Absolutely horrible. The service is extremely rude. The dining area is decent not a ton of seating but not bad when it's actually cleaned.
The pricing is insane for taco bell/kfc. I paid $70+ for four individual meals and the KFC (boneless box) meal was only four chicken tenders, nothing else in the box.

They forgot to give me the fries, chicken popcorn and the side salad that was supposed to come in my meal. When I got home and saw this I called in and the young girl who answered was nasty.

First she told me that's what you get in the boneless box and when I asked her "so the boneless box for $14 is only four chicken tenders? " She rudely asked "what do you want? " Then told me I can have store credit for a small fries and a drink.lol.

I will 100% not be going back to this location.

I highly recommend going elsewhere the Taco Bell/ KFC on Bayfield in Barrie is absolute trash and the service is disgusting.

One of the worst dine out experiences I've had in a long time. Having worked in the restaurant service business for a number of years I can understand being short-handed, but it should never impact the overall service.

Customers, myself included, waited around for a cashier to show up to take our order, but they were too busy on their phone, or engaging in a shouting match with the person who I assume was in charge.

The meals themselves were pathetic. The three piece combo was two glorified chicken wings and a sad looking breast. That goes without mentioning the flavorless French fries that were thrown in a bag.

On top of this, the "Taco Bell" portion of this franchise was not being offered for an unknown reason and there was no where to get napkins or ketchup. Heaven forbid you found an employee to ask for some.

This place was closed for multiple years in order to renovate, maybe they should have just remained closed. Thankfully, there is a Chik-Fil-A right down the road.

This place seems to have gone downhill. The employes do not look like they want to be there and the place seems all very discount, even for fast food. Also, it is not good to wait in lineup just to find out they only have a limited menu at 8: 30pm. They seem to consider that late. Their online ordering system also does not work at all. I highly suggest going in to order for pickup.

I want to say I feel bad for the workers that were working last night November 12th I couldn’t believe how rude some customers were just disgusting!
The worker were nothing but polite and serving everyone as fast as they could with a smile on there face

It's a no. This place is so ugly. What is with these restaurants? Why does it need to be freezing cold with no ambience and chairs that look like you wouldn't want to sit in them for longer than 30 seconds? And then there's a big huge space in the middle of the restaurant with no tables or anything. Just empty grey abyss lol I don't even understand what that's for. I went for the 2.99 Tuesday which, one week ago, cost me less than $5 if I included a drink and fries. This time it cost me $8. And my piece of chicken had been cut so many times I don't even know what it started out as. Don't expect a whole rib or a whole thigh, etc anymore. Not only have they almost doubled the price, but they've cut the chicken pieces into weird shapes to make them even smaller. And the chicken has no taste. Gone are the 11 herbs and spices. But then the fries taste like Indian spice so I dunno. That was my last time at KFC. 8 bucks for 2 tiny pieces which together equal only 2/3 of one piece of chicken, an individual tiny fry, and a pop. Oh yeah! And remember you used to go to KFC and you would get this cute little package that had a fork and a wet nap and a napkin and some salt and pepper. Not happening. Now you get a wooden fork. And that's it. Cheap out everywhere but raise prices. I'm not your fool #bye

They can't understand a word you say and get all the orders wrong drive thru or in store, the manager is a idiot as well waited half a hour for one taco and they got it wrong as well as everyone else in the store. I don't know why I ever come back here I must hate myself.

Driver throw order, I ask for 7 chess rice bean burrito, service person say store don’t have rice, so we agree with cheese bean burrito. I was surprised how quickly order made.
Left restaurant kid open bag and started to eat, believe me they was waiting for bean come in bite. Only hot chesse nothing else last two bits got little beans.
Better just close restaurant.

Food came fast was fresh and made for a good dinner. I highly recommend and staff are helpfull and nice.

Only giving 2 stars because I actually feel bad after reading all these bad reviews but they really need to step up their game. I've ordered twice through a food app and both times I have wrong or missing items. It literally says it on the receipt what I ordered as simple as a drink and they get that wrong. Very disappointing. Clearly not listening and reading orders properly seems to be the ongoing theme here.

Ordered a crunch wrap. It tasted terrible, I think the grill needs to be cleaned or the tortillas were stale.

Be aware that this location will tell you the cost of your order then charge you for more!

