Cold food. Long wait. Poor customer service. Very dirty dine in area. Would never go back. Disappointed.

When ordering online, they took our payment and refused to honour the order, telling us to cancel, which is not possible for an online order.afterwards, their customer service line did not answer, meaning they took our money and refused to give us the food we ordered.horrible service and i suggest eating from any other establishment rather than giving your money to this one

I would probably not return to this restaurant. Went to pick up my meal at 7: 30 (which was supposed to be ready, but it wasn’t and needed to wait another 15 minutes for the order. Note from the time of order it is 15 minutes wait. Therefore a total half hour was required to make two small combos). Besides the wait, our impression when we walked in the restaurant was… it was dim, filth everywhere, and garbage overflowing from garbage bins. Kitchen did not seem organized nor clean either. Our food was very disappointing. I’ve never had bad Taco Bell until tonight at this location. Tacos were borderline okay, fries were cold and did not taste fresh at all. We both had 7-up and it the ratio of syrup, water, and carbonation was way off. We both had a sip and had to pour it down the drain because it tasted real bad and too sweet. I hope the quality of this restaurant improves.

Worst Taco Bell.fries fell in the bag cuz they don’t know how to close a box.crunch wrap falling apart.how why do they put so much tomato in one spot? Do these people not know how to spread the tomato.like how do these people make sandwiches at home.people now a days don’t even know how to make something so simple it’s crazy.and just cuz it’s fast food dosnt mean my food shouldn’t come warm and properly packaged it’s ridiculous.n a lot of these fast food locations are like this now but this is just horrible.but then they want more money per hour and the owners want more for the food.they should close down there location

Takes a long time to get your order. The drive through doesn't allow you to tap and go because it asks for a tip. At a drive through.

The cashier was fast to respond but after ordering, I waited at least 15 mins for my food. The drink fountain was horrible with the dispensers spilling the drinks. Along with the photo attached. I got a beef crunchwrap supreme, but I look inside and see 2% beef, 60% tortilla, 38% lettuce, and 0% nacho cheese. This place is not good and I will not recommend.

Please avoid ordering from this place. From my experience, the place is always ALWAYS very messy and dirty, the customer service is terrible and the workers are very lazy. One time I was at the front of the ordering area and the place had no one else but me. The workers were one their phones and talking to each other on a corner. Two of them clearly glanced at me but did not come to take my order. I waited for around 15 minutes until one of them finally decided to take my order. Another time I place an order online for pick up at 10pm, and when I went there to pick it up, the workers were already cleaning up and the doors were locked. The store says that is closes at 11pm which made me very confused, so I went to talk with one of the workers at the drive through and he straight up told me to “deal with it” and that they were closed and couldn’t complete my order. I asked them to at least give me a refund due to my order not being made and they said very rudely “no” and walked away. This clearly shows how lazy the workers are through the way they were already closing up with place 1 hour prior to the closing time. This place makes me boil with anger. I still don’t understand how it’s still running. I wish I could leave a 0 star review but unfortunately I can’t. They really deserve it.

Unorganized Taco Bell. Not the cleanest either - dirty seats, trash and garbage bags on the ground, and overall feeling of disorder.

Be careful with online orders too. I placed an online order on the app but the restaurant didn't receive it since "you can't place orders after 9: 30 PM", even though the app allows it.

If I can give zero, I will.
The food is cold, the taco is less than half fill. The taco shell has the old unfresh taste. It is just disgusting. The fries supreme is just terrible. It is definitely not worth $24.

I have been coming here for years and the quality and service has just gone further and further down the drain. Cold food, ingredients not portioned properly, and my drink is essentially just carbonated water. I am a taco bell addict, but enough is enough. Will never be coming to this location again.

The food is normal as like other two KFCs.
This place is so dirty, you can see the leftover food on the tables for hours and seems there is no one to take care of the tables, the washrooms are horrible and outdated, look like 80s.
The staff are good and caring about customers and of course they are in kitchen area so this place can be considered as a takeout or maybe drive thru.

Ordered two bean burritos. I get to the window, where I confirmed with the person at the window that it was bean and not beef.

The person at the window could not care less (heavy sighs while I was ordering, and clearly didn’t want to correct his mistake), and I got beef anyways (which I can’t eat).

On top of that, it took a solid 20 minutes for this whole process in the drive thru line.

And though this is just one incident, it’s not an anomaly. Every time I’ve come recently, the service is awful.

Trust me and find another Taco Bell.

Delivery partners be prepared to wait a lot. And there is guy screaming at the staff in front of customers instead jumping in to help.

