Normally good but got home and order missing fries supreme even though staff said was in bag. Too fat to go back.

This was by far the best Taco Bell/Kfc I have been too. The reason I say that is usually I have to wait at least 20-35 min for them at other locations to take my order and get my food. This location had a massive lineup and they were very quick and food came out fast, like in 5-8 min with massive line. The food was also piping hot and good. My only wishes is that the washroom and tables would have been cleaner and that the food was not shunken in portion sized as was not close to being full after I had what I had. The staff also were very quick and nice would recommend if you want fast service and decent food.

Don’t bother going here for Taco Bell they will tell you they are only serving KFC and that Taco Bell is closed came at 9: 30 hours of operation say open until 11pm

The workers have to deal with more than usual at this location as I have seen all sorts of personalities come in. The location does a great job getting the orders correct though, which is what matters. I keep going back.

My son & I got sick after eating the burrito never again! The bathrooms dirty & employees don’t care

Disgusting food. I wouldve put a 0 star review. I spent almost 40 dollers on taco bell for my kids. The food was uncooked, soggy, and was falling apart as soon as you open it. I called them and they didnt want to do anything about it. Do not get food from here!

The location is great and the tacos delicious I love Taco Bell easy eating and tasty as well.

This location is very dirty. The old person/guy (employee) is very unprofessional, rudely and bad character…This old guy sometimes he is at drive-true and you can’t understand what he saying when you tell your order.

Place is dirty and parking lot is falling apart the drive-thru will guarantee damage your suspension.but it is Taco Bell inflation has made this food extremely unaffordable.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. I specified 3 times that I wanted it substituted with beans as I don’t eat meat. They make it with meat, and when I go back in to let them know they messed up my order, the cashier had the audacity to say he doesn’t need my attitude. If I didn’t control my anger in that moment I would’ve dragged him through the floor. DO YOUR JOB BETTER, because if I was severely allergic to something and something were to happen to me the liability would be on you! Write him up or fire him he shouldn’t be working in the hospitality and restaurant business WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE.

The old guy at the drive-thru window coughed into my bag of food 4 times before handing it to me.

Manager is terrible and restaurant smells terrible. Unsanitary washrooms and dining room. Avoid eating here.

Horrible steak burrito it looked like mince meat, i did return it and i got cubes of meat inside a soggy almost empty burrito

I haven't been here in a solid 2 years. Naturally my cravings brought me back to my local taco bell.

After picking up through the drive through and bringing the food home, I was appalled by the portion size. Everything is so tiny now, whilst charging regular prices. Chili cheese burrito looked like a kids meal size, fries supreme had no green onions on it, and barely any cheese sauce.
The cinnamon twists are COMPLETELY different from what I remember them. They're all broken up into little cereal sized pieces, and super airy and without any cinnamon sugar. If you want a better experience, just buy a box of cinnamon toast crunch.

Ive only been here once, the food I recieved was good but the customer service was not there. I had asked for hot sauce, was told they had none. I asked politely 2-3 more times and it was like magic, they had hot sauce all different types. I dont know if it was lazyness or what but you definately need to push with this staff with what you want from them.

Why does taco bell bother with online orders if I order ahead and just ignored at the counter while everyone else gets their order including people who came in after me?

Ordered 5 tacos without lettuce. I even confirmed it when paying at the window. She nodded yes, but then conveniently ignored my request and gave all 5 tacos with lettuce. I wish I had found out there instead of home. Here we are trying to support the business during COVID with takeout and yet this is how they treat their customer.

Worst fast food experience ever, the cashier is rude and really hard to communicate, never gave a receipt. Food was awful, gave me nachos while I ordered fires. Awful experience.

I ordered two times by uber eat, but they always forget to put items. First time, no sauce. Second time, I ordered halapenyo but they ignored it. So annoying place.

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. I surely liked the vibes of this spot. Superb place to take my family out for dinner.

Dave at front cash. Was not only rude to me and others as customers. But also to his fellow employees. He was condescending to Kristina also working the front with him.

Nice staff. Ordered a meal from the drive through with two chicken tacos no cheese. I drive off and a bit later I noticed there was bare cheese. I went back to explain and they made two new tacos. This time it was ground beef.which I dont eat. Third time that I'm here now asking for two chicken tacos no cheese but they're done make food for the night, of course. The manager takes my number/name so I can get my food another day free of charge.

KFC in Canada has definitely changed. They cut the thighs and ribs in half so you are no longer getting a full piece of chicken. It seems even the joint venture with Taco Bell has created a new culture of scarcity where the filling for the Tacos lack meat. You get more cheese than meat.not a good value for money. The taste is also not the same. They are clearly not using all the ingredients like they used to.

I constantly stop by purchasing some food in here. I love the swift customer service and well cooked food. Highly recommended.

Taco Bells are hard to find these days this is one of the few left and it is part of the KFC outfit. Still nice to have it available here at the corner of Yonge and Steeles just opposite to the Centrepointe Mall

Love taco bell, but this location needs retraining.got 5 hard tacos to go and when I got home none of them had tomatoes or sour cream in them. Worst tacos ever.

Great place for a quick bite; food is very mild and always need to ask for extra hot sauce but they either forget or barely give any. Place feels a bit worn out and definitely needs some maintenance. Employees can sometimes be rude but never really had any major problems. Overall a decent place to get some fast food.

Been going here for 3 years because I love taco bell, and I live in the area; however, the staffs here just simply refuses to learn English. I think it's great everyone has equal opportunity to work, but the staffs here are immature, and just very frustrating to communicate with. On top of that theres a highly likely chance they will either get your order wrong, or give it away to someone else. Pay attention, and be prepared to be struggle for your order.

Weak. Lettuce was still partly frozen in my taco. The gravy at the KFC portion was watered down. It was a sad day.

Taco Bell is one of few restaurants, where it is close to shopping mall and stores. Food Taco is good soft, than crisp hard. Several tables seats are provided. The washroom is not tidy and need to be cleaned maintenance. (2018 July).

Mostly doesn’t have a spicy chicken, they charged me for that and than they packed the mild one and gave it to me and said “ we don’t have spicy”
Even the taste on mild one was like old oil on it