Today i bought 2 chalupa with combo and its all 4 of them have diffrent kind of cook and different quality of all of them and its pick up and then after they did not put any kind souce on it it is reall very bed food service

This was a KFC visit and definitely the worst I've ever experienced. About 2 years to renovate this location and this is what we get? The restaurant was filthy as every table in the place was dirty. Garbage was overflowing, soft drink area was filthy and it took over 40 minutes from ordering to receive our mediocre food! It's obvious to me that nobody is cleaning the restaurant during dinner. Makes me wonder what the kitchen actually looks like. KFC should be ashamed of this location after such a long way to reopen. Never going back again, Popeyes or Mary Browns from now on!

Been stopping here for 30+ years, I don't stop in here every year, but when I have a craving to make a run of the boarder, this is a quick off and back on the highway drive through.

These guys are sleep walking. This why u dont just hire all indians instead have some multi cultural people as employees so their not always chatting in their own language and slacking around.

Worst possible experience ever. Will not return to this location as long as I shall live. Terrible customer service and by far worst possible drive thru you could ever experience.

Its a taco bell America made mexican food made by Indians from Indian.

Just quit if you don't want to do real work

NEVER AGAIN! There is countless negative experiences for a reason. First time there since renovations and let me tell you, the manager (Grupa) is a real piece of work. First she won’t let you get a word in when you are trying to order cause she is shouting and talking over you. Then I get to the pick up window and find out my order is wrong, wonder why? ! I couldn’t finish my sentence at the previous window! The girl at the pick up window was no better, I ask for the manager thinking she may be able to just give me what I was there to order. Nope! That’s when I found out the one that wouldn’t let me speak at the first window was the manager she tells me “nope, that’s what you ordered and walks away. I ask the next girl what the name of the manager is and she proceeds to tell me she cannot tell me the name of the manager, it’s against their policy…. What? ! Hahaha now I see why they don’t wear name tags. BUT being the genius that she was, she turns around and calls out the manager’s name LOL. The people here are nasty, the whole restaurant is nasty even after all the renovations. You are better off going anywhere but here.

I was at the establishment next door and noticed they now have rodent traps on site

I went to the drive thru, took 40 minutes to get my food. When I asked if my food would be cold after such a long wait, I was told “yes most likely”. When I got the food, it was in fact cold and the steak supreme had 0 steak on it. I asked for no tomatoes on the entire order 4 separate times. (twice at order booth & twice at window), there was tomato’s on everything. I would very strongly recommend never coming to this Taco Bell, worst fast food in barrie without a doubt.

If I give an even lower rating I would. This place makes McDonalds drive thrus look amazing
37 minutes to serve 6 cars. When I get to window to pay they have my order wrong. 10 hard shell tacos not complicated.
When I asked for the manager after being in a line for 37 minutes how they can be this slow she said short staffed.no apologize no nothing.she says I will give you 2 extra tacos. I said I just spent my entire lunch break in your drive thru.not only my lunch but two other people's lunch as well. I suggested if you havnt got staff then close the drive thru.do one thing well rather then waist everyone's time she snikerd at me and I drove off didn't pay and left food there

Very slow service during peak hours. Employee was friendly but couldn't get the order right even after repeating/confirming it a couple of times.

I think the best thing that happened to Barrie this year was KFC opening up again. With their renovation finished, the place looks great! The food. Still finger licking good

Years ago I gave a bad review for the KFC and said I would never eat KFC again as it was just that bad. Stuck to that. Popeyes is the superior chicken anyway.

A few years later and a renovation I figured I would try the Taco Bell.

Drive through - I roll up to the speaker and nobody says anything, after a couple mins I ask if anyone is there, girl responds and takes my order. Annoying but whatever. This was a Monday at about 6pm with nobody in drive through so it wasn't busy at all.

Order the triple box combo and 2 chulupa meal. From placing the order to getting food in hand was about 5 mins so not bad.

Food itself was fine, nothing to rave about but there was 2 issues.

Swapped regular fries for fry supreme for both meals which was done but the fry supreme were missing green onion.

Lastly, the triple box combo should have come with a taco but it was missing and I wasn't going to drive back for it.

Over all it wasn't terrible but I was ripped off with a missing taco and with inflation being nuts everywhere I now tend to put emphasis on getting what I paid for and so I have to give this place a "no go". Had the order been complete then I would have 4 stared it.
