Everything was nice at this location. Service was fast and there was lots of staff to handle in store and online orders.

Every single time I order from this location Uber Eats my order is incorrect. At least three times I have been sent only HALF of my order. Items are constantly missing. They do not read any special instructions that are input. I would give zero stars if I could. Much prefer the Ottawa St.location however it is not always available on Uber Eats when I'm craving tacos. This location is absolutely abysmal.

Yuck! Dirty disgusting place. Staff members friends hanging out being loud in lobby and distracting workers. Place needs an over haul and better management

This is a location shared with KFC. Well below average taco bell. Small menu. Stale chalupas. No taco bell hot sauce available.

This place is so disorganized & slow. Staff were wrapping food, unwrapping it because they didn't know what it was, and wrapping it back up - so the food was incredibly cold. Not to mention, it took forever to get our food. Likely won't come back to this location.

Ordered a head and showed up on time to be told they were just starting my order and waited another 8 mins

I have had so many terrible experiences at this location is don't even know where to begin. I will detail today's experience. I waited close to 15 minutes at the drove through window.just sitting there. No food no drink no interaction with an employee at all. I was given the incorrect drinks with no ice and they weren't just room temperature they were actually warm. It should come out of the machine cool not warm. We have been to this location before and we always wait FOREVER for food and most often they screw up the order or forget to put something in the bag. This location needs to get their act together!

An employee named Rachel was extremely rude to her coworkers, she gave me the wrong order which is no big deal so I came inside to get what I paid for while I waited I watched her roll her eyes and take customers orders with so much attitude she even was cursing which is unprofessional. I’ve worked in the fast food/restaurant business and it’s not easy but my goodness it was terrible.

Slow, takes nearly 20 min to even order and another 10 to get your food. Employees somehow always seem lost no matter how long they've been working there. As a long term taco bell fan I almost don't even eat it anymore because if this location

KFC was good well cooked and not to greasy. I usually don't eat KFC but this place seems to have for me anyway hit the Finger licking spot.

Went into the drive thru at 10pm and told I couldn’t get a quisedilla as the grill was off and couldn’t get a fries supreme as the fryers were off. They were open for another hour and I don’t know why they refused my service! Horrible customer service.

Absolutely pathetic customer service! I was there to order some pick up food and the lady at front counter she was not ready to greet nor she was even looking at me and ignoring me, i felt so humiliated and not only me there were few other people standing there for their orders they all complaining about it too. And giving excuses to customers that we are busy. It literally looked like the lady at front was on weed or something she looked high and other employee was entertaining her instead of taking care of customers. This is so ridiculous and i am so disappointed never gonna visit here again and gonna tell my family and friends about not going here at all!

Part of the order was missing and the food was Terrible. I think you need to be drunk to enjoy any of this. Kids wanted taco bell.last time we do that!

Worst fast good experience of my life - which is saying something. Ordered from a poster beside the cash advertising $5.00 items. After paying we looked at the receipt and saw that we had been charged more than $5.00 for every item. When we asked cashier about the discrepancy he said that the promotion was over. We insisted on paying the advertised price. A manager offered us an extra item instead; we insisted on the advertised price. The cashier slowly and grumpily redid our bill and reprocessed the payment. When we got home, one item was missing and two items were wrong (with both mistakes we were given cheaper items). The food, like the service, was terrible. This was only my second experience at Taco Bell, and will be my last.

I had ordered bean box and specifically asked them twice while picking up my food. I took two bites of one of the items and it was beef. I am a pure vegetarian and these people made me eat meat. They are not even picking up my phone. This is very irresponsible of the employees. This led to me puking for a long time. Action needs to be taken against the person who made and served me this food. And give me a refund for my item. I am really agitated and I really hope no one else needs to face it.

I understand when places get busy it gets slow but this is ridiculous. There was less than 2 customers when I got to the store and by the time I got my order I didn’t even want it and there were over 10 other customers now in the store. As someone who works in the food industry this was ridiculous treatment. My partner was trying to order and was shushed while speaking. The drive thru was packed and being ignored. A woman came into complain after waiting with 3 others in drive thru no response. This service if you could even call it that was terrible. The owner should seriously consider restaffing.

