ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE IV EVER HAD, EVERYSINGLE TIME! Food cold, drinks warm, ask for extra cinnamon sugar on my cinnamon twist and litterly had 7 twist and more then a half a bag of sugar?

If you are looking for consistency, the Ottawa River location is consistently bad every time. They were out of the desert I wanted, tells me after I already paid and offer a substitute, not a big deal. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for my son's big crunch, was told after already paying, in the drive through. A little perturbed. I ordered fries surpeme with no meat, which was repeated back to me twice. Get home, fries are covered in beef. I don't eat beef, that's why I specifically asked for no beef. This location has screwed up so many orders. I'm done with second, third, twentieth chances. I'm done.

This place is a disgrace. To order you get yelled at and they speak to you so fast you have no idea what they are saying. The people

Half my food was missing when I was talking to the worker she was really rude and made me feel bad I had ordered through the app and she just was really stressed it seemed I hate to complain it was just horrible service

Needs to be shut down. Ice machine has been broken for 8 months. Now the drive thru speaker is broken have to drive up to window to place order. Longer wait time now. Store owner is either too cheap or just doesn’t care. He sits in the store most of the time too and watches his staff. Very uncomfortable if eating in

Ridiculous service, drive through tonight quick taco box meal for the ride home. How do you mess up shell meat lettuce cheese? Well come to this Taco Bell if you want to find out!

Absolutely terrible service. 15 minutes to make 2 small orders of then tell me it’s atleast 5 more minutes to make my order in the drive through. 20 minutes for 3 orders is absolutely pathetic. Hopefully they shut down soon so something good with decent service can open there

Ordered through DoorDash and added extra topping to the Tacos, came without any of them and used the wrong taco shell. Money burnt.

The driver was good though, and it still tastes like Taco Bell. But yea, don't order extra toppings.

Theres an old lady that works here who very clearly hates her job. Dude just get a different job. Lol

Something has happened to this Taco Bell. Their ice machine is always down, pop is lukewarm. The food has been cold, with almost no meat. Only thing served at the right temperature seems to be anything on the KFC side. Don't think I can eat there anymore, only a matter of time before someone gets really sick.
