Taco Bell

Used a coupon for 2 gorditas, 2 tacos, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Cashier told us "oh, the one in my system is actually cheaper". What she failed to tell us is that the one in her system was missing drinks. When we complained, that was the only time she told us that our coupon didn't exist. Why was this not disclosed to begin with?

Also the fries they served was KFC fries which sucks.

Ordered a couple of beef burritos. With the exception of a couple of specs of meat, the burritos were all rice. Very disappointing experience.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT SERVE WHAT YOU WOULD NOT EAT YOURSELF!
NO MEAT OR CHEESE JUST LETTUCE AND MEAL WAS OVERPRICED.

Try not to order from here. 10 tacos and only 2 sauces allowed for those 10 tacos lol.
No matter what the cashier or uber tells you. You can only have 2 sauces even if you ordered 100 tacos. Such a waste of time. Will never order here again

They don't pick up their phones, called about 20 times around 2pm. They have been taking off the only good meals to order on their delivery apps. I'm not even actually there, but looking at the reviews it's bad inside and outside this "establishment"

Taco bell as a whole has gotten too big for it's britches IMO
Today was my first time going in over two years, and if this is the quality of taco you guys think is worth $3 each, y'all really need to step up the quality or SOMETHING because this is just ridiculous

Someone please report this chain to the CFO of Taco Bell. They are literally ruining the brand of this place. The portion sizes are abysmal with literally nothing in the products. Think i'm kidding? Please read other post. I'm going to be contacting and filing a report for sure. Total garbage management and a poor representation of the chain.

No drive-through line up today, but I know why. I ordered combo#5 a beef burrito. The presentation was sloppy, that should have been my first indication. The meat was not properly kept within temperature or was starting to go bad. I've had a migraine for 4 days. That's 4 days of my life I can't get back.

Nuwanthika is the best! Great customer service. She deserves to be promoted as part of the management team!

How do you give 0 stars? My crunch wrap supreme with extra beef was loaded with about 4 strands of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, and 2-4 small chunks of beef. It looked like it brought physical pain to Sahil, our cashier to be there serving us. Someone needs to tell that guy to stop giving out hot sauce packets like they are the last ones on earth. Taco Bell is blowing it.

I was at the Erin Mills Town Centre and stopped by at this Taco Bell for lunch.
Food was served warm and had a good taste. They didn't have Fire sauce so I picked a few packets of hot sauce. Service was quick and staff was polite.

Absolutely horrible. It was slow, but when we did get the food the fry Supreme was runny! The cheese was definitely watered down. The crunch wrap was awful i ended up throwing it out! Definitely a disappointment

I went here with a couple friends as we were discussing not having had Taco Bell in years. Unfortunately, this location is complete trash! Portions had no meat, cheese, lettuce, nothing! The single stingiest trash I have ever bought in my life! It's a shame because if the meal had been good I know I would have been back but this was an insult to the Taco Bell brand. When I stated to my friends that I would never eat at a Taco Bell again after this they insisted that other locations were better. One of the group later visited the Eglinton location and posted a couple video reviews.it was night and day! Someone needs to step in from the franchise and sort this place out as they are quite literally ruining your brand. Needless to say, from the second we got home and for the next two days, two members of our group of three had brutal stomach issues (I will not describe this in detail but it was not pleasant) NO NOT EAT THIS GARBAGE! PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING!

There was hardly anything in the tortillas. It was the most pathetic taco bell I've ever had.

Service here is slow an incompetent. They display one price but always charge more. Check your receipt at this place as they are most likely ripping you off. I am pretty sure this is against the law but the manager does not give two S#! Ts about it! The food looks nothing like the picture and they are super stingy on everything. No hot sauce and no refills to top it off. Taco Bell HQ please step in or shut this place down as it is honestly an embarrassment to your brand that i have loved for so many years and these guys are giving you a bad rap.
