I love how everytime I get food from here it’s my job to assure everything I ordered is in the bag… I love how I’m paying $5 a chilli cheese burrito and I’m not even getting full servings of what is to be said on billboards… something has to happen to the management here cause you guys are running that tacobell location into the ground

Horrible restaurant and customer service. They ran out of rice but refuse to substitute any rice burritos from the already extremely expensive combo. So we pay again more for less even with your ordering inventory mistake.

Come here for my lunch breaks around 9: 30 and the night crew is always super sweet to me and always fills my food up (the location near my house barely fills anything even half way) sometimes the wait can be a little long but overall i love coming to this location and i love the night crew!

Been going to this location for a year, as it's not even a 2 minute drive from home. The location might as well be on the opposite side of the city for me, as the drive thru is usually an estimated 15-20 minute wait. Most of the time they get my order right, but feels like a complete waste of time when they don't. Food is usually soggy by the time I get back home. Today, after the 20 minute wait, they almost sent me home with someone else's order.

Just ordered crunch wrap supreme thru the app, and this is what i got.barely any meat inside.that’s only 2 bites worth of meat in there, i opened it up after taking a couple bites because i thought they forgot to put meat in it.

My video says it all, the manager "ANE" treating clients like they are trash. I was on drive-through i asked if i can switch soemthing in the order and the manager "ANE" responded with a NO, i then told her why? ! Instead of explaining she stopped talking, after waiting i said IM STILL WAITING.she comes back angry saying i cant switch anything in my order i then told her to put in the order. AGAIN she ignored me and stopped talking. I then told her this is unprofessional, and asked for an appology which (you can hear in my video) how she responded!
Disgusting and unprofessional, worst customer service ever.if the manager is like this i wonder how the employees are

Also when i took the order as my nephew wanted to eat KFC and this was the closest location, the burger WAS BURNT!

This place was very dirty. It wasn't that busy either, so there was time for someone to clean tables or sweep. I always get the Chalupas, this location they were unedible, I think the shells were stale and cooked long before I ordered. Gross. Will never be back to this location.

This Taco Bell location is awesomely consistent with staff being useless, not making food ordered, making extremely small portions, of the food not going along with stuff requested. Been to this location a number of times, and the vast majority of times, items have been screwed up and not provided what was even ordered. This time, ordered Nacho Grandy requested NO beef and asked for extra fried beans. When got home, discovered there was more beef then fried beans even though asked for NO BEEF. Also ordered 2 steak burrito supremes. Got home and discovered NO Steak burrito supremes, but got 2 steak soft tacos with hardly anything in then and hardly any pieces of steak.again not even remotely close to what was ordered. Then ordered fries supreme and ridiculous how small amount of fries and minial amount of stuff added to it the fries SUPREME. This location is beyond useless at the ability to make what is ordered and requested multiple multiple times. Super glad to say, will never ever go there again. Hyde Park Taco bell- Worst Taco Bell in the city! Food is cold, under cooked, and sparse ingredients. Everytime! The Highbury and cheapside location is the best one in the city.

It was just ok.the tacos were lacking ingredients, very sparse and same with the nachos supreme.there was less than 10 nacho chips a spoonful of meat, very little tomato and way to much sour cream.very disappointing! Also no sitting inside and they had no where to sit outside.

By far the worst taco bell in town.not only was i told that i couldnt have what i originally ordered because she didnt wanna make more and i quote "its too hot to make gravy i rather lay on the floor and die". But 3 combos were stuffed in a single bag so everything was squished. No cheese in the bean or chili burritos. Literally nothing in the chili cheese burritos lol.just a smear of chili wrapped in a tortilla. Will be going out of my way to go to Highbury Road from now on! Google needs to setup a negative star review system -. -

My order was incorrect last night when I got home items were missing and some items were incorrect. I contacted the manager this morning and he was very apologetic and insisted that he corrects their mistakes.
I am very thankful for this as it's human error humans are entitled to make mistakes I am giving five stars because the manager was very professional very understanding and he deserves five stars