I for some reason really like Taco Bell tacos, and this location gets them right, just like you have come to expect them. However having two restaurants in one makes the location a bit more disorganized than you'd maybe expect. Also the kitchen looks somewhat dirty. The staff also were seemingly having a personal argument, and this is not really something the customer I feel should have to see. Nonetheless good tacos.

Zero customer service, food quality and packaging are the worst at this location. Never ever trying again at this location.

I’m so discouraged I showed up 10 minutes before the mall was closing and they wouldn’t serve me told me, that they were closed. There was literally a lineup of people waiting who would’ve purchased Taco Bell and they just told them all to go away.

They were having a problem with there credit and debit so you needed cash to pay. Had to wait for my order too. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a little food for all the problems. That is customer services!

Good for a Taco Bell. Dinged them a little because our nachos supreme was really light on toppings and heavy on chips. Still, the food overall was tasty and fresh. They also have good COVID protocols in place.

Gave them another try after avoiding for so long prior to covid, they were nearby and had a craving. Began placing my simple order and worker insisted I ordered something that I didn't. I said let's start all over, and she insisted on adding the same item I repeatedly said no to previously - I then left, this was almost two months ago and never plan to return. Dashcam recorded entire thing. TB was fine when corporate, but has gotten worse with each franchise/group takeover since 1998.

Wish KFC and taco bell was one the same everywhere not just this mix-ups lol but both menus available as mix and match would be great!

I don't like taco bell but I used to work at the university location before it moved to Weber street. I definitely do not recommend eating there. Just trust me you don't want to know.

Ordered bean burrito and beef burritos for a friend and myself on UberEats; asked them to label them properly since I can’t eat beef due to dietary restrictions and religious beliefs. Labels were switched and I accidentally bit into a beef burrito. If you ever order from this place make sure to check every item, since they don’t seem to care about customers dietary restrictions

My cheap guilty pleasure. Would've given them 5 stars, but a manager was incredibly rude to her staff recently during the rush (not the first time I've seen her behaviour). Staff are generally great and productively interact well with each other!

The crew on tonight were pure gold. (thurs.july 08,7: 15pm) They were hilarious, having a good time at work and I honestly wish I could have pulled up a chair and Dined in. It was so off the wall funny I thought I was on a hidden cam show. Great job, great shift manager, thanks for the laughs.

This is a combo store, Taco Bell / KFC. The wife and I made a stop for a quick bite. About 80% of the menu seems to feature KFC but we ordered a taco combo. I didn't feel like it was an inexpensive meal as it were it the past, at slightly over $10.per person. The food was as good as it gets at a Taco Bell and just as messy to eat in the car as I remember. Delightful cashier.

Customer service is okay and friendly but not very professional, I can hear the whole staff yelling at each other and making inappropriate jokes. The kitchen is wide open so you can see the mess on the floor. However, the food came out at a decent time and the quality was okay. All in all, it’s an okay TacoBell/KFC, I think the problem is that they’re usually pretty busy which can influence time spent on the store environment

I don't go to KFC/Taco Bell often at all, but everytime I do, I'm shocked at how cheap it is. We usually get the ultimate famous chicken box and it comes with so many things for $12. It's crazy. My 2 year old also loves the popcorn chicken they have. Love this place.

Awesome friendly staff. They have yet to screw up my order like the Kitchener Homer Watson Location did 100 times.

Quality isn't the best and felt that the portions where all over the place as in one salad is full the other looks 3/4 full just didn't seem like there was any care or respect when putting orders together

I ordered online for pickup (apparently online orders go through doordash fyi) and they forgot to give me the 2nd meal i ordered, eventho i verbally confirmed with them that everything was in the bag. No straws either. They dont answer their phone either so instead of having someone pick up my order i had drive back across town to pick up my missing items. Not even an apology from staff, they avoided any conversation with me, called out big box meal, gave a short glance and i had to walk up and confirm that it was for me. Beyond disgusted with their customer service.

To top it off all the other food was cold by the time we sat down to eat. Never coming back here again.

At the end of hard day of construction work, scarfing back the big box meal of the day with an upgrade to fries supreme, a steak quesadila, a couple beef burritos, and a couple tacos washed down with Baja blast mountain dew makes us some happy campers.

