How do you not update your hours, as you are closed for renos, this so unacceptable and sad that who ever is in charge hasnt updated this, so pathetic.

I got the bean burrito and it wasn’t great, I’m glad to see they have vegetarion options though. I’ve also tried the cheese quesadilla and found it was fairly thin and bland. The baja blast is my favorite soft drink there. The building also is in bad need of a renovation, it looks like it’s falling apart and really could use new equipment.

Ordered chalupa combo at 745pm July 11. When a customer requests before hand to make sure the chalupa shells are fresh and is willing to wait extra, drop them fresh guys, don’t say they’re fresh and serve nuke warm shells. Specifically said I Previously had nuke warm food so should be trying to make the visit better, not serve the same thing again. 3 stars only for the amazing Taco Bell hot sauce otherwise wouldn’t really bother. Will try a different location next time.

(The store was empty, just myself in the dining room so not like they were busy)

Thanks for forgetting my wifes 4 soft tacos with my order. Now have to tip a skip driver a second time and wait for the next delivery. Is following an order ticket and double checking the bag that hard? Thanks for the extra costs tonight.

Why on earth are you still serving warm pop? I don't care if you have renovations planned.

Ordered two chicken soft tacos and two beef soft tacos. They must have gotten my order mixed up with someone who ordered vegetarian tacos, almost no meat! I know that Taco Bell has portion control and weighs everything out, but this is ridiculous! Used to get a Taco for 99 cents with ample meat and now three bucks for almost no meat. Will NEVER order Taco Bell again!

Nothing special. Expected to try nice tacos but unfortunately experienced pita with diced tomatoes, etc - standard fast food. I was very disappointed especially with fries. Not coming back

We ordered yesterday from here. We ordered 4 bean burritos, 2 hard tacos and 2 soft tacos. (All vegetarian). Spend more than $30 with combos and other sides n all.
OMG I got just beans, lettuce and cheese in tacos.and bean burritos had beans, one tea-spoon of rice and out dated cheese. I was expecting to have more option of veggies like Harvey’s or Wendys gives for the burger.

It was not edible at all. Honestly I would give this a 0/5 when it comes to food because I love burritos and wants try from different place but I wouldn’t be their customer at all. Never in my life. Not for free food. I wasted money.: (

Lettuce tastes like it had been out for days. No ice for the pop machine. Overall, not a good experience

Rude and unprofessional staff! I won't be counting all the staff members in this review, there is one particular associate who was really unprofessional. I have been ordering from this restaurant from a long time now, but dint expect such behaviour from their associates.

If I had a zero or negative option I could have given that. Very unprofessional staff I have ever seen on the drivethrough

The order was not even close.
Called it in, and they did set things right.
BUT then was showed a book with a list of about 20 people they had to replace orders.
Staff morale is vary low

The parking lot is a great place to enjoy your tacos. Inside is a little stuffy. Cute mini-mart close by. Cheesey gordita crunch was delish.

Got served by Dakota, a lovely gentleman and my Crunchwrap supreme with fries supreme was IMMACULATE. Please visit this t bell for quality

NOT a cyclist friendly location. No place to lock up a bike that is clearly visible from the inside of the store. I personally know of at least 3 different thieves who walk up and down the plazas here looking for bicycles to steal. Leaving a bike unsupervised for any longer than 5 minutes In London even locked up will get it stolen if the bike is nice enough. Manager inside was more interested in flexing her power to tell people to get out than they were for taking my business. I ordered take out as well, I would never bring my bike in the store to dine in. My bike takes up as much room as a large baby stroller but those are allowed and would be just as much of an issue with the fire code as a bicycle.

I wont ever be back, I used to order huge orders from this place for take out through delivery apps and I am not interested in even using them anymore. I would not even be back if I started driving a car.

If you don’t want food poisoning, do not eat here. Not only did I get food poisoning but the drink I got was flat. 0/10

The drinks were so watered down it was just coloured water that didn't taste like the flavours desired. The food itself was alright but the grubby nature of this location affected how much we enjoyed it. The staff was good, but this taco bell deserves a renovation. I wouldn't change the classic styling, but it's falling apart. What can you expect on the corner of Cheapside?

I'm almost certain I got food poisoning from this tacobell on Sunday March 26, around 2pm. The bean burrito tasted very off, and the tacos were stale. My bowel movement today was the colour and consistency of guacamole. Fever like symptoms on top of that. Not very pleasant.

We Ordered 10 tacos and 3 fry Supreme. Over 50 with delivery. She told me she would give me a store credit. I asked her to send out my order, she said she can't. Lol they can't, refund my money, they can't. Hahaha what a joke. I guess you don't get what you pay for. Over an hour and a half no food. Great service guys. Call head office. They told me they should have resent it right away. Btw we used Taco Bell app. Never again. Highbury Ave London ont.

I've had a pick up order from Tacobell Highbury Avenue London, ON. The service was rude and really bad. I waited a long time after the pick up time. Very bad service.

If the receipt says something was ordered and paid for, you need to put it in the bag.
Missed 2 items from my order, but the bag was so jam packed that I couldn't check it without disturbing the whole thing.
Please train your staff better to read the receipts.

Terrible took 20 min to get cold food!
Employees need better training in all tacobell restaurants
