I ordered Shawn Chicken Bowl for takeaway. Not even a single piece of chicken was added. Only rice and salad were put and packed and gave it to me. It was a big dissapointment once i came home to eat. Total rip-off of my money.

This is an unaccpetable customer service behaviour. I have never faced such thing in any eatery in London. Total waste of time and money. Major disappointment. Will never ever recommend to any one.

Best shawarma in town. I tried many other places but the quality and quantity are best here. I will come back here again.

Have been coming here for a long time and I must say they have the best schwarma in the city. Always greeted by the same guy Ruuu who is very polite and welcoming. Overall must visit place for good food and great service.

Delicious! The wrap is so so flavorful. The garlic sauce is Hot (I’d say a 6 on a scale of 10) … Granted, I’m Bosnian and our food is extra mild.

Great food and gave us free drinks not totally sure why, but much appreciated. 10% off student discount. Overall good experience.

My wife and I are at your location yesterday. I had the wrap and my wife had the rice bowl. Our food was very good. Also, this location has the dough bits the young man encouraged us to try them. We had the pistachio ones and they were delicious.

Ordered for the little chicken and rice from this restaurant through skip the dishes but got just the rice. Not worth the money.

Love the Rice Bowls been to Tahinis a few times always gone to the same location on Wonderland. Today was my first day trying the Mango Juice drink it's very tasteful and delicious however i do think it's a bit over priced for how small the cup size is please get a bit bigger cup size that meets the payment of this drink.

Stopped at Tahini’s during a road trip, and had a pleasant experience. Great falafel and fries! The plates are very well served, which I could easily share with someone.

Took Chicken rice bowl. The service was excellent and quick. The bowl came with 5 topics to choose from and not 3 like it stated in some reviews. The chicken shawerma was tasty but the bowl was a big mess. Everything was mixed into each others, giving away the real taste of the chicken shawerma. Id recommend to get the wraps instead for better flavour.

Amazing food you gotta try the place. I tried it for the first time and lm a really picky person when it comes to food and quality I can really say I had nothing to complain about.

Service was slow A F. Fries were cold they were cooked and boxed way before my wrap was made. As well one employee was making another order with no gloves. Considering the time we live in this in disgusting.

We were looking for a good shawarma place on our trip to London and this place was amazing! The food was the best I've had & the staff was so nice! Gave us some desserts to try as well! Delicious! Will be back next time I'm in London!

I cannot express how much of an unprofessional business this is, they canceled my order after the order was processed for 30 minutes. Not one care to communicate anything, I do not recommend this place, they’re literally so cheap, they make a big deal over an extra pita! Who does that? Barakat, even lazeez doesn’t pull stuff like this, and others are literally not bother by that I still will never forget that, and to see how low of a rating they have on the app explains it, good riddance

Ordered takeout and my entire order was incorrect, pathetic! All these fast food places are more concerned about their uber food deliveries. Won't be back!

1 person working when there are 10s of customers. Make you pay to use the washroom. Very cheap owner.

The best owner. My family and I went on a family trip, stopped by for a quick meal and the service surpassed all expectations. I recommend this place to everyone. Not only that, the food was fantastic!

It's my first time trying tahinis and genuinely no regrets. Took the chicken shawarma with the authentic style. My friend tried a different style too and he liked it. Won't be the last time.

The best shwarma I've tasted every time I go! Fries, soup, and mango smoothie are delicious! They came out with a large shawarma and it is massive, and good value. Great with habanero sauce if you want to kick it up a notch.

Food and service was great. Sat outside with friends enjoyed a beautiful day it felt good to be able to to that.

Have been trying tahinis for years now but very disappointed the way customers get treated in the downtown store, it’s was only 8 pm and the store close at 10 but were not allowed to sit and eat and turned away.

Updated from an old 5 star rating.

This used to be a great restaurant when it was known under a different name. Its since just fallen apart as they continually try and update/fusion, whatever it is.

Each visit the serving sizes will be drastically different, a little chicken and rice used to come with a good cup of chicken on top of rice. Now you get a couple of tablespoons of chicken at best and 2-2.5 cups of rice.

