'll spend a good 20mins waiting in line to get served at there drive thru. Time stands still.
Fountain machine only had diet Pepsi and root beer but yet they still force you to pay extra for a bottle. I always order cheese fries but it's no longer available at this location. The manager refused to sell fries with a side of cheese instead told me to buy chili cheese fries and they still put the chili on it.
Probably the worst taco bell in Mississauga. The drive -thru takes a half an hour at least, every time you go, no matter when you go. On top of that, workers constantly fail to provide even the most basic of necessities; such as napkins, forks, straws, etc. Forget getting the food right. The workers could definitely benefit from having extra staff on the floor at peaked hours, along with some reconstructed training and knowledge on guest experience.
This is more an organizational review than a staff or location review. The Quality of ingredients really needs a boost especially the meat. In the most honest way I'd say "if you are constipated and are looking forward for diarrhea you came to the right place"
The quality of food here has gone way down.ingredients are almost non existent on the fries supreme. Were is the tomato, onion and Parsley? Literally one scoop of sour cream and cheese. The fries were cold and bland. We also ordered a few crunchwrap supremes that were cold, had no flavour, and the lettuce didn't taste fresh either.very disappointing.
They got the order incorrect. I ordered Beef Burrito supreme, whereby i got Beef Burrito instead. Also, for KFC, I ordered cole slaw salad whereas i got fries instead.
We placed a very large order. Ali was our server. You can tell he really cares about his job. He was very kind and did his job very well. You rarely come across someone that delivers such a high level of customer service especially in the food service sector. Ali should be recognized.
Food was good but customer service was horrible. The girl who took our order barely spoke.tapped on the screen to show me my total rather than use her words. I'll most likely find another location.
Regularly kept waiting behind a long line of cars for 10 mins+. They need to have people pay and then wait in parking spots if their orders will take some time to prepare.
Ordered the Big Box Doritos combo. 2 Doritos, 1 soft taco, surpreme fries, pie and a drink. Very good value for the cost. The staff were okay to say the least. Just a bit on the lazy size when having to correct silly mistakes with the order. The place is small, so seating is not the greatest. The one thing I noticed is the lack of clean tables.
