Ordered through uber eats was missing my fries from my combo and there was barely any meat on my beef tacos very disappointing for the price i paid. Definitely rethinking ever ordering from there again

This place is so bad, you have to wait so long, they slam your food on the counter and they're ALWAYS missing things in your order and you can't call them because they won't pick up the phone.

Completely ignorant staff. Whomever operates this location should be ashamed of the staff and their poor interactions with customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would, the employee at the speaker started taking our order then said give me one moment and then he didn’t even come back for 10 minutes then after we made our order we had to make a separate order and as my friend was ordering he told her she had to order the supreme Doritos locos tacos which she was fine with she just wanted the tomato’s taken off and he got angry and said he won’t take our order to just come inside I feel like that was the simplistic request never coming here again

Although service is *very* slow every time we come here, the staff are all super kind and make sure you are satisfied. Food is good and fresh.

Food was low quality even for Taco Bell standards. Placed a mobile order ahead to pick up but the workers cleared it so had to wait an extra 15 minutes for pick up. The bathroom smelled pretty foul. The garbage cans were over flowing.

Waited 5 to 10 minutes to get response at Drive through POS station, nobody responded like they don’t want to do the business. Not happy with the service.

This place never lets me down! If you're coming here in a rush, order 10-15 minutes ahead and they'll have it warm and ready for ya just grab and go! Service is great and food tastes like Taco Bell always has. I hope this place never closes, it's the best and I'll drive 20 mins or whatever just for my supremes!

Absolutely disgusting inside this place. Garbage on floor. Save your self and don't use the bathrooms.

I usually order a bean crunch wrap supreme. When I go during the day the beans in the wrap are fresh and hot BUT twice I went at night around 9pm the beans are cold, dry just stale! I’m not going back.
I understand you’re close to closing time but at least keep the food fresh!

I really keep trying to give this place a break, but no matter how many times I order, they always mess it up. Tonight they tried to give my delivery driver someone else's order because they weren't even checking order numbers and the store was about to close and they didn't care! If you can't do your job, or if you don't care, then leave! Thankfully my driver caught it and made them remake my order. I will not be ordering from here again.

Crunch wrap supreme is never crunchy. But it’s not anyone’s fault of course. It’s just the nature of the crunch wrap. Baja blast slaps and employees are super nice.

We have very very bad experience I am regular customer in this location I have never been having problems this time manager I ask for extra hot sauce and he charge me and very rude with me look like he don’t want to work and I have allergy with tomatoes I tell him no tomatoes stil I got on my chalupa he don’t make my order perfect at all I want my money back.

Ordered our food and got home and was missing 2 items from our dinner. I've called 4 times and they pick up and hang up the phone. Absolutely horrible. I will never go there again.

Had a great experience here, I ordered quite a few things on the menu, and used drive thru, pretty quick, and nice service.

Received my order from Uber. Special instructions were to not add cheese to any of the 10 tacos ordered (allergies), and we ordered a side of extra jalapenos. Cheese was added, and no jalapenos. We also added hot sauce which was also missing.
I called the store, and was offered a store credit. They did not offer to remake the food or have it redelivered.
So, I have a bag of food no one can eat and I'm out $55.

Ordered taco bell pickup and a bunch of things were missing from the family combo and they won't pickup their phone. Have been calling for 3 days at different times. They also picked up once then hung up because they were likey business but never reached them again