You used to get fair sized schwarma for $5, now you get half the serving size, and twice the price. Depending on who is serving you may drastically effect what you are served.

They consistently screw up their own lentil soup, not removing the bay leaves before blending it and when confronted about it will only say the soup is fine and offer another cup of the same nasty soup.

Save your money and future disappoint and order somewhere else.

I’ve ordered from here before, initially food was good however I went today and ordered their grill plate. Maybe it’s the staff or whatever it is. Rice was cold and stale, there was barely any shawarma chicken & rice. Wasted 22$?

This place is like my favourite to eat. I love veg falafel of this place and the staff is also very humble, and nice. They always helps me to select best toppings and they have varieties in dippings. Their service is very good. I would definitely recommend everyone to try falafel of this place.

PLEASE OPEN A LOCATION IN TILLSONBURG.

Went to London again for takeout. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Canada. Super friendly service. Really we want you to open a location in Tillsonburg. We have no Halal restaurants here. You would have no comparable competion here. I am a born and raised with North American culture and I had no idea how good Middle Eastern food was in my youth in terms of taste, quality, value and nutrition. Now I look at McDonalds and say to myself "I thought McDonalds was good until I tried real food from such as Tahini's Of course at the time the only cheese I knew was Cheddar and Swiss. Burgers, Pizza, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Chicken Wings and TV Dinners still seem ok to me but real food taste better and I feel better after eating it.

My mom loves food from Tahini's after my brother took here there- and mom's idea of spice is Salt and Pepper. She loved being introduced to the new taste sensations and welcomes any opportunity to eat Middle Eastern food again from Tahini's.

Please bring back the Beef Kabob. I really miss having it in the menu. Kafta is ok but pales in comparison to tasty steak on a stick.

Dined in here recently again with my wife. Fantastic food and friendly service. The food was plentiful and tasty. I was so excited to eat when I saw it that I felt my arms were vibrating. LOVE IT.

Great tasting food and Halal. Eat here often. Parking is a little difficult in this location. They are very busy and do offer takeout and delivery. Friendly service.

The recent renovations are good.

I order mix shawarma, and it was almost $12, but the problem I had was the meat wasn't fresh at all it tasted like made 2 days ago so dry and hard to chew, I couldn't take another bite of it because I was worried about my health.

Very clean and accessible restaurant. They offer large portions and for reasonable rates. I liked the menu very much and the staff were very personal and chatty. I recommend this place.

The prices keep going up and the quality is going down. In a bowl of rice chicken barely and chicken and not enough toppings even though I paid extra for them. Never going there again.

Loved the taste (Even though it was a little spicy, which I had asked not to be), wanted to try it for a long time. The attendants were very friendly I recommend!

Whoever was working today just gave us a horrible customer service.

Here is how: - I eat just chicken shawarma usually once every week and my favourite store was Downtown tahini until I visited today and the person working there was giving me literally the half quantity for the large chicken shawarma which I get EVERY WEEK.

And his response was “THINGS CHANGE”. Thats it, thats how you loose your loyal customer by saying things change: -

1. Employe who was working today just got the customer service bar so down (because all other employees are usually amazing and very friendly).
2. Changing the quantity of your food to half and saying in the end while customer is leaving your store that THINGS CHANGE.
3. No toppings allowed (amazing guys)
4. In any food business, giving money back should be the last option as You lost the customer for lifetime after that.

I was excited for their new location Near OXFORD AT HIGHBURY cause I live at mornington but I guess things change and your loyal customers will change too from which you earn money to expand your business like this. No doubt your shawarma is the best in town but FYI- if you keep on giving service like this, your business can get in trouble buddy.

Intead I went to Osmow’s and got my shawarma craving and customer service.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, I ordered butter chicken rice and falafel wraps. The quality is going down day by day. I ordered with high expectation but sadly it was not upto mark

Really poor quality. We've had better shawarma/platters at multiple establishments across town. Also a rather important note, that when you are preparing food, please don't touch your face/itch your head and adjust your mask with your gloved hand and then use that same hand to portion out food. So disappointed, especially considering we spent fifty bucks for TWO people.

One of the best place to dine. The staff is so friendly. Best experience.one should definitely try here once. ️
