After processing my order incorrectly and I went in to get the right food, they took the old food and put it back into circulation into the warmer. I had taken that food to my car already and unwrapped it and theoretically could have done anything to it but they were quite happy putting it back into circulation that's gross

Found a tip of cut plastic in my borrito. Did not get an apology just made a new one and demanded I take the tray. Service was slow management lacking ability of customer service

I went and bought a whole meal for my family. Let me tell you, I was very disappointed in this food. I found a fricken BROWN CURLY HAIR IN MY FRIES. At this point I was enraged and angered in this order. My mother almost choked and died on this fry that was oddly shaped seems like they don't know how to cut fries here! ANYWAYS back to the disgusting food I ordered. The food was awful and was very cold the meat wasn't even cooked right it was RAW MEAT THAT LOOKED LIKE BRAINS!? !? My kids and my family were very upset and enraged by the food. Never would I ever go here again in MY LIFE TIME! I hope some real workers work in taco bell and not the lazy people who cant cook.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD RIGHT HERE. If you don’t mention the “buy one get one” that is plastered right there on the wall, they will charge you full price. 4 tacos for $12 instead of the bogo price for MONDAYS. It’s Monday.
Anyway, as I’m sitting here eating my scammed tacos, they pulled off the sign. Check photos for before and after they took it off after I complained. Horrible customer service basically blaming the customer for not demanding free tacos even though the sign is right there. Never got my money back as it’s “my fault” but they removed the sign. Pathetic. Don’t give these people your business.