People still eat this stuff? Lol You get what you pay for generally so I wouldn’t go here setting the bar of expectations too high. Their sauce removes tarnish off metals so I wouldn’t recommend.

It is fast food so my expectations are low, but do not visit during lock down hours. Tacos were less then half stuffed, I asked for not sauce and got lots of sauce, missed fries, and no ice in drink without asking. I'll go back but no rush.

Witnessed a costumer waiting for a looooong time for food. They have him his order in parts and when he said the first part would be cold by the time he got the second a lady ignored him, but came over and grabbed his bag and threw it at another worker and said “remake this”, without even acknowledging the customer. Crazy, I’ve never seen that kind of rudeness in real life. Even without that it was slooooooow as molasses.

Also, dont have your heart set on their promos or adds that are in the windows. I was surprised to order a special and have them respond that they dont make them anymore.

We had a Crunchwrap combo and chalupa combo. Both were made warm and didn’t cheap out on toppings. Service was fast and were given all condiments we needed. Would recommend.

Amazing! Immaculate! I ordered from this taco bell on uber eats and it was amazing! I got a suprise baja blast, at least 30 free sauces when I ordered 3 and 3 free cookies! The bag also told me to have a nice day:) The food was also prepared to perfection and tasted like a dream! I am so happy with my meal tonight! Thank you to whoever at taco bell made this happen!

I like the idea of having KFC and Taco Bell together so we get variety in the same order but they messed up my order. I ordered for strips and they gave me chicken popcorn.

Undoubtedly the best Taco Bell in North America. The pretty lady at the drive thru has a wonderful smile and gently hands you the order with a twinkle in her eye as if to say "put some sour cream on my taco next time". 10 stars.

If I could I'd give it 0 stars. Pathetic excuse of a chain. Now I get this is fast food but even for fast food standards the food and service is just way below expectations. Costumer service is lacking, food preparation isn't even close to what it should be. When going through the drive through I was handed the same machine the previous costumer had touched without it being wiped down, during COVID this to me us unacceptable, when I questioned the attendant if the machine could be wiped before I touched it they told me they were too busy. Not only that I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. This time when I got my tacos one of them was missing lettuce, another was only half filled and the final one was missing the meat filling. Honestly, bring your services to McDonald's, Wendy's, PopEyes, Burger King.honestly anywhere else except here.

Placed an order via uber eats. My driver called my after an hour telling me that the store refuses the give any drivers their food. Drivers had been waiting for over an hour. Still waiting for my food to be picked up after an hour and 10 minutes

Food was rancid. Ordered nachos supreme, and they tasted spoiled. Absolutely disgusting and a HEALTH RISK. Called them to let them know but they didn’t answer the phone. I’m typing this and hoping I didn’t get food poisoning from the small piece that I tasted. I will be calling the department of health, they can’t go around serving food items that might pose a health risk. Never ever getting food from here again. If I want taco bell I will be going to a different location. Good riddance.

I called to see if they offer delivery though any app and I was told they do through skip the dishes,
Couldn’t find them on skip so I called back, they only offer delivery for KFC. Which makes no sense as they are combined for this location.
Super weird I know lots of people that would order Taco Bell for delivery so that seems like something that should be offered.

They forgot to put my tacos in my bag. When I went back to inform them of this, just a couple minutes later, the worker there assured me that he put the tacos in the bag and that he double checked that. Obviously he hadn’t or there would have been tacos in my bag. After showing him the empty bag as evidence, he gave me two very small, very cold tacos. I cannot recommend this place. It’s one thing to make a mistake but it’s another thing to double down and deny your mistake and disregard the customer experience.

Service is good but Taco Bell food seems to be cool most of the time. Hotter Taco Bell recommended.

As I sit and "enjoy" my "meal" I have a thought that only me and Chandler from friends could have, and that's "could there BE any more flies in here? " Seriously i had to cram that food in my face and leave as soon as possible because there were flies all over me. I wonder where the big pile of maggots are in that kitchen to produce that many flies. Also is the mop broken in there because it was pretty gross in the "dining" area.