Never had such bad experience in my whole life the manager is very rude and the food is much less than other location never come back

We got warm food and kinda vast for the amount of food we ordered but unfortunately place was dirty and barely any customers and they were not listening to a customers request for a change in the order

Same as the reviews from others. Worst food and experience. The taco was cold. The chicken quesadilla was just lukewarm (or not even "lukewarm"). The shredded cheese inside wasn't melted at all. The toppings for the supreme fries were ridiculously little. The ice tea was diluted. No napkin or fork were provided. The place was very dirty. No one bothered to clean the tables or floor. Very disappointed. Not sure why the corporate franchisor did not do anything.

Worst Taco Bell and fast food joint I have visited. Come here if you want to deal with the worst customer service and imperfection at its finest.
Tldr incompetent staff, slow workers led by a manager with attitude problems he uses to gaslight victimized customers.
The manager had a terrible attitude and tells customers to deal with it instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, the slowest moving work force is preparing orders, the front line workers do not pay attention to customers waiting, and combined work ethic compiled a huge group of Uber workers, mobile order customers, and regular order customers by the waiting area.

I ordered ahead at 2: 15 for 2: 45, I arrived at 2: 45 and waited until 3: 15. During this, the manager turned me away 3 times to wait a couple more minutes when I asked for my "ready" pre-ordered food. During this time, there was another group of customers that were complaining to the manager who then gaslit and fought the customers back instead of helping resolve concerns. After the 30 minute wait, I asked him again and he began punching my order into the machine, making me realize that my order was ignored the entire time until he felt he was ready to take my request. He blamed the online ordering system and asked another employee to deal with my request after I insisted for a refund instead of potentially waiting another half hour. As I was leaving, I told the manager that he needs to improve the customer service, and he began making excuses that they are only 3 workers (I saw at least 5 at the front) and started attacking me back when I explained that this is not the customers' (all 10 of them standing there) issue to deal with.

The manager needs to be replaced or this Taco Bell should be closed down.

Wouldn't call this a "fast food" spot - we made a mobile order and checked in upon arrival, and still had to wait another 30 min after one employee brushed us off numerous times before FINALLY entering our order in. One employee was extremely abrasive and didn't really give any customer the time of day before letting us know it's our fault that the order took so long? A few other mobile order customers complained of the exact same thing, but when they did receive their food it was cold. We ended up getting a refund for our waste of time, but this location seriously needs to step up their game. One employee in red was at least helpful to us, so thank you to them.

Waited 40 minutes for a quesadilla and fries.why? Because when they switched shifts they completely forgot about my order, so i got a rock hard freezing quesadilla.so disappointed

No beef ready. Ok, ordered steak burrito instead. Pepsi flat, asked for exchange, got flat root beer. Asked for hot sauce, none available no mild, hot, nor fire. Ordered at 830pm restaurant closes at 11pm, not like it was close to closing. Wasted $15. Will not go back.

Terrible service!
The worker is out of any professional service! No patient, and even threatened my kid that he would skip her to serve the next customer! I had to help my kid to finish the order but this guy refused to confirm my order.
Finally, when we were out and picked out the food and found one order was missing in the food bag!
I will never be back and will post to all my friends to avoid this restaurant.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, expired tortillas and they don’t even know how to run a simple fast food restaurant. They’ll place ur order in and then ask you later what it was cuz they’re too busy fighting someone in the drive thru

My husband and I came to the Taco Bell that is on Major Mackenzie to grab something for our son. We decided to go to this one because it says it was open till 11pm, when my husband and I arrived at the location at 10: 30pm the doors were locked and then we saw the sign for the drive thru was on saying it's open and when we tried to go through the drive thru it was closed. We drove all the way from Keswick to come to this location because it said it was open till 11pm but yet everything was already closed and locked before 10: 30pm, if you are going to close before your regular time you should at least put up a sign saying that your closing/closed before the regular closing time. Now I have wasted my gas just to come down and go back home with nothing, thank you for wasting my time and gas I will NEVER EVER go back to this taco bell again

The worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. Rude and unprofessional service. This place needs to close down, the staff doesn’t care at all. Terrible experience I hope management sees this and can do something about this.

Waiting 25 minutes for them to take my order. 3 people ahead of the line left they couldn't wait. She said nothing we can do about it. I recommended they hire more people during the Lunch hour. I have never seen such Nad slow service. Go somewhere else!

Waited 25 min in the drive thru line to get a taco where i had to search to find peices of meat as if it was coming out of the employees paycheques.what are you rationing cheap meat slop for?

This place is a mess… I tried going thru drive thru and it actually took me 25 mins to get my order… not to say they ALWAYS close the restaurant whenever they feel like it instead of 10pm… the way the employees run this restaurant honestly I dont even know how they still have a job. Its unprofessional, unsafe and they do not care about the customer’s needs… they serve you the food cold I had to go bak inside after ordering a couple bean burritos from drivethru so they can warm it up… please get new employees!

