We ordered a value box, with no cheese on anything with meal, and then a crunch wrap supreme meal normal. (Which was reiterated during ordering) We got home and the value box meal had cheese on everything. We then went back to the restaurant and returned our meals and the employee kindly gave us new ones. Once we got home, there was no cheese on anything. This is not the first time this location has ignored a no cheese request. But also how do you mess up twice in one night. Would give 0 put of 5 stars. Also we were given a one free taco coupon.thanks? Should've just got our money back

Why do their POS machines look so gross? If they want to encourage customers to use cash there are better ways

The cashier rang in multiple orders wrong in a row, and they somehow skipped over our order, and we had to go say something to get our food made.

Messed up our order twice and finally got it right the 3rd time after coming into the establishment and talking with the manager. Manager was snarky and asked to see the tacos meanwhile 2 minutes earlier the cashier told us to just throw them out. Soda machine was out of flavour. The drive through is so tight it damaged wheels going through. Over horrible experience and definitely don’t recommend this location. Looks like they did a renovation, but they should be renovating their staff members.

I just received their "Grand Re-Opening" flyer and perused it for giggles. I've sworn off Taco Bell since they decided to price themselves into bankruptcy. So I expected some actual deals in this flyer because it was franchise specific. Packages and prices are just horrible. There's absolutely no incentive to bother with this newly renovated location. I used to _live_ at this very Taco Bell in the 90s back when it served beer! Nachos were salty as hell and just delicious. Now it's an overpriced plastic restaurant with 7-11 food. I've learned to make all the food I used to enjoy at Taco Bell at home 10x better and 100x cheaper. Have a look at the flyer they sent out and tell me that's nothing more than a joke.

I have never gone to this Taco Bell for years until I have visited for the first time since it was renovated. I ordered myself 4 burritos and my brother bought himself a combo. We went somewhere else to eat during a rainy day in London, Ontario. When we started eating. The burrito taste like a paste, and I give one to my brother hence he could not take another bite and he give me his other burrito. I had no choice but to eat it since it was paid for even food prices have gone up it is bad to waste food to be thrown into rubbish. My brother said he got wanted two soft tacos, but he ended up getting the two hard tacos. He did not have a fork to eat his Fries Supreme and the staffs forgot his Cinnamon Twist dessert. The staffs were new, and they did not do its job right at the first place even they were busy taking orders for delivery services. The food taste like a pastry feel, and same for the Taco Bell the one near John Paul II Catholic Secondary School and inside Masonville Mall. At least the Taco Bell inside Masonville Mall gets our orders right than the one on Dundas. How can they messed up someone’s order and they said it from their mouth what they wanted. The staffs should be retrain and improve their customer service. This may be the last time eating Taco Bell. I would rather go to downtown to support local Mexican inspired businesses or go to Chipotle Mexican Grill at the north side of the city just across from Masonville Mall. If you want to waste your money you work hard for that will messed up your orders and the food taste strange. Taco Bell on Dundas Street in London, Ontario is for you. Next time, I am eating at Chipotle across from Masonville.

Was told by someone else this place has sucked since they opened again. I went to try anyways and I should have listened to them. Tacos had little to no beef on them. Its a shame I'm the second person here complaining since this location has reopened.
