So disappointed of the food from this place. There is always something wrong, which is sad because I love having something from Tacobell when I'm in the mall.

Fast service, but lacking with customer service. The employees socialize majority of the time and act like they don’t want to be there.
Most of them also don’t ask if you want any sauce, and seem to judge you if you ask for any — even when it’s not busy. Only a few do, and shoutout to those employees!

I ordered beans products online and they delivered me beef in Vaughan mills food court, I am vegetarian. It's unacceptable and they are not even sorry about it. They didn't apologize even once, the customer service is pathetic.

Garbage Service!
I ordered a vegetarian Crunchwrap with beans, and got a beef Crunchwrap. I told the person to give me a Crunchwrap with beans, and as shown on my receipt they did follow my request. However due to lack of skills, poor workmanship, no trained staff, and lack of organization, they made a beef Crunchwrap. We are a vegetarian family, who do not eat any kind of meat. This time we ate the Crunchwrap without realizing it had beef. I would urge everyone to avoid going to a place with such carelessness, especially if they care about their dietary needs. People with allergies, vegans, vegetarians should all avoid Taco-Bell at all Costs! The food is terrible and worst place to eat!

Veryy slooooow service. Mexican pizza (beef, also comes in veggie) was yummy though. Very cheesy n greasy for when you have that fast food crave! Made in front of you with fresh ingredients, as unhealthy as they are.

Ordered through door dash, they forgot an item and got an item mixed up (ordered chilly cheese fries) but got a burrito instead.gave them a call, told me to order anything from the app again and they’ll put my other items in.they gave me double! Now that’s customer service. Will leave a star out because they did forget an item but other than that they take their customers seriously and compensate them

I love taco bell. Eat it all the time. This location is one of the best. The food always tastes better than the other locations I visited. Also, they really stuff the tacos here. Always a good experience.
