Very bad service from cashier.my sister went to this location. They place an order. After 10 mins she remember something and go again to order. The lady on cashier was so rude to her and ask her to place all the order. And her behaviour is not acceptable.

This franchise is in Kitchener.not all franchises are the same.the one on Albion in Rexdale is substandard to the one on the Queensway in south ETOBICOKE.with that said some accept that there are disabled persons and I was unpleasantly surprised to find that in Kitchener with all the elderly persons who reside there this franchise has decided not to accommodate.

I love this, Taco Bell, always clean food is fresh staff is extremely friendly.
More importantly, during Covid I went there and ordered food. They were not excepting cash, and I didn’t have my card on me the person working there paid for my order and accepted my cash. I will never forget that act of kindness and generosity.

Food is good but the staffs are not so great or cheerful. Overall a decent place to have food once in a while.

This is one of the better Taco Bell / KFCs great atmosphere food is always good one problem is they forget the sauces unless you remind them to put that in the bag all in all four stars good food

SHAMILA I don’t know her title here but she was harassing her colleagues in front of whole line of customers standing there. Worst person in TACO BELL IS SHAMILA.

These people working here have no clue what the difference is between ketchup and hotsauce. It's like taco bell headquarters takes a dollar out of their paycheck for every packet of hot sauce. I'm only eating at taco bell for the hot sauce. Stop being so stingy. Get people that speak English at the drive through. Worst location ever. It should be closed down.

Worst location off all time. Poor service and your orders are always messed up. Ordered 2 chicken taco via drive through. Got home and 1 taco had no chicken. Other taco chicken was frozen cold.

I specifically asked if they had FIRE sauce, they said YES. I told them I would pay extra to get a few couple packets, they said OK. I get home to enjoy my food and this is what is in the bag….