I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I pulled up to order a chicken taco, and they told me they are out of chicken. I proceeded to wait in the drive thru for another 30 minutes because I couldn't pull out/back up. What a waste of an hour.this is why these people work at taco bell at the age of 30+

Tried going though the drive thru first. There was no line and no cars parked outside. The lady taking our order was clearly distracted. Every time we spoke there would be no response from her and when she did respond she would ask us to repeat our order. After nearly 5 minutes of trying to place our order we got frustrated and decided to park and go inside.

To our surprise they weren’t busy. No online orders they were all hanging out sitting around. The lady wearing the headset was NOT busy just hanging out. We ordered our food and i went to go fill up my drink. Everything was out of order. So I tried pressing Pepsi which was not marked as out of order. The machine sprayed me because the Pepsi was out. I went and told the cashier if I could just get a bottle of Pepsi because the machine is clearly not working properly. She responded with saying it was 2 dollars extra. So I asked if she could just fill it with the soda machine behind the counter. She groaned and proceeded to fill my drink.

We finally get our orders and the order was wrong. We told her it was wrong and she said no.we showed her the receipt and she grabbed the food that was prepared and bagged out of the bag and put it where the food prep station was. Working in the food service industry that’s not proper food handling etiquette.

On top of all of this the Pepsi was still not carbonated and the boxed order was not boxed. They have been out of hot sauce packets for a month.

At the end of all of that the food was cold. The soft tacos were stale and the fries were cold. AND the spicy box tacos I ordered were just REGULAR tacos. I’ve never in my life experienced this before EVER.

I actually love Taco Bell, but this is the worst location ever. The people there clearly have had no training and have no idea how to make their menu items. Do not visit.you'll regret it.

Very bad experience. First the order was super slow and the lady at the drive thru asked us to wait for quite a few mins before taking in our order. We are pure vegetarians and before every order anywhere in the world, we specifically mention this so they don't get confused. Picked the order and returned home only to find beef fries along with our lot. Totally inappropriate and downright insulting. We normally don't like to write about such things because mistakes do happen and we understand. So as good folks of the neighborhood, called them up to let them know of their mistake. But instead of apologising they try to act like they first didn't understand the order and later half heartedly admitted the mistake. This is not the level of professionalism or respect we expected as customers.

NEVER ORDER HERE! I ordered online. When it took my order, website said estimated time is 15 min. But after payment is all completed, i received message it would be ready in an hour. I called them to cancel, but they never received my call. I went to the restaurant and complained. And, it took an hour to pick it up. I waited at the restaurant and I asked them to prepare early, which did not happen. They actually forgot about me, asking what i am waiting after 45 min wait time. Then they started to prepare after 45 min wait doing nothing. This is not acceptable.

Ordered online with a scheduled pick up. They made my meal right after I ordered it, ignoring the fact that I have it scheduled in half an hour. It took them 5 minutes to finish making the meal and even sent me a ready for pick up message. This is very ironic.: (When I got to the restaurant, I found out that they are closed for pick ups. They only have the drive through open. I have to join the line of cars to pick up my meal. Unfortunately, their line moved forward very slowly. Took me another 15 minutes to get to the pick up window. When I get home (3 min driving from the TACO BELL), everything I ordered are very cold and soft. They tasted awful. I had a very poor experience with them.

Never order online - they will keep your order and your money. Called head office multiple times and finally gave up - corporate is even more of a joke. Good luck reaching the GM. I used to eat here once a week - order was rarely accurate + cinnabon delights short - rarely 4/4, always 3/4. Staff, while I'm sure they do the best they can considering how busy this location can be, could afford to be friendlier. Considering the dump of a place this is, something tells me this is more of a management issue - location is in desperate need of an overhaul and a good cleaning. Apparently Taco Bell recently experienced a shortage in hot sauce - well - I think I have the majority of it - I never request it and always get at least 11 packets with my order - everyone at this location just seems careless.

Staff are nice, I got a large order from here and all of the tacos were only half filled with ingredients.
They were all "taco supreme" too but that only added a quirt of sour creme and a few tomato pieces, not good value.

Ordered some big box combo a while back and was very disappointed.
There was probably combined, in all the tacos and burritos, about three table spoons of beef total. We basically ate a meal of cold taco shells and tortillas with minuscule amounts of cheese and a little lettuce. I had to resort to eating the little sauce packets alone just to taste a little flavour.
Furthermore, the Baja Mountain Dew they served me was a few milliliters away from being pure syrup. I literally took one sip, handed back to the cashier and requested a coke instead.

Super disappointing. Waited 34 minutes to get two crunch wraps and a small order of popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was ice cold. Not worth it.

Ordered a value box combo, and an extra order of fries supreme. Drove home, I'm missing the extra fries supreme but they charged me. Thanks for stealing $4 from me.

