The Taco Bell on Hazeldean is clean. The food is good. Service friendly. Drive thru only after 10 pm.

Come here if you want them to mess up your order and steal money from you and not get a refund for items you ordered but didn’t get! There’s a reason that this place is empty almost all of the time. Horrible

Came ten mins late to pick up my order and waited an additional 10 mins to get it. Sloooooooow service.

My girlfriend and I both ordered a crunch wrap supreme and they were mostly lettuce. It was like they were avoiding putting the regular amount of on the items. The same was true for gordita crunch and my doritos locos tacos. There was barely any meat on them. It's just a bummer that they are skimping on ingredients to make an extra buck.

Whenever we go Kanata this Taco Bell is must stop. Really good food. Customer service is top. Vibe is perfect. Cleanliness is good.

The new location is very clean and modern looking. The charging stations are a nice touch. The food was hot and tasted great. The staff was friendly and professional. Excellent service!

I paid for our dinner $43.10. After 5 minutes the girl said it didn't go through. I used another card and paid it. They assured me that it didn't go through. I checked my credit card at the hotel and there was a charge for $43.10. SCAMMERS!

I drove all the way from Barrhaven to this location in Kanata. Just for them to mess up the order. When I called the manager attempted to place blame of their mistakes on me (the customer) SMH.
She was so arrogant and refused to give me the owners name because they are a private franchise and do not need to discclose any information to make a compalint.
Horrible food and service I give this fake Kanata Taco Bell a HUGE zero fortheir lack of care or service to their customers.

We are very lucky to have this in Ottawa. Great spot, super clean, great staff who will help you with your ordering.

Food was good, my kids always order doritos beef tacos. The guy at the drive-thru was nice, talk clearly, fast and efficient. He told me to park atcthe front and it didn't take long to get my order.

It wasn't even comparable to the last few times that I went, where I had a hard time understanding the lady at the drive-thru & the waiting was slow because they were waiting for the food to be ready before next customer.

Everytime i go through the drive-thru they make you park out front so that they can fake their serving times. Worst service i have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Maybe they should focus on preparing the food faster instead of trying to make themselves look better as a restaurant.

Why have a drive thru if you constantly have to park and wait 15 minutes. Slow service and useless drive thru.

Over priced food and quantities were minimal. The price jumped significantly when we switched from beef to chicken taco. Not money's worth.

Waited at the counter to be served for 14 mins then waited another 20 mins for cold fries and warm tacos. Usually this location is much better with both service and good food. Not sure what changed but staff are slower than turtles.

Everytime I go go this location, I always have a very large order and I've never had a bad experience! Always recieved all items ordered, and the staff is always very friendly.

I waited so long as if I was not visible to them at all. Staff were running here and there in front of me, nobody bothered to respond. I started feeling as if I was not visible to them at all. OMG. By the way, I was the only one at the counter.

Hours don’t reflect posted ones! Service was very slow and food wasn’t great! Just a mess overall! Needs improvement

Full service Taco Bell with a full menu. The food is as expected. When you use the drive thru, they will tell you to go park in front and they walk your food out. Even when not busy. Wait is average, like any drive thru. I'll return

I always come to this Taco Bell, and honestly love it. I drive from Gatineau just for this Taco Bell, and they say their drive through is open until 2am, I’m here at 12: 30am and everything is closed. Very disappointed that I drove here for nothing.

Worst chain ever. Workers don’t wear gloves and are touching the ground beef with hands. Wrong order was given at the car outside And the employee opened up the sealed packages with his bare dirty hands and then he proceeded to give it to another car? How unsanitary? Placed an order at 7: 15 and 40 minutes later nothing… they always tell you to wait outside at the front even if no one is in line behind you just so they can take forever to finish your order. I went in, asked for a refund after almost waiting half an hour - they lied and said that my order was half way done (there was nothing on the table) definitely had not even started the order.
- there was only 2 people in the store waiting for an order, 2 other couples left.severely understaffed and no one is even apologetic at all. Was given a refund of $50’s all in 5’s?