Paid 4 dollars extra for the cinnamon balls only to get the regular cinnamon twist in return.:) love it

Wow. Dishonest business practices. With more and more people using a card and just tapping away not bothering to look at the amount they are charging. This Taco Bell has on their menu board a taco party pack for $21.99. When I drove up to pay, she wanted to charge me $28.84. When confronted as to why ($21.99 plus tax is $24.85) she was charging more her response was “they just changed the price”. Correct me but isn’t it against the law to advertise a price only to charge more when paying. Avoid this place.

One of the worst taco bell locations. They very little amount of ingredients in the tacos. Very slow service too.

Avoid this location. They are stingy with ingredients. Ordered beef tacos and chicken crunchwraps and the filling in them was about half of what you normally find. Staff are good but not sure if they follow the recipe. Basically going here was a waste of time and money.

Loved the customer service over there, ppl are extremely helpful and quick.

I don't do reviews but I couldn't help it after 3 time's of messing my order. There is always something wrong or missing with your order after you drive off. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK INSIDE THE BAG BEFORE DRIVING AWAY

One of the worst location I've been Got fountain Coke when I came home it was Something else End the employees did not look clean the follower look slippery

My hard tacos smelt like chemicals, I threw them out and the filling of the other things were very stingy

Pulled up to drive thru. No one was there ordered right away, turned the corner there was 2 cars waiting. It was a 30 min ordeal for these 2 cars to pass. Then I get cold messy tacos and no napkins! I attached a photo of how messy they are. Totally cold and took 30 min to get

Ran out of spicy recipe dark meat and macaroni salad and was low on most supplies: forks, napkins, etc. Service was slower than usual. Service used to be great, what happened?

It's been years since I first had a crunch wrap supreme. On a whim I decided to stop by for another and walked into this old taco bell in the neighbourhood.

The store itself wasn't the cleanest due to the age of the building. The service was quick and courteous. However the food was shockingly terrible.

To start I went in for just a crunch wrap but the TRIPPLE DOUBLE LIMITED EDITION crunch wrap was on special so I decided to get it. What I got was a pretty much a normal crunch wrap (see picture). It was advertised as double the beef, double the stuff, what I got was less than what you'd get in a normal crunch wrap.

Needless to say if I ever feel like tacobell again I won't be going to this location

Slow and dirty. Staff and Manager Terry (if that’s his name) were rude and unapologetic after admitting they were wrong. Manager was combative and angry. This was not the first time employee was rude to me but I thought maybe they have changed but boy was I wrong. Never again and avoid if you can. I wish I had a no star option.

This has got to be the worst location. Nothing like messing up an order and not taking ownership. There's a reason why this location is so slow. Expect to wait 20 mins to get your order. Fyi, if you ask for a refund they will say no but you stand your ground and they will give you the money.

What can one say? Fairly cheap and cheerful. Don't go here for a healthy lunch! It is what it is!

Food was tasty presented well. Front line staff were nice and professional but it was very busy. The staff member did the best she could taking orders and handing them out. Overall pretty good experience.

Then there's the scowling cashier. Not sure why she works here? I think she hates it and all the customers that come here also. Don't ask her for the salsa packets, she'll hand them to you like it's a privilege and she's doing you a favour. I ordered 4 tacos and a fries supreme and she gave me 2 packets. I asked for more, she gave me 1 more. I asked her for "more please" and she just walked away. She's a real peach.

2 stars because I don't want to punish the folks that prepared the food. It still tasted good.

This location needs an operational intervention by Head Office. These guys are destroying the Taco Bell brand.

Good in taste, bad in health, all tables were dirty, all used napkins and remained food in floor and tables, nobody came to clean tables, we did it for ourselves, bad smell of burn food, wrong in order (put the hot order in package instead of regular).

I think it's about the time for this place to get renovated, couches are uncomfortable, tables are a bit unstable. However the service there is fast and friendly.

I love it because its both a kfc and a taco bell. I always get a spicy big crunch box combo with a fries supreme and alot of fire sauce. However, the location is not very clean. And especially gets very nasty around the self serve beverage area. But they have friendly and fast working staff and this location never made me feel sick afterwards. Its my goto location.

Service was actually pretty good, standard Taco quality, but chicken pieces (KFC side) get smaller by the day.

Shared restaurant with KFC. Food is quite good, but a little dirty in the store and lunch hours are packed. Good place to go though for food.

It's not really Taco Bell's fault that a pair of 13 year olds spent 5+ minutes at the cash trying to figure out how they can spend their $22 without going over. I don't want to suggest that Taco Bell should require their guests to have knowledge of basic arithmetic either. At the very least those bozos could have used the calculator on their phone to do mathematics before getting into line. If I had a toonie I'd have paid it forward just to speed things up but who carries cash. Once I placed my order it too at least 7-8 minutes to get 4 burritos. That is their fault and took too long considering nobody was there. (Friday at 7 pm).
